Been a member since 2007. Billing stopped during Covid shut down-good.Billing restarted October 15, 2020. I will not go to an indoor facility until a vaccine is available. So I went to cancel my membership. I was charged for a yearly fee which started in June 2020 and my October dues. Cancellation can only be done through their 3rd party billing company. They would not even accept my cancellation request until I guaranteed by credit card payments for October and November dues. Note that last the month dues were already prepaid in 2007. They want 30 days notice for cancellation. They could not produce my contact that gives the terms. Their policy is NOT fair. Their treatment of a long time customer is unacceptable and very poor business practice. Beware before making a commitment to this organization.
Same issue as the others. Lack of respect from Fitness 19 customer service for dealing with COVID situation. Gave no options for canceling membership back when COVID first started, then initiates yearly charge around October. Customer service wasnt helpful and their HQ phone number redirects to a branch in Menlo Park.... do yourself a favor and sign up with a different gym.
Tried cancelling membership after 23 years I got a big run-around. I was charged for the month of October and on top they wanted to charge to cancel membership. Great customer care for someone that has been there for 23 years
I have had a pleasant experience working out at this facility. The weights racks are always arranged and make available to use. The gym staff is always friendly and willing to address my concerns. In summary, great place to work out.
The staff is really friendly and helpful and so far I really like some of the classes that Ive taken, especially Bodypump with Sherri. I have also found many of the members to be quite friendly and several have gone out of their way to help me out during my first few times taking different classes. I also love that it has a lot of different fitness equipment, as well as classes, for much less than many other fitness clubs in the area.
My experience at Fitness 19 has been extremely positive. The staff is friendly and helpful, the equipment is new and in good condition, and the whole facility is clean and well-lighted. I really have enjoyed my time there.

Their consumer service is bad. Last year October, they charged monthly fee twice for no reason. This January, they charged me 10 more dollars for last December late payment, but they already deducted me 25$ for that. I talked to a gym staff, and he just acted like its not their fault, and let me contact their fiance agency. Thats ridiculous. Why do I spent time for mistakes u made??? This experience made me uncomfortable. You guys are thieves, and act so Innocent.
Good service, lot of training equipment.
There is everything you need, but if it is super busy you may have to wait your turn. Also, the space is not very huge, and the showers do not have stalls
