Great service and they are always very friendly and willing to answer your questions and concerns. Super knowledgeable and their pricing is very fair but to boot they are very honest and kind! My first visit was years ago but I had a laptop that was overheating and the flat rate to fix it was S60 but the manager showed me how to remove 4 screws so I could simply do this at home. So easy and so honest... I bring everything to them now!

I went to cheap squad to get a keyboard replaced on my laptop. They did an amazing job walking me through the process. Their communication was outstanding. They called every few days to give me an update. Would highly recommend.

Just retrieved my mac book, its normal again from a flickering screen and frozen battery. Jesse in the store is very professional, informative and friendly, he explained the diagnosis and repair details very patiently on my fist visit days ago, during fix he also called me to update the progress, and finally with 45 bucks all problems nailed!

Reasonable price for checking custom build PC issues. Gave detailed feedback about what could be wrong, what tools they tried (such thermometer gun) although they did not have enough time to determine if its motherboard or cpu issue or both.Would recommend parking next to the park nearby and walking over if driving over as its hard to stop directly outside their shop.

Jeremy the day after I purchased the remote service and within a few of hours my laptop was fixed. I had quite few viruses and once they were removed my laptop was back to normal. Great experience and recommend Jeremys expertise if youre having computer issues.

I had a good experience with The Cheap Quad. I have been there twice and I could say they are so amazing. I have always walked away 101% happy and satisfied with their service.I first used their service last year when I had an issue with my fan. Yes they were able to fix it within 2 days. The second time was last week after I accidentally dropped my laptop from my lap. Cracked screen, malfunctioned software and I couldnt even shut it down. They are so professional because they were able to find the problems so fast and I got my laptop over the weekend. Thanks to the whole team!Service price was reasonable and they were great at calling and updating customers about the status of their devices. I am so glad having them as my laptop repair team and it feels so good knowing someone I can trust with.

The guys there are very nice and helpful. I sent my desktop to the shop today because it couldnt connect to a monitor. I thought the problem might be some loose connections inside of the desktop. It turns out the monitor should be connected to graphic card directly instead of mother board. And they didnt charge me anything because nothing needs to be fixed.

This is my 4th time using the The Cheap Squad and they are just wonderful. I know I can trust them and that truly give me piece of mind. I took my older computer to them for a cracked screen. The Cheap Squad are the best. We have had three computers fixed by them over the last couple of years, they do not charge too much but do a wonderful job! If you go to Staples or Best Buy they want about $300 just to look at a computer, these guys dont charge anything until they have looked to see what needs doing. Then they let you know cost and its your decision whether to have it fixed...I would recommend them every time. Reliable, honest, and do a great job.

Great guys! My daughters built a desktop and could not get it to boot up. After a lot of frustration and tears, they decided to take it to The Cheap Squad. Turns out that they had not plugged something in to the power supply, as it usually is with these builds, the simplest mistake! The Cheap Squad did a free diagnosis and actually fixed the problem. No charge. They could have charged for their time and we would have been happy to pay it to have it work. We will definitely use them for any computer issues in the future!

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I came in here a while ago with my laptop, complaining about a loose power jack since my laptop wouldn’t charge. They called me back ahead of schedule and explained there was nothing wrong with the power jack after they looked inside. As it turns out, I needed a new charger. They have this policy that they will only bill you if they fix something. So I got my laptop back and I didn’t have to pay anything! I hope I’ll never need the services of Cheap Squad again, but if I do this is where I’m coming.

While on a business trip to the Bay my iPad froze up! I was dead in the water with a presentation looming the very next day. I frantically explained how terribly urgent my situation was. Josh heard me, and not only did he jump on my iPad right away but gave me a laptop to work on while I waited to see if my device could be fixed. Not 30 mins later my iPad was cleaner and worked much better than before. Thank you Cheap Squad and a special thanks to Josh.

I brought my laptop for fix; They could not fix the problem and told me something wrong with the window files. It requires reinstallation of OS; We knew there is something wrong with the files; CheapSquad still insisted to charged me $35 for not telling me whats wrong exactly;

I went to have my laptop repaired a simple power outlet fix and ever since then my laptop is is in worst shape then ever I always kept my laptop free from viruses my lap top is only a month old the earphone Jack dont work no more and it seems to heat up fast and slow down Im so not happy with the service and now I have to purchase a brand new pc
