Not helpful at ALL . The women front desk is very Rude! I got refer by neighbor it was reasonable in the beginning But (Over charge) me to renew. Its NO Zero 🌟for me . Look somewhere else

Not helpful at all. I just called right now and this woman won’t even try to hear what you have to say. I had a question about how claim works or about the policy of the claim (because she is listed as our agent) not about the status of my claim and she just gave me the number to call. Atleast try to hear what the member have to say. Sounds very rude as well. If she’s assigned as your agent, please change it right away. This is the second time I called her and she WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL.

My family has been with Trang Nguyen agency for many years. We got referred from a friend whose family has policy here for more than 10 years. We are all happy. The agent and her staffs are very responsive, professional, knowledgable, experienced and honest. They care for customers as their own family. It’s easy to find an experienced agent but it is hard to find an honest and caring one.

No assistance with car accident claim

Had insurance with her for several yrs and wanted a business insurance as well as commercial vehicle and she was dragging and dragging and never got it done . Was driving a brand new Mercedes for 10 days without coverage because of her delays. When I pointed out the delay she became rude and started calling us cheap etc when she never even gave us a quote. Worst person to deal with and can quickly become insulting if you want prompt service. Need to cancel all policies with her and move away

All State Agency run by Trang Nguyen was an absolute great experience. All the staff are great! Their very professional, accomodating and friendly. I had AAA before but I havent experienced insurance agents such as Trang Nguyen and her staff. Trang Nguyen and staff offer exceptional service. Love them!

It is nice to know if I ever need help, Trang and her staff will be there for me. Trang has taken care of all my insurance needs, the office hours absolutely convenient and I feel like a valued customer & I appreciated the great customer service that I get every time!!!

If I could get negative star, I would. She talked my family into changing to use her service (car insurance). She promised a cheaper price looking at our paperwork, which we immediately dropped our plan and come to her. I originally used a different agent but same company which was clear from the data I provided to her. Turned out she couldn’t become our agent due to having Allstate altogether (the company didn’t let this happen), she didn’t apologize, tried to hide this information and blamed it on us. We wasted so much time and fee for her. She promised to make it work and when she eventually did, the price was way higher than our previous plan. The last day, she even raised her voice at my mom, saying Vietnameses only like cheap stuff which is irrelevant. You don’t promise one thing and do something different and expect people to be nice to you.If you’re looking for somebody who lie to you and are irresponsible, this is the person you should go to.

I met Trang at a first-time auto insurance buyer. She was one of taking care me. She was very friendly in helping through the process. During the process, weve share about culture and family value...I also had some questions to which she gladly answered.She also has a nice welcome kit for me to walk away with.Trang made the process pretty easy and pleasant.

I found this place from a friend, tried, very satisfied with their service, hours, the knowledge from the agent and her staff.
