Just want to leave an awesome review for Chris, the night shift tow truck driver. He is extremely cool and professional, was very careful with my vehicle which is lowered, and got me and my vehicle home safely. Very courteous and knowledgeable. This is my second time using Tad’s Towing and I will continue to use them in the future. Thanks again Chris, you did an amazing job!

The staff here was very accommodating - I got a flat tire in a rental car and Chris was in touch with me directly for several hours after the rental car company had him wait extra time to pick up a replacement car (this was after all tire service stores had closed for the night) and then drove it to me 100 miles away. He worked an entire night to make sure I my car was towed and I safely had a replacement car by the morning. Would recommend his service to anyone stranded due to car problems. Thanks to him I got where I needed to go!

Very unprofessional called AAA and they recommended this place and the guy came out to us in half an hour no problem. He then looks at my car and charges me 50 dollars for him only to say my car is too low and can’t do the tow so basically tads towing robbed 50 dollars and didn’t do anything I then called to claim a refund on the 50 dollars and they said they don’t find anything but yet I have a bank statement stating they took out the 50 dollars and never got it refunded good job tads towing for taking 50 from people you guys can’t even help BUNCH OF THIEVES!

We went through AAA for my wifes disabled vehicle. Ordered at 4pm. Said they would be here at 5:30, then 6:30, then 7:30. Now 7pm and the service magically disappears. GREAT JOB KEEPING A MOM WITH A 5 MONTH OLD BABY WAITING FOR 3 HOURS AND THEN CANCEL WITH NO WORD. If you want a professional, keep looking, dont trust the safety of your family to A 3rd rate unprofessional who cant show up much less show up on time... if you are using 3rd party road side assistance and see you are being assigned this company, I highly suggest you demand another company...

Amazing experience from start to finish. The dispatcher kept me updated the whole time and the driver knew what he was doing. Made an unfortunate day not so bad.

They were recommended by triple A and Im glad they were. Driver showed up in less than 20 minutes and had all the right equipment for my electric car.

Freaking awesome guys. Cut me a deal better than Ace or AATR. The reviews definitely hold to their name. I have used them in the past and experienced hiccups, but they made it right for me. Very deserving of a 5 star rating. Polite dispatchers, go above and beyond helping me find a good shop. Even called them to see if they can take me and made the appointment for me. EASY!! Drivers are nice too. Very good customer service.

I needed 3 cabs towed from different locations at the same time and they were the only ones able to accommodate at a very fair price. Will use again.

I had the misfortune of my vehicle being struck by lightning on i95. I do have AAA, but I have a large 1 ton pickup. I was instructed by AAA to leave the vehicle on the side of the road as it would be about 2 hours before the contractor tow agency would be able to move the vehicle. The initial call to AAA was at 630pm. After several calls to AAA all night long, they did not call me, and at least 2 other tow companies that attempted to tow the truck with INFERIOR and UNDERSIZED equipment, as evidence by the notes... vehicle too heavy to pull from rear, need skates as vehicle was in park... Tads Towing was contacted by AAA to move it. This was now 430am...10 hours after the first call to AAA. The Tads Towing driver not only called me and said he was in the way, that he had the proper truck to do the job but also followed up by calling to inform me he had the vehicle and was on his way to the dealer. He also followed up with a call stating he had another driver take over the run, and then that driver also called me with an ETA. When the truck arrived at the dealership, the Tads Towing driver called me and told me where he had dropped it off. Tads Towing did the job safely, with communication. Thank you very much.

Called with AAA and driver showed up on time! I know Ocoee is out of their general service area, but surprisingly showed up in 45 minutes after I was told 3 hours from AAA. Stayed in contact with me the whole time. Will use again

Got my Harley towed today and was worried that I was assigned someone who didnt know what they were doing, but the driver knew exactly what he was doing. I seen other guys just throw a bike on the bed side ways and call a day. But these guys reserved the whole flatbed for my bike and used special equipment that made hauling my bike a peace of mind and safe!!!

During these unfortunate times of lovely COVID-19, I got stranded on the turnpike. Fortunately, I have AAA. However, AAA told me that I had to STAY WITH THE VEHICLE ON A BUSY HIGHWAY. What?! Tads called to get some info and they told me that if I had a ride, I could leave the vehicle so long as the keys were with the vehicle. Given the option, that was a relief. I was able to phone a friend and she was able to pick me up. But it was kind of pointless because Tads got there like 5 mins after I left! Ha!! But all was good because I probably wasnt able to ride with the driver anyway. At least my car was picked up quickly!

Called AAA for tow. Tads called almost immediately. Here within 10 minutes.Prompt, courteous, professional service.My car is a sports car and they took lots of extra care loading and unloading it at the repair shop.

Never again will I use this company! very unprofessional service. I placed a call with aaa at 11a to get my car towed to my mech. this company is a service provider for aaa.they kept pushing my call back every et y hour. I was a wrecker driver for 34yrs. I never pushed a call back that much. if this company cant handle calls for aaa then they shouldnt be towing for aaa!

Long story short, I got stuck chasing ducks. Literally. I was trying to save them from the highway and I guess I parked my car where I really shouldnt have. I got stuck in the mud and called Tads. I was skeptical at first because the dispatcher said the driver will be here in 20 minutes. So I was like, Yeah, right. Thats probably what you all say. Sure enough, my driver was here in 15 minutes. Haha wow I took my words back REAL fast.

Car stranded me with an electrical problem on Mother’s Day morning, Acura dispatched Tads towing and they were awesome! Arrived and didn’t attempt a tow with the flatbed due to an AWD car, called in another driver who was off that day to ensure the car wasn’t damages. Very professional and nice staff

Was already super stressed about COVID-19 and breaking down definitely did not help. AAA said I had to find my own ride (which is understandable), but Tads Towing got to me within 45 mins. My ride was 60 mins away, but my driver sat there and waited for my ride to come to make sure nothing happened to me. Talk about above and beyond.

Way too expensive and service like 2020 was terrible, would NOT recommend. Call another tow company, Do not waste your time or money!😡🤬

Was located 56 miles away from these guys, but were a lot quicker than the bozos who ditched me. Called AAA and they had to send Tads Towing bc the other company who was coming decided it was okay to leave me in the dust. Tads Towing got to me in 45 mins! Definitely would recommend if I was local.

I called my insurance and was assigned with tads towing. I was first assigned by another provider, but apparently they had other things to do. My husband and I sat on the turnpike for hours already, I was getting frustrated, but I understood it wasnt tads towings fault. But they expedited my service request and reached me within 30 mins. I dont understand why my insurance didnt call tads in the first place...

I am so glad I found Tads. They cut me a great deal away from original prices. Plus they gave me a MILITARY DISCOUNT on top of that!! Thanks so much.
