I had a founders membership when they first opened a week before the pandemic hit..then they closed in March of 2020, of course this isnt their fault, but in March of 2021 they came back asking if we would like to buy a new lower priced membership that wouldnt be charged until they reopened, which they said would be very soon. We bought the new membership thinking they were reopening shortly. Gyms in San Francisco have been able to open for a long time now. So my husband and I have now both have bought memberships twice, Ive tried emailing them about when they plan to reopen and they havent reached out. I want my money back for the second membership purchases and they are still trying to sign up people in the neighborhood all while neglecting to answer basic questions from the people who have already signed up. Let us know whats happening!!

Crooks!!!! I signed up in May and they promised to refund my money last month.... nothing and they will not return emails.
