Ive been client of Poochiezs 4 about 7 years, I keep going back because the young ladies are professional, the shop is always clean, and they do a good job. Robbie is the tech that does my nails. I would recommend anyone 2 them. I give them a ten. Hats off 2 the ladies. It is always a pleasure.

Ive been going to Poochiez Pawz Nail Salon for over 2 years. My nail tech is RayBaby. The salon has talented techs that are very professional. The atmosphere is friendly. I havent had or witnessed any issues there. They are by appointment but if you call or walk in and if someone has availability, they will accommodate. I am very particular about my nails and have been to different places, Ive never been more satisfied. Side note: They offer pedicures but the chairs are not spa chairs and they dont look comfortable. That is a definite work on for this location.

This is the only place I will get my Nails done! Everyone does amazing work but Ray is my go to lady! She really takes her time and does amazing detail. I am more of a glitter and rhinestones girl and she has an amazing eye for placing stones in beautiful patterns that last for 2+ weeks. I love that she is so timely with her appointments because it ensures you are never sitting around waiting for an hour. So I am sure to some it may be an inconvenience if you are late to an appointment and have to reschedule; however, for other clients who have appointments it allows us to be able to keep our personal schedules as well. One last thing to note is that Ray always keeps up with the latest nail trends so if you have a vision, she will always have a suggestion to help you bring it to life. Worth every penny!

I have a standing appointment with Robbie, one of the nail techs every other week. She always brings my vision to life. My sister and mom also attends this salon. Everyone is always friendly and inviting. I recommend anybody wanting thier nails done correctly with a little pizzazz too it to come here!!!

Robbie did my nails and she did a wonderful job. She was able to copy the picture I found on Pintrest perfectly. I will for sure be coming back to work with her again! One thing I would suggest is for them to update the website so that you can make an appointment on line and pay the $20 deposit without having to text every nail tec individually to find out their availability. That would be grate but its not a deal breaker. Thank you so much Robbie I will be texting you soon to make another appointment.

I love this place!!!! Excellent customer service. The ladies are very professional and talented ( they dont just do nails they create art). You can go to any nail tech if it is your first time. You will be satisfied with any of the nail technicians work. My personal favorite is Mz. ElJay.... If you are looking for quality nails in Atlanta, GA that is the place to go. The prices are also very reasonable....

I personally did not have any services rendered. I booked 21 days in advance because I wanted to have amazing nails for my trip out of the country. I paid the deposit and was excited. The day of (today) I messaged the tech at 11:30 am confirming for 5:15 pm. I got no response. At 4:38 pm I got a reply advising me my actual appt time was at 5 pm. I was driving from Kennesaw and at this point nearly an hour into the drive. I requested an extension due to traffic and was told after being 15 mins late my appt is automatically cancelled and I could not be serviced late because the technician had a prior engagement and would be inconvenienced. I had to scramble to find someone to do my nails tonight before my 7 am flight.Based on the unprofessional nature of this interaction it is unlikely I will actually try and book another appointment-which is sad because the owner Poohiez seems so professional. It is absurd to book 21 days ahead and attempt to confirm only to be messaged 22 minutes before your appointment time. In all honesty if me being 20 minutes late due to pouring rain in Atlanta is the sole reason my nails couldnt be done Im fairly confident my tech never wanted to do them at all-otherwise I would have received a reply 7 hours earlier when I clearly indicated I thought my appt was at 5:15 p.m. I was more than willing to forfeit my deposit I certainly respect peoples time but to tell a first time client who booked so far in advance and communicated clearly the day of that they are inconveniencing you was just baffling. My nails could be done at 5:14 pm but 5:24 pm was an inconvenience? I truly wish she just told me she forgot or had another engagement especially after I gave a 7 hour notice that I thought I was supposed to be there at 5:15 p.m.I love the pictures and truly wish I could try it again but this was so blatantly unprofessional.Advise: If your invoices must be paid in 30 minutes please try to respond to your clients in a timely manner. A simple reminder after I text at 11:30 am could have avoided all this. Instead I drove over an hour to be told when Im 20 minutes away I could not be serviced and essentially I would have to go to a competitors studio.Building your brand and clientele should never be an inconvenience. Quite frankly you dont get a second chance to make first impressions and this was an extremely negative impression particularly due to the timing of the responses which were substantially delayed but conveniently in time to ensure I would miss the appt.

I googled looking for a nail salon in the area because I had business I needex to take care of before work. Their google time says they open at 9am and I was a little after that. Pulled the door and it was locked. So I went back to my car. When looking at the time on the door it said 10am so I was going to wait but I called instead and the lady said they were open and I could schedule an appointment or walk in to see if they were available so I walked in only to find out they really only take appointments. No one had a opening and I truly understand that but on hours of operation you should put by appointment only... people coming from out of town dont know that. Then I tell her I jjst googled her on line and she tells me its on there... Im like no its not.... google says your hours not that you only take appointments. Then when I get back in my car I find their website and see that they take appointments again not saying only take appointments. Every nail salon takes appointments but most arent by appointment only. Im pissed because she was rude and they could have said that when I called and when I came to the door the first time. I wont be going back. I pay dearly for my services and I give good tips but they lost a good potential client with the attitude.

Been going for manicures for over 3+ years. A little disappointed that they only do dry manicures. Most of the focus seems to be on acrylic nails and designs as opposed nail care. This is some what problematic for those of us that have natural nails. Even though they do dry manicures, I believe it should involve a little more than just buffing the nails before applying polish!

My friend has been going to Poochie since we were in HS (over 10 years). So I decided to give them a try. I went to get my nails done about 3 weeks ago. The lady who did my nails was very nice and professional. However, her design skills were not up to par. I showed her a picture of her OWN work from her IG page (ombre nails) and wanted mine to look similar. They looked NOTHING like the picture. Each color was defined and you could tell where it started and ended. The colors did not blend or fade at all. It literally looked like my little cousin did them. I asked her to remove that. Then I asked if she could do 2 nails on each hand in ombre french, which seemed easier because its only blending/fading one color. Nope! Not cute either. I asked to remove that and to just polish my nails CLEAR because I was afraid that her polish skills might not be great either. Ive never paid $45 for a full set with clear polish. I dont think I will be returning. If so, I will be going to Robbie, who was suggested by my friend. The nail tech also had her headphones in the entire time, which I personally feel was a little unprofessional. She was very nice, but I believe needs more coaching on designs and time management skills. The process took entirely too long.

I went here a few weeks ago to get my nails done. I wanted black glitter nails that was advertised on poochiez instagram, the women that did my nails told me they did not have it and I would have to bring my OWN glitter. The woman that did my nails had headphones in the entire time the staff was asking her questions and she couldnt hear them because she had her Bluetooth in. It took her 3 hours to do my nails she did NOT inform me that my nails were going to be 90$ until AFTER the service was done. I received a gel fill in with glitter. I will NOT be going back due to lack of communication and unprofessionalism.
