Had an Apple Macbook fixed by them and 3 months down the road it had an issue with the battery charging. They took care of it with no issues. They payed for all shipping and fixed the problem. I 100% would do business with them again.

I traded in my 13” with a broken screen for a 15”. I later found out that the serial number was not valid. The representative at Apple said it is most likely a stollen laptop. When I took it back to BKB they told me sorry you’re out of luck. ZERO stars.

I bought an old MacBook Pro from this place and it had some issues and so I shipped it back and they fixed it and then when I got it back the GPU failed so I sent it back and they replaced the Motherboard and I got it back and it was perfect and they even fixed one of my speakers that had static in it. This play is wonderful really good quality work and friendly professional staff and the manager Brandon is very friendly and tries to help with your problem best he can. Really recommend place I will go nowhere else except BKB tech for Computer problems.

I was having issues putting together my first PC and went to a different shop to try to get it resolved, but saw no results. I called BKB for a price estimate and recieved great service. Took in my PC and they resolved my issue within a matter of two days for a fair price. 10/10 Highly recommend

Clear guidance and support

Got back my laptop with missing screws and the wrong parts that weren’t there before I sent it to them. It made it extremely hard to send it to anyone else to properly fix it as it was clearly tampered with and missing parts so they refused to fix it. DO NOT SEND YOUR COMPUTER TO THEM!!

Has had my MacBook Pro for 23 days at this point even though I was told a 2-4 day turnaround. They have not answered the phone when I call during business hours, nor replied to my email, nor replied to my eBay message.The only time I heard from them was 16 days ago that they were starting to look at it and I was called so they could up sell a keyboard replacement for $200 or “cleaning in acid” of $60 which would literally mean they spray it with contact cleaner and use a brush on it, a 2 minute job once the logicboard, which is what I paid to have repaired, is already out.These guys are 100% scammers. I will guarantee that if I get my laptop back at all they would have just replaced my board with a lesser board hoping I don’t notice.

BKB fixed unresponsive touch screen in my Lenovo laptop. They have been super flexible and patient, while I was working out the repair approval from my shady extended warranty company. Good job, BKB!

I brought a Macbook that I thought was a complete wash into the store. It had water damage from a mop bucket that got knocked over. I had unplugged it and dried it but no.power after that. The people at BKB Tech said they would take a look. Im not sure what they did, they said the water had damaged the battery and they had to clean up the logic board but it looks and works like new and the price was really reasonable. They were very professional and only had it 2 days. Anyway I would highly recommend going here if you have a Mac repair . I dont normallly write reviews but I dont normally walk away from something like this happy.
