Communication could be little bit tricky since owners do not speak much English2. Sometimes there is a man in addition to woman in this salon, but woman is better at hair cutting.

The service is slow. They are nice people but they dont have much help and they are not very efficient. I keep going back because Ive been going there since I moved to San Jose.If you havent formed a habit of coming here, dont. There are too many heads and not enough attendants.

Came Im and there was no customer service. The lady didnt even acknowledge me or say hi or even a we will get to you in a minute. Sat there for 20 minutes until I asked if they did hair for men just to see if they would even help me sooner. The guy in the back was on his phone the whole time. How did this place get 5 stars?????

So at this place is just one lady working; we were waiting for more than 30 minutes and we decided to leave because not even the person who was working there talk to us to explained the waiting time
