One of the best service experiences!! I brought my coffee machine, on my way to visit friends in SF, hoping that it would be repaired in 2-3 weeks or so. They fixed it the same day! And the owner accommodated meeting with me very late that evening, for my convenience, when I was coming home from SF, passing by, so I wouldnt have to drive 1.5 hours next day. Excellent personalized service, the way it should be!If you need to fix appliances, thats the place. Thank you very much!!

Ive brought a handful of various appliances here that needed repairs and were out of warranty or otherwise unsupported by the manufacturer, including a microwave, vacuum, and space heater. Ive been really impressed with the quality of the repairs and the fair prices. Getting these machines repaired has been a great money saver and a great way to keep junk out of the trash, so Im really grateful for this excellent service.

Very nice person peeked out the door. She went back in to see if my item was available. She could order it. It would take a week. It only cost $4 for a hose. If I went through the company online it would have cost$14 plus shipping. Thanks Appliance Repair Express.

A printed notice behind their cashier says to the effect that No money would be charged for the repairs estimate. But I was asked to shell out $20 +$20 for the two Casablanca ceiling fans I took for estimate.Their estimate was made available after a gap of 6 working days and was exorbitant. Gladly they returned my fans without much ado. In short, they are very bad.

Very happy with my experience there although I was concerned after reading some of the reviews online. My experience summary: Got a prompt response to my initial email. Brought the machine in on Saturday, it was ready to pick up on Monday! Their hours made it a bit hard for me to get there after work but when I called they said they planned to stay a bit later and I could come by after closing time. Picked it up and machine works flawlessly again for a reasonable price.

This is your classic mom n pop style repair place. The staff here were friendly, willing to work with me, and good at their jobs.They fixed my KitchenAid mixer-- one where Id attempted a repair myself and messed it up so it wouldnt start-- faster than Id dared hope. Theyre certified by KitchenAid, too, which means theyre people who are guaranteed to be using the proper parts and tools, and to be able to do what you need.

We drove 2 hours from the valley to have my Kitchen aid mixer repaired. It was leaking oil when we would use the juicer attachment so I had to have this cleaned up re-greased and a new gasket put in. The new owner (who used to be and employee for the previous owner) was nice enough to fix the problem in less than 2 hours. My husband and I went for lunch in the shopping center that they are located in and returned to find it completed. I was more than happy that we didnt have to make another trip to pick it up later on. Thanks for a great service job and working with us out of towners.

ZERO stars!! this is the absolute worst! they charged me to evaluate my Gaggia, after having previously charged me $350 to repair it, unsuccessfully!! after months of waiting to hear from them, I continued to try reaching them, unsuccessfully. after finally getting in touch, I was told that the reason they hadnt repaired it, was because they couldnt find the part! what the heck?! and they hadnt bothered to let me know! I was furious and asked for my machine back as well as my $ for diagnostics. cant believe I was swayed to let them have one more crack at it..... my mistake. now its been several more months, and I have not heard from them and cannot reach them. they still have my machine and my $, and as far as I know, no resolution to the reason that I took it in, in the first place :(this place should NOT be in business. customer service isnt just horrible, its closer to non existent!DO NOT refer anyone here. DO NOT take anything you value here!!AVOID at all cost!!!I never write reviews. not good or bad. this is my first ever, but felt I needed to do so, to warn others

I brought in my ancient Kitchen Aid mixer after I dropped a glass measuring cup into the bowl while it was running and broke it. The mixer is now fixed and sounds like new. Im looking forward to baking a batch of hazelnut caramel blondies tomorrow!

Unit fixed! Unfortunately never got a call when unit was repaired for me to come pick it up, and I had to call inquiring about the unit. It work well now though!

Great service, reasonable price for same day repair to Saeco Expresso machine. Appliance Repair found the problem and fixed rather than just changing parts.

Zero star. He is a liar and a crook. I brought my Dyson upright vacuum cleaner under warranty repair. For the last 10days they never called me for status. I had to call everyday to see how things are. Moreover when I want to take it back, they gave me a wrong vacuum cleaner with different serial numbers and insisted it was the same one. They mistakenly input 5 wrong numbers on the order sheet. Are you kidding me? So I end up take beaten up Dyson instead of almost brand new looking one. Fortunately, Dayson will replace new canister and brush head. Do not bring any of your repairs. If you must, document every detail and take pictures. Better yet try to find other places.

Can I give them anything less than a 1? I agree with these other people. Their service STINKS. They can fix it ..IF...you give them 2 months. My Bissel carpet cleaner may never come home!!!

These people do not return calls. If you leave a message on their answering machine they do not have the common courtesy to call you back. Their reason is they are so busy. Then why have an answering machine.I took my vacuum in on January 17 I told Dean that the brush head was not working, he must not have believed me since he decided to plug it in and try it himself. Sure, enough it was not turning. He called me about a week later to tell me what the charges would be. I thought my goodness they didn’t even start on it yet. I agreed with the charges and I waited.The receipt he had given me had a requested date of February 6th. I started calling by the 7th to see if it was ready no one answered and I left a message. No on returned my call. I left more messages every other day. No one returned my calls.Finally, on February 14th I drove over to visit my vacuum. There was a woman at the front counter I showed her my receipt she checked the computer. it is past the due date. She said Oh the computer generates that date. (so, I guess since the computer generates the date the store has no intention of meeting the due date) I mentioned then someone should fix the computer program to generate a date that they want. I mentioned that I have been leaving lots of messages asking about my vacuum and no one calls me back. She said we really busy here. Great Customer service, don’t answer the phone and don’t return calls.She went to check on the vacuum, she came back and said it will be ready by 5 pm.I left and Dean called and said the vacuum was ready about 2 hours later. I drove back and paid for the vacuum and said I would like the old parts too. He said he already threw them away. I started unrolling the cord and I said I want to see how it works. He said don’t you trust us ( he didn’t believe me when I brought in the vacuum, I just wanted to check ) I said I don’t want to have to bring it back. I was told I am not welcome in their store anymore.Oh by the way the repair is only good for 30 daysI think they should take the EXPRESS out of their name too

I have a verry expensive delonghi coffee machine that was not working properly and I brought it here. When he found out I had come from Pleasanton he offered to fix it that afternoon while I waited. My machine got the overhaul, new o-rings, gaskets, a new pump etc all for a fraction of the price for a new machine and it works just like brand new. My coffee tastes great again because of the new pump and the leaking from the water spout is history. This place is a winner.

The absolute worst customer service experience possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I took my Bissel carpet cleaner to them for repair over a month ago and nothing promised was done. Digging into the situation I discovered the order to secure the needed parts was not even placed for over two weeks after my machine was dropped off for repair. Further to this I was continually told that it was Bissels fault that the parts hadnt been shipped. Appliance Repair continually promised to follow-up with me on the Bissel part order status….all to no avail. Their response…sorry we cant do anything about it. When I asked to speak with the owner I was told that was not possible. When I asked for the owner to call me back….they did not.Take my advice and learn from mine and other peoples mistakes…this place is a train wreck. Save yourself time and hassle and find someplace else to go.
