I was walking over to Best Buy’s at Santa Row to have my battery replaced in my Apple I phone when I happened to see Mobile Kangaroo (a computer repair shop) I decided to walk in and ask if they could replace my battery. The service technician behind the counter said yes he could do that for me while I wait, should take about 1/2 hour and will coast $69. I asked what brand battery they used? He informed me that they are Apple certified and only use Apple factory batteries.As I waited for my phone repair another person walked in with a stuck key on her Apple laptop. She told the tech that her dog stepped on it and the key got jammed, the technician looked at it and said don’t worry Apple has a recall on the keys doing just that, leave it with me and I’ll repair it at no charge. (The guy obviously knows Apple products)15 min went buy and he told me my phone was ready to go. Bottom line I don’t know what Best Buy would have charged to do the repair but I’m all about supporting the mom and pop places in my community, not to mention the top notch service I received from Mobile Kangaroo. If I ever need other repair’s I’m sure to go back and give them my business. Good job Mobile Kangaroo, good job.

Told me that they will call back, i gave my macbook just for diagnosis. It took them forever to do that. When i try to call them no one picks up the call. They never called me, its been 4 days since i gave my macbook there. I am so much concerned about my macbook. It was a mistake taking my macbook there.

I took my daughters phone in for repairs due to phone not charging or turning on. They said they would call when it was repaired and didn’t so I had to call and they said they had to repair a cracked screen that was never cracked so they lied, then they said they wanted to charge a restoring fee of $69 to basically just reset the phone, something simple to do I told them Apple advised me they’re should be no charges and when I mentioned that he tried to negotiate the price I told him no and that I would pick up the phone. I got there and it was never fixed he then said he had to send it over to Apple for further repairs. Horrible experience will never go there again

First time I came in the representative was super helpful and gave me some great advice (but I unfortunately couldn’t get services before my trip out of the country).Upon returning a different representative didn’t really give me any information or show care in telling me options or clarity on pricing or process.I’ll take my business elsewhere sadly. Wish I could speak to the first person who I met with.

When ready for pick up, drive across town in traffic. Apparently they didn’t even test it. Opened it and turned it on, gives flashing file. Can’t see the hard drive or the motherboard that was replaced. Told to wait 20 min. 30 min later “looks about half way done”. I decided I’ll come back some other day.

Very bad！My Mac can’t be charged. Several days after This store “fixed it “, my Mac can’t be charged again . We sent the MacBook to the store the second time, again, after several days it can not be charged. We have to take the MacBook to this store again. The staff said this time he will fix the MacBook permanently but need to charge us the fee again. Excuse me? The previous fixes are not for permanent???!!! Cheaters!

The employees are too rude and not professional. So disappointing. Why should I take this kind of low quality service for my iPhone. They don’t even deserve one star.

I was in and out this place in less than 5 min. The guy who was there, Tim, was rude and the service he provided was under any expectations. He also LIED to me that they are the only Apple authorized store, when this is not the truth. I know of at least Best buy and Computer care and I will be taking my business there! Horrible place!

I went to repair a cellphone screen. They ordered parts, but when I brought the phone to get it fixed the technician noticed a lot of water damage. He tried cleaning it as much as possible, but told me the rust would just end up destroying the whole phone very soon. They were very nice and refunded my deposit completely, even though they spend some time working on the phone.

Awesome service less than 20 minutes and my iPhone 6 become brand new. Great quality of iPhone screen repair. Thank you again.

I had a very poor experience at this particular Mobile Kangaroo location. Very poor communication from the manager and an extremely long wait in having my ipod fixed. I felt like I was being rushed off the phone every time I spoke with the manager, like they had urgent issues to attend to while I am a paying costumer. I was told that my Ipod would be fixed a month after dropping it off, and 5 months have passed by, and they are still working on it and seem to have no clue with what they are doing. Other Mobile Kangaroo locations are considerate and professional, but this one I definitely would not spend your money going to.

Slow service. Workers seemed annoyed that I interrupted their alone time. Eventually fixed my Mac, but it seemed like it could have been an overnight fix but somehow they managed to stretch it out for 4 days.

These guys are fabulous...they are tech wizards!!!....knows what they r doing. Even better they are very honest. couple of weeks ago, one guy fixed my computer and iphone for free...altho I wanted to pay him for his service, he said no because it was a small things. I will aways recommend them to friends/family members

Stores in bay area (appointment with atleast 1 store), everywhere they couldnt accept due to shortage of staff.(partly holidays to blame). Then Apple Valleyfair suggested that Mobile kangaroo is approved repair store that can handle warranty repairs. So my son went and submitted the phone for repair, they gave an estimate of Jan 3rd for warranty repair on iPhone 6. They also gave him a 5c as loaner phone. That loaner had a screen protector, which was very thoughtful of them. On Jan3rd my son calls, phone was not ready and no ETA . he was supposed to leave for college week later. They promised to get him his phone back before he leaves for the college. They couldnt .. after many calls and visits finally got the warranty replaced phone on Jan 31st !! almost a month later than original date. Since They were late way over their original estimate and my son is in college, I was hoping they will ship this phone with free return ship label like any solid business. They promised over the phone that they provide free shipping label, but they didnt keep their promise. Finally I ended up spending 2 hrs(40 min wait as no one was there during their working hours when i went) trip to the store and bearing the costs of return shipment my self. !!! Typically when u give a loaner merchants put a hold on the Creditcard, but dont charge till certain time. But this store processes the charge right away.!! Off all the best part is the store manager Mr. miguel Gonzales, always polite and professional. Store is neat and clean and looks upscale. Overall disappointed with the store policies and service and kudos to the store manager!! Hope management works on the feedback positively ..

They dont fix your phone right they just fix part of your phone i took my Samsung galaxy s5 and they only fixed the back botton and lcd now my finger print scanner wont work,multi task botton, and the botton light. DONT FIX YOUR PHONE HERE!!
