The staff at the Marrero location provides EXCEPTIONAL service. I was provided with quality service from the moment I walked into the office. Olivia, at the front desk, Kayli, the dental assistant, Tonya, Assistant Office Manager, Lisa, Office Manager, Rashona, the other dental assistant, the dental hygienist, and Dr. Charles Coleman, the wonderful dentist. I was so very nervous because I have such a phobia about any dental procedure. For my initial visit, the staff took the time to explain everything so I would clearly understand cost and procedure. On the days of my procedures, the dentist and assistant were so patient with me (I was a very tense patient) and the office manager and assistant office manager took the time to ask how I was feeling and if I needed anything. I also received a follow up call the following day to ensure that I was doing well after the procedures. I asked for the names of the staff members because they deserve a commendation for the quality of customer service they provide. Scheduling an appointment was simple, the payment procedure was convenient, they maintain communication via phone and email, and the they take safety precautions regarding COVID-19. The office is very clean and inviting. Thank you for a job well done. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

Went in for tooth pain, and was able to find out more about the cause since they take x rays of your whole mouth instead of just one area. I really like that about Aspen Dental! The staff was friendly, and attentive
My appointment was for Friday, March 19th at the Marrero, LA location.I made my appointment online and called to verify the services that would be provided two weeks prior to the appointment. I was informed, both by the information online as well as the call center, that my appointment would include x-rays, a cleaning, and consult with the dentist. After finishing my x-rays at the appointment, the technician informed me that I would meet with a dental hygienist to access for any gum or tooth decay followed by a consult with the dentist. If there was time, the cleaning would happen. I questioned the x ray technician about this last detail as I had specifically scheduled a cleaning as well as my x-rays. “Oh, we don’t do that for new patients” the x ray technician informed me, going against what I was told online and on phone previously. I was brought back to meet with the dental hygienist and dentist, who were both courteous and professional. After speaking with the dentist, he left me reclined in the exam chair and told me that the cleaning would happen today and the hygienist would be in shortly. 45 minutes later of being left reclined in the chair another hygienist walked in, was started by my presence and said “I don’t know why you’re in here. Let me check on what’s going on.” The office manager then came in, and told me the cleaning would happen shortly. A moment later, the lab manager came back in and told me it would be another hour before they could begin the cleaning. At this point, it was 10:00am, and I had to be back at school. I spent the next 20 minutes trying to schedule when to come in for my next dental appointment. As a student of Tulane’s School of Medicine, my time is very limited outside of the classroom and clinic, and it was very difficult to find a time that worked where a dentist would be present for after my cleaning. In addition, the cleaning price I was quoted over the phone for $67 for new patients was not honored. I was told I had to pay for the cleaning prior to my next visit and I had to pay a higher premium than what I was expected to pay based on my previous conversation with the call center. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior, and had I not been forced to pay for my cleaning upfront I would not be coming back to this location.
I love this dentist office, everyone was very nice and friendly. They get you in and out the door fast, very good service.
The service was great! I was in and out quickly. The dental hygienist I had was very sweet and one of the best dental hygienist I have ever had.

Went in to get 2 fillings from Dr. Hu (?). Something was wrong because my pain after the fillings is worse than what it was before. Tried to get what she did corrected and was told that I’d have to pay $100+. It should be free.
Y’all are very nice people but horribly unprofessional and should be sued for how you handled me yesterday(09/30/2020. I paid to get a tooth pulled and left without given any pain medication or medicine for the infection. When I called back a few minutes later and told them that I had a serious migraine from the tooth they had pulled, they told me that the head dentist was at lunch and that I couldn’t come back. So I ended dealing with a vicious migraine for a couple of hours before I was brought to ER. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves and I recommend that NO ONE should support this place. I WONT be back!
My experience at Aspen dental in Kenner,All of the staff was very nice. The hygienist and Dentist explained the xrays with me an was very precise on showing me what was going on with my teeth. But this one young lady Markeisha was very very polite an professional an stayed with a smile on her face.I felt very comfortable while there. Great job ladies.

Never will go back to this place doctors are rude they dont explain what theyre doing to you and all they want to talk about is theyre good dental plan for your dental care regardless of what you went to see them for why dont you handle the problem Im asking you to handle first and then I might want to come back to you as a patient
They dont communicate very well with what you will be paying on your visits. You wont find out until you walk in for the visit that they want 700. Also my root canal experience has been HORRIBLE not to mention when I finally got my temporary crown on after 4 months, it fell off that night. I had a feeling the girl that did it didnt know what she was doing because Dr. Wu corrected her quite a few times during the prepping. But she still allowed her to do it. And it was off by dinner time smhUPDATEThe morning before a hurricane they can and ask would I like to come in early? I woke up got dressed and headed in, then she tells me its 704, so I left, luckily following my first mind because not only did I miss a week of work I also didnt have power for 7 days. Now months later I get a bill saying I still owe 704, remember I never got the crown finished, also I called about rescheduling and she said she would call me back but never did.

Recieved inferior dental work that ultimately had to be retreated. They did offer to perform the retreatment however I expressed that I was not comfortable with them performing any additional work considering I already have to have their work redone on multiple teeth. The dentist, Dr. Wu, offered to work with me on the replacement crowns that I would need. However, the office manager Anna claimed to be unaware of any such offers from Dr. Wu. Anna said she would look into it and call me back and never did. She also would not return my subsequent calls voicemails. Oh, and the regional manager, Wendy, also has not returned my call. Money and insurance charges down the drain.
Loriett Hebert was my hygienist for last visit. She was very informative and patient despite being the last appointment for the day! She didnt cut any corners or rush me out, she even took the time to show me how to brush properly. Super sweet lady! Thank you.
Worst Dental Experience Ever!I guarantee everytime you go here they will tell you that you need additional work done or try to get you to buy a new toothbrush, mouthguard, etc. Went here about 6x. Everytime I went they found something else that needed to be fixed. Im actually writing this review as Im sitting in another dentists office who is going to repair what Aspen messed up. Would strongly advise anyone AGAINST Aspen Dental.

I had an emergency (my dental crown came off) at 1pm. At 2pm I was sitting in the chair. They got me fixed up in no time. Thanks to the considerate staff and Dr. Woo.
True, the office staff are really nice; however, the prices are outrageous. And they do try and force treatment that you probably could have over time. It seems like, if a patient walks into a dentist office due to pain or having problems that are concerning; it should be within the best interest if the patient to help. I was told, that, no work could be done until i had my two dental treatments first which would make me out of pocket over $700 each visit. Secondly, i was told that the examination was free; nevertheless, they sent a claim of $50 to my insurance company. I do understand the whole building on a good foundation theory, but i would be watchful of the scam like process for out of pocket expenses.
My first time working with Hygienist Loirett Hebert RDH, she radiated love and care for my teeth and was very informative. I walked away feeling positive & confident about my next decision over my oral hygiene. The knowledge she shared will definitely improve my situation. The only issue is i wish i had met her sooner.
I was amazed how comfortable they made me feel. I have been deathly afraid of dentist due to a bad childhood experience. Thanks to Aspen I am on my way to better dental health.

I had a good experience with my visits. The staff was very nice, polite and professional. I think it was S. Wu the one that helped me. I give it a 4 Star just cause the waiting time can be a bit off even with appointments. Other then that I am able to eat and talk because of them. I had a problem with my jaw cause of my teeth couldn’t open my mouth. Thanks again for all the help and work y’all did.
I visited the Marrero location for the Ist time where I was welcome by the most friendly and professional team. i was greeted by Miss Bri and Miss Rayshawn and Ms. Patrice at the front desk which they welcome me with opens arms. I then meet Ms. Keisa which she performed ex rays and she was very detailed about the process before we started. I also meet with Mr. Jamal who help me understand my options for the treatment which are will be needed. Such a great staff. Will be returning to complete my treatment. These other reviews must be from people who work there because my experience deserved -0 stars. Shady Scam Sham of a Dental Practice.Upon walking into the office I was leery. My appointment was for 6pm I did not get seen until almost 8pm. The only reason I stayed was because I was finishing up work in my laptop. Patients were getting upset and walking out because of the wait. The front desk person was loud and spoke very unprofessionally. The dental hygienist smelled of cigarette smoke. The young lady who did the x rays was probably the best experience of all the people I encountered. The office manager gave me some outrageous prices for a cleaning. I had to get him to give me a breakdown of why a cleaning was over $200 when my insurance says I get a free exam and x ray with no co pay once a year and up to 4 free cleanings a year. The $200 was for a toothbrush, a rinse and some mouthwash that I probably wont ever use, and some other dental work that was completely unnecessary that totaled up to $1700. What a scam. I would never set foot in this shady scam sham of a dentist office.
