I have my nails done here every two weeks. They always look amazing! The employees are always nice and take pride in their work. I refuse to go anywhere else!!

I love going to Natural Nails. They are quite busy so I recommend making your appointment a day or 2 ahead. Jenny does a great job with my acrylics, and my teenage girls really enjoy getting pedicures in the massage chairs from Tommy or Lisa. I am also thoroughly impressed with gel color. I use my hands a lot at work, as well as doing chores and DIY projects around the house and the nails look brand new for at least a week no matter what I am doing!

I have been going to Natural Nails for almost 11 years. They are always professional and I especially like for Jenny to do my nails. She is the owner and does a very exceptional job.. Lisa does my pedicure and Lisa and Tommy both do a good job as well. I will continue to go there as I am very happy with the way I am treated.

I have always been going to this place since they opened years ago. I have not been there in a couple years and called for an appointment today for pink and whites. When I called I was told they did not know what I wanted and I said over and over pink and whites and she said she had no idea of what I wanted. I tried to explain and told herWhat I thought it was. When I got there they asked what I was there for and I again said pink and whites and again toldThey didn’t know what I wanted. IGoogled pink and whites and showedSeveral pictures she said you want ambre.I thought okay if that’s what you call it now. Guess I’m not up on my nail lingo. The guy with no personality shows me one nail and I’m like no that’s not at all what I want. The lady that I talked to on the phone started arguing with me in front of customers that that’s what I asked for. I told them over and over pink and white and also pointed there board with prices that said pink and white!! I never ever cause a problem and have been a manager for over 35 years. I’m very tolerant and usually never complain but I was humiliated and wanted to run out of that place!! No apologies no nothing! So rude and unprofessional that I will tell everyone I know not to go there. Absolute horrible service !

Been coming here for years. Love them! Very nice, clean and family owned. I get pedicures here every other month or so. Super friendly and never have had a bad experience.

Physically abused by the owner. I only went here his salon was empty when all the others were full and not taking walk-ins. Boy, did I find out why. Im filing assault charges with the District Attorneys office. She got me just off camera before she folded her arms and started body checking me. She ran to her cell phone and grabbed her camera and chased me out of the business yelling that she wanted to take a picture to show me to all her customers.

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon and the service was even more terrible. As soon as the nail tech put the nail polish on my nails and toenails, it began peeling off. I will never go back there ever again.

Always great! I’ve tried every local place, did my hop around for a bit but always come back here! My nails never pop off, the shape is on point and the detail to care is always top notch! I recommend #4 pedi you will have the softest feet ever! It is hard to get walk-ins so plan and make an appointment!

I was hoping to have cute, simple nails done for my fathers wedding this weekend. Everyone had multiple clients at once and were on phone/video calls with ear buds in. I also work at a salon,NOTHING was being sanitized at all, let alone by COVID-19 regulations.I wasnt asked anything about my nails other than the color. Before I knew it my nails were cut and done. They were not the size or shape I wanted. I was not asked once what size OR shape I would like. But I had no time to have it fixed. I guess my nails are done for my fathers wedding.. I just wish they were anything I wanted.

I started going to Natural Nails in October when I decided to get acrylics again. My regular nail tech had moved away so I decided to give N.N. a try. My experiences, overall, had been okay up until my most recent visit on Sunday December 15th 2018. I decided to get my acrylics removed and go back to my natural nails with a gel mani. The first thing that struck me as odd is that she didn’t soak my nails to soften the acrylics to remove them as I have had happen at other salons in the past. She started ripping and peeling off my acrylics. She would stick an unused artificial nail between my natural nail and acrylics to get my acrylics off. It felt like torture and getting my fingernails torn off. She was also using a cuticle trimmer to pry off the nails. She was being so aggressive that the cuticle trimmer broke on my nails. After all the acrylics were taken off, she began filing my nails with the automatic nail file (which I have learned since then that you are not supposed to use those on natural nails). At that point many of my nails were hurting and sore. She then told me to wash my hands so she could begin applying the primer and gel polish. When I got to the sink I realized that my left, middle finger nail had been worn and filed down to the skin on the bottom half of the nail. It was such a pain that I haven’t experienced. When I went back to my seat, she tried to apply the primer to all my nails. When she got to this particular nail it was a searing pain and I explained to her that we couldn’t polish that nail because the nail was raw and in a lot of pain. She told me that I was incorrect and the nail wasn’t damaged—that it just looked funny because of the color of the nail. I tried explaining to her and telling her no. She polished the other nails and asked again about polishing that nail. I told her no because it was too painful. She told me to come back in a couple days to get that nail polished, but it is going to take a while for this to heal. I have to keep it covered and I am concerned with infection. I received no apology or acknowledgement of what had happened. I will be finding a new salon and will not be going back, and would urge people to be very careful about the nail work being done on them and tools being used.

Worst nails I’ve ever got. They’re too long and when I told them I wanted squovals and they’re the most square nails but they just were so aggressive with my wrists/hands. She also was scrolling through Facebook videos with ear buds in barely looking at my nails through the process. She also made my nails crooked and some unevenly painted. I just wanted to be cute for college

Absolutely terrible!!!!!! Never going back again! I went in for a fill and they don’t even looked filled! You can see where my nail starts and she just painted over it! That’s the whole reason to get them filled! The woman did not pay attention to my nails at all. She was watching something on her phone and had ear buds in while doing my nails! My nails are all different. Some are sharp, some are dull, some are thicker, some are longer. Just a mess. And every girl wants their nails to look the same!

Have been going for a while now - Have always had good service dealing with my acrylic nails. Jenny is wonderful! - even have my husband going now for the pedicures, which is great as he is a diabetic - this is wonderful his foot care.

I love this place. The staff is very friendly and will chat, or not, depending on what you are looking for. I got shellac done 2 weeks ago and its still going strong. I do a lot of manual labor work so Im happy its lasted this long. Ive also been very careful not to peel any of the shellac off.Everyone there is friendly and its my favorite place in Bangor.

Natural Nails does the best and most beautiful nails. I have been a customer for 20 years through two owners, and have never been disappointed. The quality of their customer service is beyond exemplary.

My daughter and i had our nails done yesterday.. They came out great.. We will definitely go back for our nails from now on. Had them filled and gel polish.. Excellent job.

Nothing special. I got my nails done with my sister and her friend and it was awful! Me and my sisters friend had a man and my sister had a girl. My guy was rough and cut me 3 times! I was bleeding with all of them and all he said was “oops” and kept filing really fast making them burn. I ended up having glue all over my fingers. The lady doing my sisters nails asked her what shape she wanted and my sister told her round. Evidently that’s not what she wanted to hear because she told my sister to go to someone else. All 3 of us were being cycled through different people instead of staying with one person. No clue why. They even yelled at the customers after us! Yikes!

Lisa did an an amazing job on the dip polish !!! Wish I could say it’s clean 🤷🏻‍♀️

I went a few days ago and I will not return. The guy cut me while doing my nails then yelled at me and told me it was MY fault because I moved..... I moved because you hurt me, thanks. My nails are super uneven and look horrible. Half ass job. They look like I’ve had them on a week because he didn’t even do the acrylic gel to the end of my nail.... and in the middle of doing my nails, he took a smoke break and didn’t wash his hands before returning to work on my nails. I’d give it a 0 if that were an option.

I went to Natural Nails 2 weeks ago to get a shellac manicure and a pedicure. All was going well until I was cut not once but twice on the same toe during my pedicure and was bleeding. No precautions were taken and the man doing my toes did not even address the fact that Id been cut... Twice. Now 2 weeks later my toe is still red and despite keeping it clean is slightly infected. As for my manicure I walked away happy and thought it looked good the only issue I had was that when my nails were put under the uv light my fingernails burned. After 3 days several of my nails started to peel and by day 5 all of them were peeling. I called and was told to come back to have them fixed. When I went back to have my nails fixed they tried to blame the peeling on the fact that my nails grew... well they had not in fact grown all that much in 3-5 days and regardless shellac is supposed to last 10-14+ days. They did fix my nails free of charge however, 5 days later the paint on one of my nails cracked. I tried keeping it together with clear top coat as I did not want to go back again. As expected keeping my nail together with top coat only lasted about a week before the top coat could no longer keep my nail together. I went to A Body in Knead to have the shellac removed and replaced. I was told it should take about 10 minutes to remove the old shellac but it took over an hour because what was put on my nails at Natural Nails was not in fact true shellac as they had advertised but something more like acrylics ( we arent 100% sure what it really was). By the end of it all my nails were trash. Needless to say I will never be going back to Natural Nails and to anyone reading this review to help decide whether they should go here or not I highly recommend taking your business to Evangeline and the ladies at A Body in Knead. What Evangeline did to fix my nails was nothing short of a miracle. I walked out of there with beautiful nails after she got all the crap off them that Natural Nails put on. The girls at A Body in Knead are friendly, do great work, and are very fairly priced! They truly care about doing quality work and that you are 1000% satisfied with their service when you walk out the door.

I do not recommend this place at all. They were rough will your hands and very bossy about everything. My friends nails are uneven and chipping after only a few hours. The lady at the front desk was constantly putting her headphones in not paying attention to the customers. She was also begging me to get my nails done and then said she wanted my money to make business. They also started yelling a different language across the room. They never asked if we wanted details on our nails they just did them. I will not be going back.

I did not get quality. My French gel manicure had uneven lines and uneven paint coat. A couple of the tops of my nails had a bumpy texture. Some of my nails werent even fully painted on the edges. I was very disappointed. The staff were nice though.

This place is awesome. They are clean, pleasant, and professional. I would recommend to any one looking for mani or pedi.

I went here to get my nails done with my mother. So, firstly, the woman told me itd be 30 dollars for a full set of acrylics. She ended up charging me 45. The guy who did my nails was super rude, seemed annoyed by everything. Ive never had my nails done before so I didnt know what the procedures were. Instead of telling me to put my hand under the uv light, he would tap on the machine and just say switch, switch. He also initially made a couple of my nails jagged and I had to point it out in order for him to fix it, in which he seemed incredibly annoyedThe woman did my mothers nails, she, like many of the comments mention, had her ear buds in watching something. She was not paying attention to what she was doing at all, and in turn my mothers nails turned out terribly. They didnt push her quicks down they didnt fill them in all the way, and they were sticking up pretty badly. Nothing natural looking about them. Plus, she gave them 55 dollars and didnt mention that she was over paying, just took the money. She wanted to rip them off as soon as she got home.Bad customer service, bad prices and bad results Would not recommend

I went there yesterday. The manicurist spent the first half of my appt on the phone. She sits right as you come in. She had an earphone in and was speaking a foreign language in a loud voice. I finally asked her if I was bothering her and if I should come back when she has time. I told her that this was my time. She ended up being a very imature woman because she absolutely would not speak to me after I said that to her. I gave her a $15 tip on a $50 session because actually her work was good and she didnt even say thank you. Its toobad because I decided that if she even said thank you or apologized I would go back Im a good tipper and shes gonna lose out

My daughter and I had mani/pedis on a busy Saturday afternoon. They could do with a few more staff and the place needs a good sweeping but, the staff are fun, friendly and know what they are doing. Great service at very fair pricing. We will be going back!

We are not happy with our nail ~ We went there few days ago. our Nail is look awful. It s not stay last more than 3 weeks. We not know who do our nails. They not write down their names and willing to communicate with us. I will not come back!! I am not comfortable to go there again.

Never going there again. They were very aggressive with my hands, just twisting my wrists every which way causing strain on them. Also they completely botched my acrylics. Each nail was crooked and my thumb nails fanned out so much I could have rowed a boat with them. Ridiculous, not worth your money.

Service was poor. Worst nail salon I have ever been. Their attitude towards the customers was so arrogant and disrespectful. The guy who did mine was so arrogant and he was not willing to hear what I have to say. I certainly not recommend this place to any others.

I usually get okay service here and my nails look great but this time I had the middle aged gentleman and he took a break from doing my nails to smoke then my hands smelled after which was gross and he took 2 hours to refill my nails. My nails did not look how I expected them to at all, I had to go back and fix my nails myself.

Ive been going to see Jenny and Tommy for over 8 years I will not go anywhere else!

First and only visit for me and i would certainly never recommend the place to others. Personality of staff very unprofessional. Greeted by manager a woman seemingly disinterested to the point she waited to remove her ear buds. I wanted a woman to do my pedicure she gave me to a disshoveled looking man that looked like he had slept on a park bench the night before. The basin was tepid and he was rough and cared much less about what i wanted. Worried alot about blood everytime i asked for shortening my nails or removing ingrowns. Not to mention he took a smoke break in the middle of my service. I have been having pedicures for 40 years and this was the closest to being in a Vietnam village having my toes hacked like a bunch of bananas by a machete. Come on Maine you can do better than this. This place needs to close down.

They do a good job and the people are very friendly. I will not go anywhere else because Jenny and Tommy do a great job.
