Quan is very professional. They call you first, what causing the problem before they do the job. And making sure you agree on how much will it cost. One thing, however, is… where I pay the diagnostic up front (which is standard anywhere) when I came back to pickup my desktop, I noticed, they did not ask for diagnostic fee to the person in front of me.I think it’s something they need to improve. Other than that, I’m very happy with my reconditioned desktop.

I have brought stuff to KT a few times now and Im always impressed with their professionalism and their work. Just today I brought in a device that I wasnt sure could be repaired because it required a custom connector cable, and they got it patched up same day. If you ever need a place to fix any kind of electronics, I highly recommend this place.

I am really glad that I found this shop. They are honest and give a range of solutions to each repair problem. There isnt an outrageous diagnostic fee and their rush fee is worth it if you are in a rush. My dad needed his computer fixed overnight and they much delivered it the same day. I took two other laptops in and they were both repaired within two days. So they are speedy! I also appreciate that they communicate in real time and give frequent updates. I am very happy with KT Electronics! My laptop died and I had to buy another laptop right away. I had all my important folders on my old laptop desktop that I needed. I had Geeks on Site come out and after charging me 99.00 for the home visit they said that the data on my old laptop could not be transferred to my new one. I was so panicked but thought I would make a few phone calls just to see if someone had another opinion. I found KT online. I called them and they allowed my to bring my laptop in right away. I like this team! They replaced the high-resolution touch screen on my laptop (Lenovo Yoga 900-13isk2). I dropped it off, they ordered, obtained, and replaced the screen in 3 days. Note: I had broken the screen once before and the other shop (chain store) required up-front diagnostic charge. KT did it cheaper and way faster. Excellent work!I was looking for someone to fix my PS4 is San Jose. This shop was the fairest price I found. My problem was a bad HDMI port, which they fixed. They also cleaned it very well, inside and out. I think they also replaced the thermal paste. This machine hasn’t run this quietly in years.Better than their quality work was their professionalism. They were very communicative and texted me when the repair was finished. They safely held onto it for a few extra days until I had time to pick it up.Could not have asked for a better experience. 5/5, 10/10!

Very happy with the service I received here. I initially brought my pc here for a hard drive replacement. When problems cropped up again with the drive several months later outside of the 90 day warranty, they took care of it for me no questions asked.

Its an okay fix up place.They are relatively honest, but if you have a modicum of technological knowledge this isnt the store for you.The pcs sold are overpriced laptops with a basic ssd and ram upgrade, and they wont be completely honest about what they have, often being sparing with info for the sake of a sale.If you do go there, go for the service and not to buy something

I brought a damaged MacBook Pro from 2010 for repair and because there were so many things wrong with it the repairs were going to be too costly. KT Electronics offered to trade my computer for a similar one at a reduced price compared to cost of repair. They even installed the specific OS system I needed in order for me to run an old iMovie program that would accommodate importing High-8 videotapes from my camera. They responded quickly to all my questions and although I have only had my new computer two days it is working exactly as I had hoped. I really appreciate their skill and expertise.

They will charge the highest price possible with some lies. Not one star since I eventually got my laptop back in its original condition after one of the employees knew he can’t get more out of me.

I was building a PC for the first time last week, and i encountered a problem and went to a repair shop (not this one) and they wanted to charge me 100 dollars just to look at my PC not even counting testing the parts or anything.then i decided to come here, they offered 50 dollars to look at my PC and test each part individually which is a great deal, and took it up. when i stepped into the shop i felt a breeze of joy as the office was packed with emotion and the people seemed to enjoy their job but the last shop i went to was dull and lifeless and the emotion on the guys face was as if he was uncomfortable,which made this place better right off the bat. they figured out that my motherboard wasnt compatable with my ram so they found a cheap BUT good ROG board for me they installed it with flawless cable management and even gave me a free wi-fi adapter for the PC all in all it came down to 240 dollars as the final cost but it was a great deal considering that they:tested each part individually and figured out the problem and made the best choice for it,found the best bang for your buck ROG motherboard within my budget,took everything out of the PC and put in the motherboard essentially building a PC for me twice,installed windows 10 PRO,set up the wi-fi adapter,and did cable management so good Charles Babbage sheds a single manly tear from his grave.all in all it was a great experience and without them i would be stuck paying somebody else twice this amount, and now my PC is running great, i will definitely stick with them in the future and turn to them for any tech problems. thank you very much for your help and i hope you have a great day :D

Always had to repair my HDMI port for my ps4 a couple times now because itll get loose from over heating. I took it here at KTs and asked if they can just repair it. Never been here before I knew it couldnt be as bad as the last few places I went before. A couple days later ( was working ) I picked it up on my day off to finally get my hands on it. Paid the guy for the service and he mentioned he fixed something that was causing it to over heat. I was surprised and said my thanks. Believe or not I got home and my ps4 sounds like its new again also the HDMI port was fixed! Thanks amazing work!

The worst place Ive ever met. They are very disorganized people. I left my laptop there and after three weeks they texted me and said your laptop is fine now, 10 minutes later they called me and said wait, we need to fix something else and you have to pay more, give us one more week. Ok fine. After that they texted me and said youre laptop is ready,so I went to pick it up, and guess what they tried to give me other laptop and they were very surprised when I said this is not my laptop then they showed me 3 or 4 different trying to guess what the parts of my laptop were. I left very uncomfortable, but its ok, they needed another week. Finally they texted me saying we can not fix you laptop, but we order a motherboard and we need 45 days... can you imagine that? I am really disappointed what they are doing.

This place is amazing!! I brought my IPhone XS Max in because it had a unresponsive screen that was cracked and the back was cracked. (Wasn’t terrible) I took it to Apple and they wouldn’t cover it. Told me there was nothing they could do. I took it to these guys and they fixed it in a day even with all the craziness going on they fixed it and everything works perfectly! They even had a back screen with some small imperfections and because of it they gave me a discount which they didn’t have to do. I highly recommend these guys for any repairs!

Took my iPhone 6s in. I Had left it outside for 10 min and when I brought it back inside. The sound was gone. Control Center showed the ear buds where in use! when they weren’t any connected!I went to KT. You may have to wait for a parking space cause it is shared with 2 beauty Supply businesses however KT HAS dedicated parking on the left. Matt was friendly and i was Pleased to see all the Apple products. I was told a Diagnostic fee of $30 was required. Ultimately the repair would cost $69 total with the $30 diagnostic fee being applied to it. I came back 2 hours later and my phone sound had been restored. Apparently they replaced the bottom (speaker, ear bud jack- i think.) I believe i got a deal!

I visited KT electronic in order to replace new sensors for my streaming set top boxes. KT is very honest guy. He informed me every detail of the job and how they will take care of my devices. He has a very reliable soldering technician. He told me that technician has 11 years experience in soldering job. He fixed 2 devices less than half an hour and I was shocked since I was expecting to leave my devices there. It saved me from another trip to there. Price is also very reasonable comparing to this kind of high end electronic fixing. They are also fixing all sort of PC/Mac devices. If you have something electronic and need some soldering fixing job call them. I highly recommend to everyone. I already saved their phone and address to my list in case if I need them again.

I Brought two devices to get fixed one was my son’s Nintendo Switch which has seen better days, KT repaired in no time! And works great. And in quarantine times it’s a much needed device. The second device is my MacBook Pro 2012, they fixed the painfully slow processing and upgraded my device to a solid state drive (SSD) and upgraded my RAM in no time at all. My MacBook works better than it did when I bought it. So very happy with their service.
