Excellent. Tommy came out the same day I called him and immediately diagnosed my clothes washer. He returned with the part and fixed it quickly. This is our second repair with Bishop; he came out 4 years ago and quickly fixed our refrigerator freezer unit. Bishop appliance is professional, courteous, competent and has reasonable rates.

Tommy, the owner, is very knowledgeable about appliances and he is very helpful. We spoke for a few minutes on the phone about a microwave problem, and he suggested that it is too far broken and I should replace the microwave. He made nothing on this, he was just helping unlike the other appliance repair people! This guy is great!

They came out to look at our dishwasher and were able to quickly diagnose what was wrong with it. Turns out that we are better off replacing it but we would definitely recommend them for quick and helpful assistance!

Tommy came and very expertly diagnosed my dishwasher proplems. He explained a few aspects of my machine that I was unaware of. He then was willing to discuss my options in repairing the machine vs. buying a replacement. There was zero pressure and I felt like he had my best interests in mind. Will call on him again.

For those of you who are quickly scanning reviews, heres the bottom-line: Tommy came through for me in a BIG way - and got my older model Maytag Neptune washer/dryer stack working again. Im glad I called him - and you will be, too.For those with a bit more time to find out about Tommys heroics, keep reading...Due to the configuration of our garage, we had to have a washer/dryer stack (dryer on top, washer on bottom). We bought a top-of-the-line Maytag Neptune washer/dryer stack 15+ years ago. Up until recently, it had been been a reliable machine. But, the dryer motor started to fail - then failed completely.I thought about buying a new stack. But, they stopped making large capacity stacked washer/dryers. Who wants the condo-size drums? Not me. I found that we could buy new stackable washer and dryer units. But, I was looking at $2000+ for a situation where only the dryer had stopped working. I needed to get my stack working again.I found Tommy because of his overwhelming number of positive reviews on Yelp. I called and left a message - which he returned within 15-minutes. I like that...I explained my situation, and he already knew what to do. He stopped by right away to take a look and collect some model number information. Since he would be ordering a replacement dryer motor and parts, he asked for a reasonable deposit - which I was happy to provide.Maytag had a big problem (like Class Action size) related to the washer doors rubber gasket. Even though my stack was many years past warranty, Tommy was able to acquire a brand new factory-replacement gasket...for free. And, he just charged me a reasonable remove & replacement fee.I like hanging out with the repair people that come by my house (part checking on them, part enjoying seeing how repairs are made). Tommy was very pleasant to have a working conversation with...2-1/2 hours worth. He got everything replaced, and my stack has a new lease on life. There was one small thing I needed to have Tommy return for, and he took care of it without charging me a dime.Tommys made me look like a hero to my wife for getting the dryer operational again. And, the total cost was way less than buying just one unit of the new stackable washer and dryer units. Thanks Tommy!

Tommy, showed up on time and fixed the washer. He called back to let me know when he would get the parts! Awesome job!

Called in Tommy, and recommended him to my neighbor as his fridge was broken. He came in on the same day, even though it was already after 5:00 PM. we called him. He patiently worked on the fridge and found out the exact problem and fixed it there and then. My neighbor was very impressed at his professionalism and politeness, as well the cost of the repair.

I phoned this company, left message and received phone call within minutes. Very friendly and informative. I have a 16 year old maytag washer that is always unbalanced in spin cycle with and without clothes and water. He would come out and relevel or diagnose problem at a very reasonable price. I believe that the snubbers are worn out and he said the price to fix that is more than a new washer. I decided to buy a new washer. He said to phone him when I chose one and he would tell me if it is good or not.

Tommy would not repair my GE appliance and referred me to another repair service that had zero interest. Will definitely be using another service that provides GE repair..

They were clueless at troubleshooting our dishwasher and did haphazard work on the oven (leaving wiring debris in the oven, initially installing the part wrong, snapping screws off and only hesitantly replacing them with whole screws). Wont call them again.
