Dermaplus helped me so much, I’ve struggled with cystic acne and black heads on my face & body. I’ve tired multiple acne cleansers & name brand toners. Nothing seemed to help. But after having sessions here my skin has cleared dramatically, and I finally can feel comfortable in my own skin.

I have bought there skincare twice now and it is so good and has such good ingredients and packaging. They have free email form/consults and there instagram is so educational!! They ship so incredibly fast and are perfect for my Rosacea skin. Just starting a simple routine with them and stopping all my harsh acne products has cleared my skin up!

The aestheticians are super friendly and welcoming. I’ve been going here for a few years now and everyone I’ve met has been great. I’ve had the signature facial and the facial plus and can highly recommend both, based on your skin care needs. I usually have very little recovery time and always am able to go out to dinner afterwards without my skin looking upset. Highly recommended!

Dermaplus gets an A+!I cant say enough fantastic things about this place. Its tough to squeeze in your desired appointment so book EARLY!The whole purpose coming to Dermaplus was to get a micro-needling​ treatment - you will have to be administered by the nurse before the procedure and requires about 4 weeks of​ prep time. After a couple of weeks, I randomly wanted to try out their signature facial plus, which I called in and got in the next day (thanks, Krystal!)The treatment has been done by the spa owner, Andrea! I am lucky to have it done by her. The results are amazing and love how she made my skin feel new! Its genuinely instant glow.**I will update this review once Im 100% healed from the micro-needling treatment from Nurse Nancy :) Its been day 3, and the results are crazy​! **

Wonderful facials, gentle laser hair removal. Nice facilities with beverages and snacks in the waiting lounge. Book in advance as their estheticians book up fast.

Ive been going to Elaine for facials for over a year and she couldnt be better! Ive also had Lizzy and Andria as substitutes and all were wonderful. Nancy has been so so helpful with laser treatments and advising on diet and supplements. Go asap!!!

I went to Dermaplus & saw Aymee for a signature facial in early March and I’ve already scheduled my follow up visit in May. I asked her if she could help me with my acne prone skin and recommend products and a routine for me. I’ve stuck to the routine with the products she recommended day and night and my skin has never been this clear. I’ve had so many people at work compliment my skin this week and it’s crazy because it’s never been something I’ve received a compliment on - and I only wear a tinted moisturizer, brow gel and mascara so my uneven texture and acne used to be very visible. I feel so much more comfortable in my skin thanks to Aymee and the Dermaplus products and I look forward to my next appointment. I’ve also placed an online order for more products since my visit. I received the products quickly and love them all. I highly recommend Dermaplus to all of my family and friends. The environment is clean and relaxing and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I know I’m in good hands when I’m there.

Loved the Signature Facial by Andrea followed by the Laser Treatment by Nancy - great combination for treating the surface as well as the deeper skin with the latest proven clinical ingredients and anti-aging therapies! I recently visited San Francisco for a vacation and was recommended to Lizzie at Dermaplus by a barista funnily enough at Saint Frank. I thought why not treat myself when on vacation! And OH MY GOD!!! The feelings I felt when I had a facial... MAGICAL! Not only did Lizzie make me feel so special throughout the whole process my skin felt like a babys after my treatment. Relaxation and RESULTS! I almost wish I didnt go because now I can never return to my girl in LA haha!

Derma plus is clean, friendly, and professional. I’ve had services with both Lizzie and Nancy and both of them take pride and care in their time spent with clients. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

AVOID NURSE NANCY!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! I made an appointment with Nurse Nancy for IPL. She called me over the phone shortly after because she had some trepidation as to whether she wanted to perform IPL on me because of my Asian ethnicity. I told her that a couple dermatologists and estheticians all recommended IPL for my sunspots. She then asked me why don’t I go to them for IPL. I told her DermPlus was walking distance to my home and therefore more convenient. Nurse Nancy said she wanted the names of the dermatologists and skin care specialists that recommended IPL for me, that she was going to call them and ask them for their assessment. I told her they’re probably not going to talk to her because they’d prefer the business for themselves. She said she’s going to call them anyways and we left it at that. I had blocked out a week for the IPL procedure because their office told me there was some down time. About a week before my appointment I received a text from their office reminding me of my appointment. I was under the impression we’re good to go and everything is fine. When I went in for my IPL appointment Nurse Nancy said she was not able to get a hold of any of the doctors I spoke with or the estheticians. I reminded her that I had mentioned over the phone they’re not likely going to speak to her. She then refused to do IPL and said she would do Laser Genesis on me instead. I told her that she should have called me to let me know prior to my appointment that she wouldn’t do it. That is soooooo UNPROFESSIONAL!!! She doesn’t care that I’m out of work the next seven days because I took the time off for the IPL. She was unapologetic for wasting my time. And it’s obvious to me she doesn’t know what she’s doing so I WOULD NOT TRUST HER WITH MY SKIN AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!
