I was in there today and had Tina ( I pretty sure that was here name). Anyways she was angry about something and I know it wasnt something I did because I was nothing but polite towards her. So while she was giving me a haircut she was pushing my head in direction aggressively like my head wasnt attached to my body (borderline physical assault). She was passive aggressively rude the whole time she was cutting my hair. And when I went to pay she flicked the debit machine towards me and rolled her eyes. I payed and said nothing, but I felt so disrespected. Whats worse is when I came home and did a thorough look at my hair I realized she cut it unevenly at the top.( I suspect on purpose)... I never had this type of experience with a barber. Im never going back that type of behavior is unacceptable my only regret is that I payed for that aweful haircut and experience.

Schroeders on Capitol and McKee. Gina did an excellent job layering my long hair. Ive been going to shoulders for at least five years I love it so wonderful place and the people are great.

This place should be rated much lower. The lady there ignored both my specific requests and completely butchered my hair! It will take a year to grow back to normal.

All the haircutters are really professional! Even with a little increase on the price, its still very reasonable. The owners are very nice, too. They provide a very friendly hair salon which I am not surprised why they have so many loyal or repeat customers.

They were quick, friendly and listened to how you want your hair cut. They are cutting hair outside and whats great is that the stations are spaced out appropriately. I suggest going early before weather gets hot. Great job ladies!

Great experience; Definitely returning . PRICES ARE GREAT ! Dont let the ratings fool you, give them a try. For all those individuals complaining about the prices too high, they obviously dont understand business. It was only $19 for a haircut !Owners were friendly and the hair stylist was great!

This place is great for line work and fades. Normally, I don’t write reviews, but during my last visit I was offered a discount for getting only my sides shaved. Thank you! Some of my family have been coming here for years. Normally I prefer going somewhere else, but the prices where I usually go have risen too much. The prices here aren’t so bad and there was no wait during the week. I’ll be coming here from now on. Thanks again!

Quick and professional service considering they are operating on sidewalk around their building. Have several haircutters working at same time so line was very short even though was on a Saturday.

Great hair cuts. Ive been going there since early 90s. Kim she cuts good hair. No complaints. Also cut my sons hair and other friends aswell. Thanks for many years cutting hair.

People friendly and do a good job

I would give 5 Stars if they were less expensive but they been hiring their prices like every other month. I used to pay $14 for a haircut now I paid $20 for a haircut. They cut hair good the one lady I go to. Cant speak for the others. But the place is clean.

Well if youre looking for a styled hairstyle, say something textured or the like, then dont expect them to do that here. My stylist didnt even know what textured was. They know numbers though. For your sides and how long you want cut off, but thats about it.

Great staff and were promt, but a little expensive for a simple mens haircut in my opinion. Besides that, it was flawless. Stylists were knowledgeable about products as well as what works with what type of hair as well .Ill be back .

I went for haircut today. A friend referred me to nora. My friend has curly hair and so do i. Nora was so nice and did an AMAZING JOB !!!! My hair looks so full and curly and she did it while keeping the long length. I soo happy. My hair has not looked this good for years. I would highly reccomend her. She will from now on be the only one to cut my hair thanks Nora !😁

Worst Place I have ever been to!!! First they would not accept the groupon and then the lady gave me a horrible cut. I had to go to a different place to get them fixed. I am definitely never ever going to this place again!!!!!!!

I wish there was a zero rating. This is the worst salon Ive been to to cut my hair. Attitude is pathetic of the managers and barbers. They so arrogant! & dont care about you or your hair. The best they can do is a clean shave..!

Friendly, but sometimes they only have one person working -- need to have at least 2 at all times. Its no fun waiting!

The ladies here love to take thier time . My daughter just needed a trim . It took 55 mins and a bit boring in the waiting room. . No reading material was around

16 bucks for a simple trim plus tip. Not worth it wont be coming back to these money hungry people.

I used to come here very often but not any more. The attitude and service has changed so much recently. Many new barbers came and nice barbers gone. I met a new barber today and she forced me to choose a hairstyle in a manual rather than let me keep my own hairstyle. After several minutes of argument she surrendered, but I think this enraged her. Her later hair cut was very impatient and rude, and she once scratched my neck with a sharp comb (intentionally, of course, but it is due to her rough movement). I dont know if she hates her job so much why she still takes it. It is a pity that Schroeders is not a good place to have your cut anymore.

Horrible experience. The management claimed that the barbers werent barbers. The couldnt shave the customer. The owners must have changed. I never had this happen in the past.

They say they accept groupon coupons but once after reaching there they just insulted us saying they wont accept groupon in a very rude way, especially the lady in the counter. This is not the right way to behave to any of the customers.
