This was my first cut at this shop, and I was fortunate to have Carolin(e?) as my barber. I wasnt really sure what I wanted except for a trim, and I asked for a 5 on the sides and back, and a trim on top to remove dead ends. She gave me tips (said that I might want to try shorter since 5 is long) and took the time to give me a 5, and then a 4 afterwards without me having to initiate to ask. She probably wouldnt have minded if I asked to see a 3 afterwards, but I didnt want to be a needy customer 😅. Shes awesome. Very caring, took her time, and did an excellent job on the overall cut. Environment was clean and I assume the other barbers were as good from a quick glance. Thank you Caroline!

Highly dependent on who you get. Ive gotten a different haircut with the same instructions every time. Im nearsighted so I dont really get to see whats going on until its too late to fix (since my glasses get in the way).

This place does a great job with mens haircuts. I definitely prefer it to those soulless chain shops. Next time youre due for a do give these guys a go.

I love this barber shop! Super talented barbers. Awesome family owned business. I always walk away with a great haircut, the shop is always clean, and everyone is always friendly. Been coming here since 2017 and my go to barber is Nee - she does an amazing job! My hair is pretty difficult to cut because it has so many different cowlicks but Nee is a true professional.Unfortunately, due to the COVID pandemic, all barber shops have been forced to close temporarily, so I wanted to post this review to show some support. I get my haircut every two weeks or so, and my last haircut was in Feb, so Ive missed roughly 5 haircuts. Ive been trying to reach this barber shop to pay them the 5 haircuts Ive missed; however, I havent had any luck. If the owners see this post, please respond and let me know how I cant get in touch with you. Its important to support small business. Cant wait to come back!

Caroline gives an amazing cut. However she has been out due to COVID. So I went today and one of the other male barbers was extremely rude and refused to cut my hair for some odd reason he wouldn’t explain. (I’m not talking about Thanh; he’s very nice.)

I received an incredibly detailed and caring haircut and hot towel shave from Andy, who I would consider to be a master at his craft. I got exactly what I asked for, and he spent as much time as he needed to get it perfect. I left feeling like I had just spent a day at the spa. I will be coming back in the future to get my hair cut here from now on.

Been going to this place for 30yrs, both prior and current owners. Service and results have been great through the years. The current owners and their 4 barbers are great, pleasant and fast but they dont rush just to get you out. Definitely recommend if you want a decent haircut at a reasonable price.

Showed a reference image for the style I wanted, barber took zero interest in getting it right. Worst part was he dint even blow/clean up the leftover hair on my face and shirt.Tip not recommended for such service.

A nice neighborhood barber. Theres usually a number of people ahead of you here but they have enough barbers to keep things going fast (never had to wait more than 5 minutes.) Best of all: they accept credit cards (unlike many barber shops). No need to fumble around with cash or run to the nearest ATM.

I have had my hair cut by 4 different barbers here. Each one has been fantastic. Each one worked on my hair and beard. I have been satisfied with all of them. They give suggestions and listen to requests equally. I will not get my hair cut anywhere else from now on.

This is the best barber shop Ive ever been to! Doesnt matter who is cutting at the time, they ALWAYS deliver! I have been here a couple times now, and even talked my son into going, (hes real picky about his hair) and he was really happy with his cut. Found our barbers as long as they are in business!!! Andy was nice and did a great job. The place cuts hair for children as well as adults. I also got a beard trim which turned out very nice. Ive been looking for a new place and I think this is it. Great prices and a good staff.

They are open!! Just had a great haircut yesterday. They are open and following all protocols for the covid19. I would suggest call and make an appointment but they do have walk ins. With all the restrictions you might wait awhile which is for all the protocols. I wont go anywhere else!!

I have him saved as Thanh the Man in my phone. I came in my first time a few months ago and he cut my hair better than anyone I’ve had before. I came in about a week ago and he remembered me from the one time I came in. Same result. Very good price for the cut he offers.

Just moved into the area and was looking for a place to get my sons hair cut. Dropped into this place as was pleasantly surprised. The people were friendly, the price was right ($14 for a regular mens haircut), and the haircut was very good. I will definitely go back again.

Walked in at 10am on a Friday and didnt have to wait at all but it was filling up. Andy gave me an amazing cut/fade, took his time, crazy meticilous. So glad I finally found a good barbershop in San Jose. I will be back

Probably one of the worst, if not the worst haircuts I’ve gotten in the last 5 years. If you want a better cheaper haircut volunteer to get your hair cut for free at a barber academy. Seriously.

Been going to this shop for 5 + years, always acceptable haircuts, but yesterday I got the worst haircut in my life, need to wear a hat for at least 2 weeks.
