Excellent service was able to suggest fix for WiFi problem on phone. No Charge not often does service be so helpful.

My printer stopped printing black ink all of a sudden and I tried everything I could to get it working again. It didnt work, so I called these guys. The guy who answered the phone diagnosed the potential problem quickly and told me the nozzle head probably was clogged from not using genuine ink and not printing a document at least once a week. He told me to try the automatic cleaning a few times in a row before getting the nozzles replaced, because one time wouldnt be enough. Did it and it worked! He also gave me tips on how to prevent this in the future. They are very helpful and honest, definitely recommend this place!

I called this company to help with printer service at my office.Too bad they wouldnt pick up the phone or return my calls. Ended up calling another service to help and got taken care of same day.

Waste of time. Person answering the phone couldnt understand plain English, no one available who could, no one to answer even a simple yes/no question. My advice: Dont bother.

Great service, fast friendly response would definitely recommend.
