This is the second time i have been to this place. Very unprofessional. They dont call you and update the status of your watch. And no one answers their phone. Just go to the next movado repair shop in sf.. not here!

Got my 10 year old rolex fixed here. It stopped working completely and they got it looking brand new. Works great and all the scratches are polished as well. They also put in a new battery in my old watch for free so I had a watch to wear. Will definitely be coming back!

Quick battery replacement - Movado Executive

Came here to get a battery changed on Seiko watch. In and out in 5 min. Also, hes a very nice guy who talked me out of servicing a much more expensive watch as an unnecessary expense. Ill be back!
