One morning I dropped my beloved black and gold Movado and it landed face down. The crystal was badly damaged and I panicked. This particular model is no longer made and my wife gave it to me 10 years ago. I found R. Guenther Service on the Movado website and I made the trip up to the city. They service was great and quick. They said it would took four weeks. I paid an additional $25 to have my Movado shipped to my home once it was ready since I cant make it up to SF during their normal business hours. It arrived in three weeks. I opened up the the box and my Movado looked like new. Im so grateful I found this place. I collect Movados and this will be my place to go for repairs. Thank you!

I needed a new pin for my watch-band. I was in the building for another reason, saw the R. Guenther service center, and decided to duck in for a quick repair. The guy was very helpful and fixed my watch for free.
