Worst haircut ever!!!I’d give no star at all. The stylist Ionica is the worst one ever! She has no skills at all. My hair was ruined by her. She doesn’t want to spend time and effort for a ladies’ haircut. There are strands of hair hanging out from both sides and my hair on the back looks terrible. This place is for men’s haircut only! Great Clips across the street is way better than Supercuts.

I came here for a haircut and michelle was the stylist who did my hair. if you do come here, i recommend her. she understood what i wanted and she did it for me. she only works here on saturday so if you have time, i recommend going on a saturday

I ended up with no hair after the hair cut. The hairdresser misheard me and cut my hair short when I wanted to keep it longer lol.

Been come here quite awhile.I always see Sue, she cut my hair 1 time, understands what I want, now we dont talk about my haircut everytime we just have a nice chat while she takes care of it. So simple,such a big deal .

So about 2 or 3 years ago I wanted to get a hair cut but I didnt know where to get my haircut at and then Iwas at the Brokaw Ave area and I saw supercuts and I was like maybe I should check that place out and then I finally decided I wanted to get a haircut there so I walked in and signed in and then I waited until it was my turn and then I showed the hair stylist the hair cut that I wanted and she cutted my hair exactly how it looks in the picture and I really liked it a lot!

Do not go here if you have curly hair! I requested a trim and wanted to cut a bit more than usual because I have not been to the stylist in a while. The usual person that did my hair wasnt there so a guy did it. He literally chop my hair unevenly and with no shape whatsoever. I should have know the moment he pulled out the water bottle. You dont use water to cut curly hair. This cheap haircut its gonna cost me over 100$ to fix.

Got my hair trimmed and bangs, the woman that cut my hair did an excellent job, and made my bangs thin instead of thick. Never had that before and i love her suggestion! I will definitely come back. They did a good job at keeping things clean during covid with plastic dividers between each chair.

This is a great spot in the neighborhood for a beard trim and haircut. Theyve got great hours so I can fit in a stop during the week after work, or on the weekend.

I like this place for its location and wait times. The only issue I have is that the quality of cut depends greatly on my stylist but I have NEVER had a bad cut here. Just wish it was more consistent. Would recommend

It was very nice to get a haircut after being in lockdown. They cut well products are a bit on the expensive side. It would be better to tip the person who cut you hair.

I travelled from the UK and needed a trim during my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and the haircut was completed very carefully and to a high standard. My needs always came first and If ever I visit Santa Clara/San Jose again, I will definitely drop by here again :)

Worst haircut. The guy didn’t listen to what I wanted, just did what he thought was best. Told him not to high on the sides and he went high. Basically gave me a mohawk. Find a real barber.

I went their earlier today after work. My stylist was Sue. I went initially for a simple fade using a 1 on the sides and a simple trim on top. But I forgot to tell her about the trim on top and she remembered what I got the last time I was there and just did that. My fault. The haircut was great.The only disappointment about SuperCuts in general is that they are leading themselves to charging too much for haircuts. The haircuts alone are $20. Today I found out that if you request a particular stylist, they charge you an additional $3, which was not mentioned on the mobile app when I reserved my time. This $3 charge is added whether you request your stylist at least at this location no matter the method; mobile app, mobile web site, full web site, telephone, or walk in.I would have thought that since SuperCuts is not all corporate owned salons anymore, that the individual franchised salons would start lowering their prices to be more competitive in the market. But this is not the case as of right now. They are heading to pricing themselves out of the marketplace.Now don’t get me wrong, Sue did a great job on my hair. It’s just the overall pricing from SuperCuts in general, no matter the location, that needs to be fixed.

Jeniffer is very patient and excellent. Get coupons from Groupon and you can get your hair cut plus shampoo for $15 bucks. Great deal right!!

I had to wait over an hour. No point checking in online either. The only reason I think this place gets business is because of the discount coupons they sent out. Nothing great about the service. Also they charge $3 extra if you want to pick the person to do your haircut.

Cant do a simple fade and line up might as well tell customers so they wont mess your hair up honestly I do not recommend at all save youre money and hair ...

The worst haircut I ever had.....this lady called Jenny gave me a uneven haricut and there was another lady who was trying to cover it up. Never going back again.
