Strongly recommend this apartment complex. Area is quite, neighbors are nice and service as well. I was completely new to the Area and Maria has taken the extra mile to make sure I quickly adapt to it with many area/to dos suggestion and even allowing me to use the building service to help me carrying some furniture (Wont be able to do it by myself). The area itself is also very nice with a supermarket, CVS, Chase, and farmers market just by crossing one road. The surrounding parking area is also very safe and has work for me so far. Apartments are brand new and with good appliances. Quite happy with my new apartment in the bay so far.
I’m just sick of calling on your auto-reply machine. Why do you post your number if you’ve no intention of answering?I have a few queries regarding the apartments and rent, your machine always says you’re busy with other customers. God knows whom you’re busy with speaking during full business hours! You don’t even respect by giving a call back.I’m afraid of even visiting you guys, if you’re giving such treatment to your possible tenants, how do you treat to the ones who are already there?!I’m reading the reviews, can’t agree enough with people who have mentioned that you neither answer a call nor reply to emails. Pathetic.
I just moved here recently. We are very happy living here because everything is brand new, including the pool, fitness and game room. We feel like living in a 5 stars hotel. The management and staffs at the office are very nice and helpful. The maintenance phone line answered me even it was around 10:00 PM. Schools, supermarkets, convenient stores... just in 10 minutes driving. There are no homeless people around. I highly recommend this place.
I’m new to the area & so far really like this place. The garages over some sort of security, as well as the on site security. Very nice lux and modern space & staff is friendly. Moved in 2 months after my building construction was done & I love my floor plan, quiet community, always clean common areas, the amenities look great (hopefully they open soon). Not too expensive for all it offers.
We’ve now been living here with our two cats since February, and have nothing but positive things to say! Jason helped us find our perfect apartment and was more than helpful answering all our questions the weeks before we signed our lease. Yesterday my key to the gym/other amenities would not work correctly, and Danielle was more than helpful giving me a new key and going above and beyond coming with me to my gym (in the second building) and making sure my new key would work before giving it to me (also right before their office was closing!).Ive read about the ant issue some people have been having but we haven’t experienced this at all (our apt is at the 1599 building, this may be happening at the main building). The neighbors here are also extremely nice, and actually seem like they enjoy living here! Our gym has also been open since the beginning of march (only 5 people at a time, and from 9:30am-6pm) but most people have been reserving a spot and not attending the time (when we’ve both went we were the only ones in the gym or 1/2 people at most). Our gym has a squat bar, a cable machine, treadmills, free weights, and more also!Overall we looked at over 15 apartments in the SJ/Cupertino/Santa Clara area, and immediately new after our initial tour that we found the one!
Do not live here! This apartment only looks nice. I didn’t expect a brand new apartment with so many issues when we moved in. Called maintenance team several times in the first month for AC not working, components of fridge and cabinet fell off. I have no complains for their maintenance team. However, the ants coming from the bathroom is not acceptable. Why is a brand new apartment has ant issue? I just don’t understand. The complex also have noise issue. I can clearly hear people’s footsteps from upstairs downstairs and the hallway. There’s just no soundproofing.
Living in Los Angeles, I found out that I would need to relocate to the Bay Area in about 10 days. I never imagined moving into an apartment that I had never visited in person, much less, a city I had also never visited. The weekend I found out I needed to move, I ended up setting up about 12 different virtual tours with various apartment complexes. The Platform was the last on my list, for no other reason other than it landed towards the end of my search results.Jose was our virtual tour guide and I ended up being incredibly impressed with not only the building, but also the honesty, transparency and experience I had with Jose. Outside of really liking with the unit and complex, I felt like Jose was representative of the management at The Platform. Ive lived in apartments with poor management and it can make your home feel like everything but that.Ive now lived here for about 3 weeks. Adding some notes below on my overall impressions:What impresses me:- The mailroom is well-organized (I had heard of poor experiences at other complexes)- The common areas are well maintained, stylish and routinely cleaned- Quiet! I had read about the walls being thin in another review but I have not found that to be an issue- The residents are friendly and very neighborly- Berryessa is a cool place to live - tons of food options and the flea market is one of a kind; freeway access and a BART station within walking distance- Management has been great so farMy biggest complaints:- None so far!Im really happy with my decision and I appreciate all of the help that Jose provided.
Newly built apartment complex in a quite nice area. The amenities are really cool. Loved the place. I came over for a quick tour without any appointments, however, Maria gave a thorough tour and showed all of the floor plans. Definitely planning of moving in there.
Respect your residents who used to live here. Tried to contact agent couple of times to solve PGE issue. Do not answer phone and email and do not even care.
