Karyn was our day-of wedding coordinator and she was the consummate professional. The pre-planning went smoothly and we appreciated her attention to detail, all of which gave us confidence in our wedding day going as planned. The day went by perfectly and Karyn was a big part of making sure that happened.The venue was gorgeous and everyone attending our wedding enjoyed the views. The food was just okay, but they’re accommodating if you want to bring extra outside food to supplement. I highly recommend booking this venue for your wedding.

My husband and I got married at Boulder Ridge in July 2019. It was a fantastic experience all around. The employees were friendly, responsive, and helpful for all of our questions and meetings to plan and prep. On the day of, they were professional and everything ran smoothly! The food was absolutely delicious, my decorations were set up exactly as I envisioned, and my guests had a wonderful time. I still have people telling me how fun our wedding was. I am thankful that we found such an amazing venue, and can only hope that we can go back someday as guests!

The entire team made the entire process so easy and efficient. Lauren In particular made our day incredibly special. Being a control freak I never thought someone would come to the rescue and HANDLE my family the way they did. I have never been as relaxed as I was on the day of my wedding and that is all thanks to their eye for detail and overall organization!

Best view, nice staffs, awesome food

This review is long overdue. Our wedding was on September 21, 2019. It was such a magical night as everyone would explain on their wedding day lol but this venue was so beautiful. The staff I can’t thank the staff enough. Lauren and the rest of the crew were helpful. Made our day easy!! In our opinion it was the wedding of the year .. sadly 6 months later Covid hit and it was the last wedding our family attended.I can’t thank Boulder Ridge enough for all their hard work in making our wedding a memorable one!

Beautiful Desert landscape.My wife and I decided to have a Destination wedding. We didn’t have to plan and the staff was a great help. Recommend it to everyone.

We had our ceremony and reception on 09/01/2019 here and had a blast! From the consultation to the big day, Lauren and Heather were nothing short of accommodating and amazing. A wedding planner/binder was provided once we made our deposit and it provided step-by-step instructions on what was needed and by when. The scheduled meetings and calls also reassured us that this team would take care of us and our guests. Honestly, weddings are hard, especially with 200 guests, but Lauren and Heather have been in the industry long enough that they are ready for anything!Boulder Ridge is setup on top of a gorgeous hill overlooking the Almaden Valley. Majority of our guests congregated outside, even at night, just to take in the views. Valet is provided with a fee per person. Both our ceremony and reception areas were setup beautifully and exactly as we had requested. We did not go with the in-house catering, but the team was able to coordinate with all vendors to ensure an effortless night.Shout out to Lauren for coordinating the wedding before and on the day of. Oh ! and thanks for reminding us to stay on schedule. We had a difficult crowd, but you held it together! Forever thankful to the Wedgewood Team!

Beautiful spot for special occasions. My family has been coming here for years, whether its for graduation or anniversary parties and everything else in between. Boulder Ridge always brings family and friends close together for memories that last a lifetime.

Went to a great evening wedding here.10/30Actually - it was my daughters wedding ;) And we were all extremely happy with our choice of venue! The location, planning, service, accommodation of special requests, and professionalism all made this a very happy occasion for all who attended!

I’ll start by saying finding a wedding venue and digging through the details can be very stressful and difficult. However, in regards to finally booking our wedding with Wedgewood it became very seamless and removed the stress on myself and my wife. I’ll keep this brief because if your searching for a venue you know the details of booking all the details. We started our search for a venue in Summer 2018, we had a very small budget in mind with a guest list of about 65 people. Venues we visited either charged us for not meeting a requirement of 100+ guests, didn’t have parking for our guests, needed everything to be handled by third party vendors which usually included setup and takedown the same day and the list goes on.When we stumbled by chance onto Wedgewood and their venues. We had first been looking at one out in the East Bay but it was too far for many of our guests, that’s when we found that Wedgewood Boulder Ridge had recently opened. Now this location had done weddings years before however under a completely different company. Now in 2018 Wedgewood had come in and set everything up and when my wife went to visit the open house she knew it would be a great fit for us.Our journey was started by contacting Tori who made an appointment with us and within just a two-week time period met with us at the location and gave us a walk of the grounds and answered all our questions from pricing, vendors, DJ’s, Cake tasting with their vendor, and so on. That day she gave us the ballpark quote which we took home and quickly decided this was going to be best for us. Tori quickly arranged a follow up appointment where we placed our deposit. From there we were presented with a binder that took us from our ideas to placing them into motion for our big day.We worked along with Tori voicing our concerns, our ideas and the layout of the dining room. Over the course of a few visits we had everything ready to go, we met with the cake vendor at her location and did our cake tasting in one morning, then met with the florist who also was very helpful in assisting with our color palate. We finally set our wedding date for the month of October once that was all set we met with Tori who introduced us to Lauren, Lauren was the one that took us through our final rehearsal and through the entirety of the wedding ceremony and reception. Both Tori and Lauren were super helpful and replied to all our questions via email quickly when we were not with them in person.When the day came I the groom arrived 30 mins prior to the ceremony, my wife had been there about 2 hours before to get ready. We were greeted by Lauren who was working diligently with the vendors to make sure everything was ready to go. The setup looked amazing and when our moment came everything went so smoothly. Lauren was there for the majority of the night to guide our guests to their respective tables, and she handled working with the vendors the entire evening which made myself and my wife comfortable as well as all of our guests. On behalf of myself and my wife Lynette we are so grateful to have found such a wonderful venue and really admire all the hard work and effort everyone put into our wedding. Thank you, Tori and Lauren, for being so skilled and helpful on what many people condsider to be such a stressful day.
