We came on a family trip to San Francisco and I was looking for a place to get one session of laser hair removal and I cant express how happy Im that I found this place. It was very easy to make same day appointment and staff was very sweet and professional starting with scheduling over the phone appointment and finishing with great in person customer service. Nurse Sabina was amazing, definitely recommend.

If I could them 100 stars I would. My experience here was some of the best customer service I have ever received! I came for lip injections, which was my first time, for ANY treatment, and let me just say it was unbelievable. I was so incredibly nervous (sorry again 😅) but they took such professional and kind care of me! I’m so so so so happy and obviously so happy with my results too! These ladies are the BEST! Legitimately my favorite place!Amazing service and amazing staff. Everyone is so friendly and all the nurses are great at what they do. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to come here. All my friends and family have come to see the majority of nurses at the clinic and have done all sorts of treatments. I have personally done laser hair removal, Ipl, and clear and brilliant. I can’t wait to start other treatments!! City laser clinic also has the best prices I’ve seen at any medspa. Totally worth the commute from the east bay!

I went to City laser clinic after looking around for a good place to do my laser hair removal. I want to say ive been searching for about 2 years, mainly because I was Ive been looking for somewhere that had a good reputation, machines and equipment they can stand behind that arent painful. I went in for my first treatment of full body, and I will say that I was so nervous but Sabina has the most beautiful personality. I felt so calm because of her, she explained everything and made sure I was not in pain. Such lovely girls in the office, I cant wait to go back for my next treatment.

Laser hair removal has changed my daily routine dramatically. No longer I have to worry about ingrown hairs, shaving every two days and spending money on razors. For those who are thinking whether it’s worth it - yes ! Laser hair removal is a process so you are committing to 8-10 sessions to see long-lasting results, but time goes by fast and in about 9 -12 month you’ll complete all the sessions and looking back will tell yourself I should’ve done this sooner (just like I did). I think that City Laser Clinic offers best prices and customer service. Before Covid you could enjoy a hot cup of tea before your session or a glass of wine if you were feeling little anxious. At the moment patients lounge is closed due to safety regulations. Definitely recommend to start or continue your laser hair removal sessions at this clinic and also try their Clear&Brilliant facial !

This is honestly the best medspa Ive ever been to!! I got laser hair removal done before at a different clinic & all my hair grew back. But after just one session done here with Velida & I already see much better results & that’s because they have the newest technology!! 5 star clinic! I started my first laser session last December when they ran special promotion extra 10% off any laser hair removal treatments and can’t be happier. The clinic is always clean and is literally 5 mins away from Powell Station. I never had a problem scheduling appointments - they are open Monday - Saturday and now two Sundays a month. I had treatments with several nurses, but absolutely loved my sessions with Katya, Suzy and Sabina.

Marina is a magician !!! I was traveling to SF and had absolute pleasure to be taking care of by Marina Mirzoev!!! I am extremely happy with her care of my back and shoulders !!! This was my first time getting any kind of treatment done so I was just a little nervous. I was referred to City Laser Clinic by my girlfriend who had nothing but great things to say about them.Upon entering the office I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk staff with smiles and warm welcomings, which instantly put me at ease. Marina is my guru. City Skin and Laser is my temple. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment here you will become a devotee for life. Im not going to give away details of the services I get here but the business is as the name suggests skin and laser and the wonderful and beautiful staff are the best in the industry and make you feel like your looks and how you go away feeling are as important to them as it is to you. During your time here you will be relaxed and comfortable and pampered. There is always a cool glass of wine, bottled water and delicious toasted almonds and dried fruit to enjoy during your treatments too. The decor is exquisite soothing and extremely comfortable. You will not be disappointed at all. Ive been going here for eight years and I wouldnt trust my face to anyone else. Here is a photo from my last visit this past Friday. Guess my age. I am so happy that I found this place, because its a place where I can do laser hair removal as well as I buy all my skin care products. All of the practitioners are very knowledgeable in skin care, and dont push you to buy too many products. I moved to SF, and it was not easy to find a place, where you can get great service for a reasonable price. I have been a patient of city skin and laser clinic for over 10 years. It is always a pleasure to have treatment done there. They are a top notch professionals. Rena and Marina always attend the latest advance courses and implement their knowledge and the most contemporary and progressive equipment in their practice. Being a health professional myself, I think it is very important to stay up to date with the new tecniques and developments. I had Clear and brilliant done few weeks ago . It calls” baby fraxel”, but it is not that invasive. It is a gentle resurfacing of the skin and it also stimulates collagen. The downtime is about one week. It is very important to follow aftercare instruction.My face feels amazing. Skin feels much smoother and clearer. I really enjoy the result.

I was recommended to City Laser Clinic by my friend, who has been doing her laser hair removal at this clinic for a while. I went for consultation with NP, Daniella, who was really great explaining everything about the procedure and I felt very comfortable to receive IPL treatment. My treatment was done by Suzy, who was also great. She was very knowledgeable and patient. Procedure definitely required numbing cream, so plan to come in earlier for numbing or glass of wine ;). My skin looks really clear after the treatment and it definitely shrunk my pores. I will defiantly go back for maintains.

Their lasers are highly effective for my skin and hair type, and their upfront, pay as you go pricing saves you the process of negotiating with a surgeon. Their technicians are friendly, and the environment calms you down nicely before they zap.

I go for Botox and lip injections. Marina is amazing, kind and gentle. Its is a very comfortable, relaxing experience. I have referred at least ten people who all go on a regular basis and love city skin. Dont mess with your face, go to the best, City skin and laser.

Just had my first laser hair removal treatment at this place. I was a little stressed about coming here because when I booked my first appointment, the phone call was a bit abrupt. Luckily, upon arrival everyone took their time to provide great service. The staff is very, very sweet. The services are competitively priced. And if you buy a package, and dont use all of the treatments, you can apply the credit to another treatment, which seems very fair to me.

This place is transformative! I’ve had acne my entire life, scarring and enlarged pores. I did IPL for pigmentation and for scarring. My skin looks better than it ever has in my entire life. Rena is a true professional and I’m very happy with the end result. Highly recommend!

For the past two years I have been using this clinic for several different services, andso fat,they have completely lived up to their reputation. After two IPL treatments for my face I notice a huge difference in my skin texture, have much less brown spots, my redness almost disappeared.All nurses have been professional and very pleasant, their office is very convenient,place is immaculately clean.I did use numbing cream for IPL(its complimentary for that procedure),but laser hair removal I did without (you have to purchase that), and its tolerable.They also have different Laser Hair Removal Equipments for different hair type.Also, their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
