Quality haircuts at a decent price! It’s hard to find a barber who knows how to cut your hair consistently the way you like it. I’ve been seeing Bryan for over a year now and he’s awesome.

Im relatively new to the neighborhood, and I booked an appointment at Paradox. I showed up for my appointment, and when I arrived the place seemed to have a good atmosphere, and I was seated with minimal wait. Thats why this review isnt a 1 star.The haircut itself my awful. My appointment was with JJ. Ive been growing my hair out, so I wasnt sure what I wanted. Instead of offering any advice, he seemed interested in getting me out of the chair as fast as possible. He went around the edges with the clippers, and didnt even touch the top of my head. When I got home, I noticed there were spots that were uneven, like hed just missed running the clippers over them.For the 20 minutes in the chair, I was charged $35. Their card reader was broken, but luckily I had cash. The website claims the $35 cut should take an hour and comes with a complimentary hot towel, shampoo, and blow-dry styling. I received the hot towel at the end, but not the shampoo or styling. For the price I paid, I expected both a better cut, and better service.

First time discovering this shop, and walked away with good vibes, an impression of knowledgeable barbers, and solid styling advice. Waited a bit longer than I wanted when I first arrived, but couldnt complain too much as Kris went out of his way to talk through the style I was looking for while offering useful styling advice. Each of the barbers had a good vibe and created a welcoming atmosphere for anyone trying to find a new shop. Will be coming back again.

Misssd an appointment with my regular hairdresser and so decided to give paradox a try. 2 of my coworkers absolutely rave about this place. I decided to try Erik who my coworker called an artist. I went there early (before they normally open) and the place was all white which was a little spooky but interesting and there was very few people there. But don’t let that fool you! I wasn’t disappointed after my haircut. Erik was a great guy, really took time to understand my hair, head and what I was looking for and was very warm and nice to talk to. But more than that he just really delivered on a great haircut. When I came home my girlfriend had a big smile on her face and said I should keep going to this guy. Long story short - I’m going back there next month.

Make an appointment and be on time. Sometimes they fall behind if the person before you is late, but I can forgive that because service is great. I enjoy the vibe of this place and have been getting my hair cut with Paradox for about 2 years now.

This place is great I dont get my hair cut here but my son does and he loves it. The atmosphere is great right now, they have a live DJ. This is a busy spot and you definitely want to make an appointment. You do not want to show up and hope they can fit you in. The price is also good.

I was new to more expensive haircuts and assumed that there wasnt much difference between this and a $10 haircut, but it was right across the street so I thought Id give it a shot. I tend to be very lazy and get my hair cut probably quarterly, and it gets very shaggy in that time, but that has never stopped most barbers or stylists starting and finishing my hair in under 20 minutes. In contrast, at Paradox the barber (Zach) meticulously trimmed my hair for over 75 minutes (I paid for the 60 minute scissor cut) before the complimentary shampoo. It is a fantastic haircut, and absolutely worth the premium.
