Frank took a look at my broken external hard drive. He was very nice, quick service, in the end he couldnt fix it but was not a negative experience.

I had rebuilt my PC to use for a MAME cabinet. After all was done, I powered it up, and nothing. I took it into my Neighbor Frank for a second opinion, who took a look and found a loose connection. He really knows his stuff. I am now back in action. On a side note, the Chocolate Shop that they have is dangerously delicious. Get your computer fixed and enjoy some amazing chocolates, you can not lose.

Its been a year since I had my computer repaired by Dell and John and I have to say, its working perfectly. These guys are honest, hard working and really good at what they do. I have a desktop and the screen kept going out on me. I had tried to get it repaired by the manufacturer prior to but they were horrible. He was great, he figured it out! Apparently, it was the part on the motherboard which connects to graphics card that was bad.
