I attended an open house event with a friend at EpiCenter MedSpa. I had no plans to return after the evening’s event. Thankfully I sought direction for weight loss which lead me to inquire about a facial. I was never approached by any one at the Center to try any service other than what I was scheduled. There’s never any pressure to purchase anything or directed to subscribe to any other service. How refreshing! The staff is so professional and friendly. You can trust the professionals and enjoy the results! I enjoy being in the Center for my services. The surroundings are beautiful and relaxing.Dr. Bitter and the entire staff are wonderful! Everyone’s always so kind and efficient taking care to remember discretion coupled with excellent quality. I can not imagine doing anything else for the ongoing pursuit of looking my absolute best. Kudos!

Beautiful facility, have gone here for years. Sad to say the the services are hit or miss. Just had filler, filled the wrong area. Spent a ton $$$$ on Fractora, didnt do much. I had a IPL many years ago, was great. Super nice staff, beautiful office, service quality is hit or miss.

EPI Spa on 8th floor has excellent services and staying open for all needs.

This place is amazing! My husband and i came here and we both enjoyed the different pools. The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing, very serene. Everyone was so helpful, polite and its nice to see smiling faces. The massages we received were awesome. It was just what we needed and we definitely left on a relaxed note, which is what you want after leaving a spa.

Ive been here about 6 times now because I love the relaxing ambiance and scenery so much. I absolutely adore the different pools and the romantic vibes but the massage experience itself can definitely different depending on who you get. Ive had great head-to-toe massages and other unmemorable ones. Regardless, I always leave feeling better so thats all that matters.

Highly recommend!! When I arrived for my appointment I found out they had mistakenly booked me for the wrong service. No one was scheduled to perform the procedure I actually wanted. To make up for the mistake, they gave me a HydraFacial at no charge and rescheduled my original service. The facial itself was fantastic and everyone I spoke to provided excellent service! I’ll definitely be back!

I have been seeking skin support from the Epi Center Med Spa for 7 years and it shows! With their knowledge and support my skin has maintained a fresh glow, and I am wrinkle free within reason. Kelly has always given me great feedback on what direction I need to move, sometime more action and sometime less - and she is always right on. Everyone there really knows what they are doing! I would recommend a consultation first in order to learn what would be best for your skin.

Ive been coming for 12 years and it is still just as amazing...wonderful staff and beautiful office!!! I come to Epicenter mostly for laser hair removal and they are the best!! I went yesterday and Arlene was fantastic. The new laser machine is practically pain free, I was shocked!!!!!!! Im already looking forward to my next treatment (also helps that they offer complimentary wine)!!

Had an Amazing first time experiencing a hydro facial with Tanya,she walked me through everything and had my skin feeling fresh and smooth, I would Highly recommend Tanya as an esthetician and the Hydro facial as a treatment.

I found both Lisa and Dr. Bitter highly experienced and concerned professionals. The care, patience and expertise rendered by Lisa both to me and other patients visiting Epi during my visit was impressive. It was also refreshing to observe a highly experienced medical professional be respectful to his staff and share his knowledge with them. I am a convert.:)

I am a client/patient for laser hair removal. The treatments are quick. But dont expect to be in and out. This office never keeps its appointment schedule. I have waited over an hour for a 5 min visit. If you value your time go elsewhere.Waited over an hour, again, before walking out without getting the treatment. The doctors might be awesome; I will never know because the office staff cannot manage the schedule.Boo on you!

Im sold. From the first appointment at Epi Center, one is treated as a longtime and valued customer, and the procedures are carried out, delivered with professionalism and assiduous attention to detail. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly without that false familiarity one encounters so often in companys quests to feel personal. Ive been twice and Ill be returning...at the very least, i leave that office looking like Ive been on vacation...if not a few months or years younger...

My experience was not only a good one but a GREAT one. It started off with an amazing hydrofacial by Patricia and ended a few days later with. Malina who did Botox and some fillers in my cheeks. The results were far better than I expected and after only one day I could yell a difference. I highly recommend Epicenter for any facial and medispa services.

Flakey responses if responded at all to emails, phone calls and texts regarding asymmetrical CoolSculpt results. Recently received a text about new training with the CoolSculpt. I responded and havent heard back. Not surprised.

Best expirience ive had in the cosmetic industry, when in for a birthday touch touch on my lip filler, Pernella which is the 1st face you see she is the receptionist shes so sweet, welcoming, great personality, good vibes treates you great when coming in, she offers you warer, juice even wine & fruit ect while you fill out paper work or wait to be seen. After that Lyndsey which was the person who did the fillers so sweet as well, takes her time in explaining the procedure, very gentle and welcoming. Overall all the staff are so sweet and its an office who takes your nervousness away. I recomend the bay to check them out. As an influence i Really recomend this place. You wont regret it.THANK YOU.

Great staff and very effective treatments! They do everything from facials to botox and fillers and laser treatments. Their medical director Dr Bitter is actually the founder of the PhotoFacial- super cool. I came in for an acne treatment and was recommended a skin regime that I follow to this day and my skin has never been better. Definitely will be back!

If I could rate this place a 10 i would!! I come here for all my treatments facials,dysport, coolsculpting. The staff here is personable and knowledgeable. The facility is beautiful, they offer great snacks and wine. Why would I go anywhere else.

Nice medspa with super legit medical staff, comfortable waiting areas and great hospitality. Pernella is the hostess with the mostest. Dr. Bitter has one of the best bedside manners Ive ever experienced and if youre a skincare nerd, hes a delight to nerd out with for a while. He also invented laser hair removal, basically - so this is an excellent place to get that done. Frequently good prices on Botox, they do the IPL Photofacial and microneedling too. They can often be a little behind schedule-wise (Ive waited an extra half hour, on occasion) so put your lady of leisure hat on, cancel your afternoon appointments and enjoy the free wine.

I love Pernella, she may be the most wonderful person in the world to be around. Energy and fun is infectious. I JUST LOVE HER! Shes somehow always standing right there when I walk in... Im so lucky.Then, theres Danielle. I FREAKING LOVE HER TOO! She is a magician.She and I worked hard for my wedding skin and of course I looked glowing. Ive had a zillion facials at a zillion spas and med-spas, and nothing was as effective as the blue light therapy and derma-planing with Danielle. 100% recommend.

The overall treatment was fine but the owners attitude and customer service left a lot to be desired.For my first informational visit, I showed up to my appointment on time but had to wait almost 30 min before I could be seen. It might have been even longer had I not asked the receptionist how much longer it would be, at which time she told me I needed to complete paperwork before I could be seen. Then, during my meeting with the co-founder, Margaret, I mentioned how her staff was responsible for my delay which she brushed off by saying, Oh, its just the holidays. She didnt even apologize for keeping me waiting. Then in the consultation, Margaret did not indicate that I needed any pre-treatment - instead wanted to schedule me for the treatment.Two weeks later, I arrive for my treatment on time, and after waiting for another 20 minutes, met with the nurse who then advised that my skin needs to be pre-treated for 2 weeks. Thanks - you just wasted my last two weeks and forced me to come in twice now when that could have been avoided in the first place.Overall, the customer service and Margarets attitude were unprofessional and negatively impacted what could have been a really great experience.

I had the best luck in the world to have found this marvelous place in downtown SF that offers top of the line talent and the latest in technology/ treatments to maintain, support and make you beautiful and young!I visited them in Dec 2016.... and kept going.I had the best Ultherpay treatment ever!!! by Lisa...a true artist and professional...Blu gave me truly remarkable Cool Sculpting on those stubborn areas ...a sculptor!I also received multiple hair laser removal treatments for facial hair growth..the best results ever in my 15 years of doing these...and, by far, the most effective numbing creme ...not an itch or sensation nor discomfort!To top it, a weekly B12 shot for 3 months...unbelievable results overall...hair, skin, stamina, lean muscle..And more...they have the most compassionate, knowledgeable and welcoming staff of any spa of treatment center I have ever encountered ever!,,, in The US or EuropeWell enough, after 5 months, I welcomed my 50th birthday looking like a 38 year old kid....no kidding.....unbelievableYou really need to take advantage of their full range of treatments...and keep going ....They will give you back at least 10 years...I cannot believe what I see in the mirror now....wonderful😀Rafael VSent from my iPad

I have been a client since 2004 and I have referred them to numerous friends, who now call Epi their home.I first experienced the PhotoFacial, founded by their distinguished Dermatologist, Dr. Bitter, who is renowned in the cosmetic medical industry. My pigmented, spotty skin which looked like I had actual dirt on it, at least this is what I was told on a few occasion by folks who tried to wipe it off, was completely transformed into a spotless canvas - smooth, silky and flawless. I was hooked!!! Ive received so many compliments after my series of PhotoFacial treatments that I became the face of Epi, as everyone wanted to know how I got my skin to glow. I now come to get maintenance Photo Facial treatments in order to keep the spots away, especially after a summer vacation.Another treatment I recently experienced that I am a huge fan of is the micro-needling facial. Just wow!!! And, if youve never experienced dermaplaning, please consider it. Getting those pesky peach fuzz hairs off your face not only eliminates the unwanted facial hair but allows your products to penetrate deeply into the skin and do the job they are supposed to do. In addition, the dry skin is removed so your skin feels amazing!!! Kelly Ferrante is my go to gal however Danielle Whitlock is fabulous. Cant go wrong with these two ladies!Ive also tried a little Botox here and there to rid the lines that seem to get deeper and more noticeable as I get older. I love how smooth my skin looks.Lisa Szady...the best keeps getting better! She is a miracle worker. Botox, filler, PhotoFacial...you name it. However, you need to make sure to book some time in advance as her schedule fills up fast!Overall, with the skilled staff and reputable medical personnel, I would not trust my skin to anyone else. Therefore, I decided, since I rarely do reviews, that as a long standing client, it is time to sing Epis praises.

They messed up my face... One “nurse” instead of put botox on my wrinkle she used “NOVA-THREAD” WITHOUT ANESTHESIA. An excruciating pain which let me with a scar on my face.

Extremely long wait... Does not matter what time is your appointment, you will wait anyway...

Maybe you can go to someone else. But do. Not. Go. To this brown hair girl named Adriana. She’ll ruin your face.
