I scheduled an appointment, the technician was on time. However, after 5 minutes of turning a couple knobs and unscrewing 2 screws (which he did not replace) he claimed he couldnt, work on my machine and left. I called in and was told that it would cost me $120 to drain my machine of water and that I needed a new one. This was by far one of the most unprofessional experiences Ive had when dealing with appliance repair. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. The only plus side is that I was not charged for the visit.

I wasnt sure that our washer would ever run again and the repair person jumped on it, found the problem, and came back the next day to finish the job.Non only was this pleasant but quite efficient and knowledgeable.Thank you again for the good job.

To be specific, I asked Alexs advice about my washers noise. He asked me to share a short video of the noise. After reviewing the video, he suggested not to repair due to cost and hassle. He asked me to replace it instead. I believe it was the right advice. I didnt pay anything but got the experts advice. Thanks Alex and ABC for superb service. Please keep it up.

Sam came on the first day and diagnosed the issue with our gas stove exactly. He told us when he would be back with the parts needed to fix, a few days later came on time with the parts and fixed the issue exactly as needed. Highly recommended and will work with them again in the future!

We had to get the motor for the range vent and the filter housing repaired. Vagan came out and was extremely professional. He was honest about the difficulties in getting the parts and the timeline. He explained the scope of the work. He kept us in the loop on receipt of parts and soon as they were available, both he and Alex did a very good job in getting both items fixed. I would strongly recommend them.

The service response time was excellent. The service technician was courteous and efficient. The drain pump was installed without event and I can again enjoy a working dishwasher.

Our dryer was not drying effectively and had become disconnected from the vent tube. The technician came promptly, professionally, and evaluated the work, provided an estimate, and when the work was done, departed. He did an excellent job, tested the dryer to make sure it was working, and cleaned up. The young man was professional, and explained the work and the reason for the need to do it. I would definitely repeat.

Technician did not speak English well enough to be understood. The tech. didnt have any repair parts on hand. Quoted price for repair was a gouge.

Appointment scheduled in less than 24 hours. Technician arrived right on time. Wore a mask & gloves the entire time. Diagnosed and fixed my fridge and done in just about an hour. He even took a pic before starting so he knew where the shelves needed to be put back. And, he slid the fridge out, cleaned the filter and checked the water line before finishing. Great service! Our fridge started making a loud noise and warming up. We contacted a few companies on Yelp. Alex got back to us promptly, sent someone round and gave us a good quote to replace the compressor. Its an expensive fix and too difficult for me to consider but we like the fridge so we decided to take the chance on spending about half what a new one would cost to keep it. ABC did a great job very quickly and we are very happy to keep our fridge.

My thermador refrigerator broke down and I couldn’t find anyone to come out to repair it for at least two days. I called ABC service and they said they could be out that afternoon. After spending at least an hour of their time taking apart and diagnosing my refrigerator, he found the problem and temporary installed a part he had until he could get the factory part to repair my refrigerator. It was at the end of the day and all the parts stores were closed. He left without charging me anything saying it could take possibly 3 days to order the part. I was relieved because my refrigerator was working and I didn’t have to throw all my food away. To my surprise, he called me first thing the next morning and told me he had found the part and could be at my house in 30 minutes. My refrigerator is working perfect and I am so happy with the service I received. The fee for everything was so reasonable, much less then I thought it would be. I would highly recommend ABC Service. Their personable, professional and truly care about the customer service they provide.

After two visits by Vagan and spending almost $300, the dishwasher is still not working

We had a problem with our dishwasher where the water was not draining properly and the wash cycle would not complete. The technician came and found the solenoid that controls the drain valve was burnt out. After replacing the solenoid the following day, he said it was fixed, but when I tried to run it that evening the timer would not advance to complete the cycle.Turns out the timer also needed to be replaced for additional $$. He hadn’t thoroughly tested the dishwasher after fixing the solenoid problem, so I was disappointed that we had to go through a second repair to get it working properly.

Alex and Ray both came and fixed my defrost and water valve that was leaking in my GE profile refrigerator. They came the same day and took their time to diagnose the problems. Even came back late night to work on my refrigerator. They fixed both issues and the final payment was given once I was happy with the results. Great team work and excellent service from both of them.

I called about an emergency repair for my water heater. The owner was able to make it to my house in only 15 minutes and had made the repair in under an hour. The owner was super knowledgeable and really easy to work with. I will definitely call and use this company again!

Called at 9:00PM on Sunday night. Refrigerator was repaired and running 15hrs later. VERY responsive. Price was at the upper end of my forecast; tech (Derik) was very professional. Would recommend.

They were very fast in responding, set up an appointment online, the technician was on time, with updates texted to me when he was in transit. He fixed the gas leak in my range quickly, I paid in cash and immediately was emailed a receipt. It does not get any better than that.

Appreciated that they were the most responsive of the multiple services that I contacted. My refrigerator stopped working and I was in dire need of same-day diagnosis. But when they finally came, they weren’t able to properly diagnose the problem nor did they seem to have the right tools or spare parts to test for the problem. Just felt like I threw away $70 and still have a broken fridge (and rotting food!).
