I had recently found myself interested in high quality watch wear, but had not yet established a relationship with a reliable jeweler. A friend of mine suggested I visit Seregins Fine Timepieces. Here is where I met Paul, who helped me with a few watch options that I had researched prior to my visit. Being new to the world of fine watches, Paul was accommodating and professional. He made me feel comfortable while I took my time viewing the vast collection, while answering any questions that arose.There was no pressure to purchase, so I decided to shop around at other stores. A week later I decided to make my purchase at Seregin’s, where I was warmly welcomed back. Paul provided an excellent price and educated me on proper care of my piece. I was so enthused by his help that I actually bought two watches.Although both quality and price surpassed my greatest expectations, the real reason I will be returning to Seregin’s Fine Timepieces is the excellent customer service.

Seregins is the best resource for anyone into wristwatches. Paul did an outstanding job on servicing a vintage Vacheron that I acquired through auction. He patiently explained the details of the servicing and clearly has a love of watches that transcends business. Seregins has a vast selection of vintage and higher end watches at reasonable prices.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. The kindest, most professional and fair jewelers I have encountered yet in the Bay area. I took an old Omega solid gold watch to many places to get an estimate and they gave me the best price but also broke it down and educated me on the art. Both Peter and Paul were lovely, as well as Pauls wife.

Me and my fiance stayed in San Fransisco for a few days and were using the parking garage where this store is located. I walked by many times and finally my fiance was not with me so I stopped and looked. First I thought it was some cheap China jewelry store but while looking through windows I notice that some watches were not that bad so I decided to go in. The owner himself was there so I asked for a watch in a certain price range. He gave me a really great selection to choose from. I was impressed. And all of them were super nice brand name watches with real diamonds and gold. Thanks to him I found just the right peace that went along and matched the $20k engagement ring I just bought for my fiance. I got so lucky thanks to this store. A bit negotiating, back and forth and I had the right watch for my girl. This was the best jewelry buying experience I have ever had. Super humble owner. Great store, best selection and best attitude of all people working there. If you like a great watch and prefer best service then ease do yourself a favor and go to this place.

Had my vintage Titoni serviced here and everything went smoothly. Paul is very knowledgeable, super nice and a pleasure to talk to. The store also has an interesting selection of pre-owned pieces. Love this place!

We are long-time customers of Seregin’s Fine Timepieces. Having met Paul when my husband needed his watch serviced, we knew at the first instant he had great knowledge and passion for watches. Most recently, when my husband was in the market for a new watch, we went to Seregin’s. Paul showed us several pieces that met what he was looking for, and he was fair on pricing and trade in value. While looking at other jewelry at the store, I noticed Paul had a Tiffany wedding band that was one I had coveted for years. To my happy surprise, it was my exact size (it’s not a ring easily sized). Paul Seregin is extremely charming. In 2017 and 2018 I purchased 7 watches with the understanding that they were all of investment quality.The total spent was over $25,000.When I ran into financial difficulty at the end of 2018, I explained thatI needed the cash to pay debts because my CEO had stolen my companys funds and was two months behind on my rent. He told methat there would be a restocking fee of 25% in addition to his refusal to return the 8.5% sales tax. This is despite the fact that he had given me written appraisals that were 25%-40% above what I had paid.He finally took back a $6,000 Rolex which he said was one with a special dial face that he had only seen once or twice in the decades he has been in business. I have a written appraisal of this watch from Paul for $10,000. After the restocking charge of 25%, he only give me back$4,500 which did not include any of the sales tax because he was buying back the watch and it was considered a separate transaction.I trusted him to give me advice in my purchases and that he would be honest and fair. I made the mistake of investing in watches that were supposed to increase in value and yet in less than one year, I lost over34% of my investment. He was also aware that I could be homeless in a few months.Paul is a businessman who is only concerned about his bottom line.Dont believe the exaggerated appraisal that he will give you when youpurchase your watch. It isnt worth the paper it is written upon.Go in with your eyes wide open and do your homework. His only interestis making a sale.

I first met Mr. Seregin few years ago in a different location, I purchased my first Rolex watch from him there. After a few years I got divorced and I sold it.My father who is 95 now had a Rolex he bought when he was in the U.S. navy. He had it for 30 years. I thought he would handed down to me, but he threw it away because he broke it. That’s before I knew Seregins. Thats why I like Rolex.I’m close to retirement and the company I work for don’t give any parting gift, so I decided to buy another Rolex for my retirement. I contacted Mr Seregin during this covd19 and he said he’ll meet me in the shop. It’s probably been 14 or more years since. Me and my wife were the only customers. It’s a pleasant visit when there’s no distractions. Mr Seregin was professional and kind. He showed me the watch and I thought about it, and I bought it.At first I felt guilty for being selfish, because I saw so many homeless on the street on the way to Seregins. I could easily had given them the $ instead of buying the watch. And I thought, how long will it last in their pocket?During this lockdown we have time to reflect on ourselves, family, friends and mostly our Creator. Time is all we have and that’s why I bought a Rolex. Choose your time wisely and have peace always.Having a business is not easy and I congratulate myself and Mr Seregins for the transaction.Thank you Mr Seregin a friend in need is a friend indeed. Super quick service, less than 5 minutes to replace my watch battery. It costs $7 and I didnt have any cash on me, and the gentleman assisting me said it would be $10 for credit card and I agreed to the charge but he ultimately charged me $7 for the credit card transaction. Very nice guy, definitely returning as a repeat customer.

The best place in California to buy a watch.Paul is a complete gentleman, extremely polite, patient, and knowledgable. He gives off an instant aura of integrity, and all his watches are fairly priced. It doesnt end at the sale either - he arranged engraving at very short notice, and I imagine I will be doing business with him in the future.

Great place to get your watch fixed. My watch strap broke, and the fixed it in 10 minutes for 5 bucks! Great place for all your watch needs. Close to UCLA as well! Im probably gonna go get my watch face fixed as well since its falling apart.

I came across this little gem of a place by chance and I couldnt be happier. I inherited a Patek Philippe and didnt know much about it. Paul went above and beyond! His honesty, personality, and professionalism were exactly what I was looking for going into this knowing as little as I did. I ended up having the watch appraised, cleaned, and serviced. I called Paul about a watch that was my grandmas for an appraisal. He sounded very professional over the phone. I asked him before hanging up the phone if his business had parking or if I should take bart and he said yes that I had one free hour parking. When I get to his business the over all appraisal was quick and told me what I need it to know. My only complaint is on my way out I asked him about the free parking. He said usually my appraisals are $40 so you can pay for the parking Remember I could of taken bart and avoided the hassle that he put me through but he assured me that I had one free hour of parking just like he has posted all over Yelp. I dont understand why he couldnt tell me this things over the phone. So I figure since I was there for only 15 minutes tops it wouldnt be that much.....wrong they wanted $ 40 for parking and since I lost my ticket the wanted me to pay double. The people working at the security gate were so rude, unprofessional and money hungry its not even funny. They are crooks and I would be careful taking in jewelry to this people because all of their stuff working security are from bayview a notorious area in the bay area. There has veen many of cases where this people set customers up who have expensive jewelry and follow you home to rob you later on dont take it from me do your research. Im Not saying that it is what they are doing or what happened to me but it wouldnt surprise me. Their stuff wanted me to get out of the car and go around back to fight...I couldnt make this up if I wanted to I really thought I was going to get jumped by all of them. They really wanted to hurt me and all because I didnt want to pay the $ 80 for 15 minutes that I parked there. So I told them lets go talk to Paul please because I couldnt afford the $$ 80 if I would of known that I would of taken bart and avoided all of this. So when Paul came I told him what happened and he said Ill let you out if you write a good review about his store so here it is paul. My experience of buying a luxury watch from Seregin’s Fine Timepieces was nothing but exceptional. I talked to Paul Seregin a couple of times prior to visiting his store, and I found him to be very customer service oriented. Paul was in the store when I arrived, and I asked him about a couple of watches that he had in stock. He was patient, informative and not in the least bit pushy. I am very pleased with the pre-owned watch that I purchased from him. His asking price and the price that he gave me for the watch that I traded in was very fair. He threw in a couple of extras.
