This gym is great. The services are fantastic, the machinery is top and the atmosphere is good. Exceptional support with helpful workers, super clean and relaxing gym for everyone, from beginners to professional athletes. If I had to rate it, it would be a five-star.

Dean and his team are exceptional. From the very beginning of the pandemic Dean came up with creative and effective ways for the gym to operate in a safe and welcoming fashion. I have seen very few people that are as dedicated and customer-centric as Dean and if I ever get back in shape Ill know to thank for it.

This is my gym!! Its right around the corner from my house which makes working out SO much easier, as I can just walk there. The facility is always super clean, the equipment is always in working order, and its never crowded (at least when I am there). I like that its quiet and people are intent upon their workout. I wish Id discovered it sooner!

Convenient, clean, and uncrowded. Great hours. Tho its small, it has all the equipment you need to work out. The machines are new and in good shape. Its not a mega-gym. There arent showers or duplicates of weight machines. No hot tub/ steam room.

They cater to your pooches with doggy-socials and such. Despite the high-doggy-traffic the gym does not smell like dog nor have dog hair floating everywhere. If it wasnt for the name/dog pictures hanging all over you wouldnt even know they were there.

Went here with a buddy to get a quick workout. Odd surprise - they have a dog sitting area! The equipment was nice, clean and no out-of order signs unlike the 24xx... that Im a member of. We also met with the owner - very pleasant lady.

It literally has everything you need for a gym in the city - reasonable prices, great staff, super clean (smells fresh all the time), variety of high-end equipment, and its dog-friendly! The dog lounge is adorable. What a fresh concept!

I have gone here nearly every other day. I only go because of its location having no reasonable alternative.Equipment is old and needs maintenance. Arrangement of equipment is suboptimal. Membership is expensive compared to other gyms.Highly recommend looking elsewhere for your gym membership.Usually only a small wait time for equipment.

Not too crowded, but super convenient, especially for a niteowl. Their weight machine selection is good and I get in a fully body workout. BTW, the other people who go there are very polite and nice, which you dont see in the big gyms.

Well... The gym is pretty good. The guy sitting there cannot take his eyes from his computer even to answer a quick question. He checked me in without looking me in the eye and when I tried to ask him a question now, he would keep reading his computer screen. During the time I was there trying the gym he was all the time on his laptop. Is this a silicon valley start up or a neighborhood friendly gym! Oh well... I guess thats the new San Francisco!

Wish there were more classes, but otherwise this is a nice, small, almost private gym thats not too expensive.

The owners are amazingly kind and really passionate about keeping their members happy, and their members DOGS. now you dont find that everywhere! love love love

Flexible hours, clean, not too crowded and affordable! If you go to the gym solely to use exercise machines, this is the gym for you. If youre looking to Zumba, sauna, steam or stock up on muscle milk look elsewhere.

Amazingly convenient, reasonably priced, squeaky clean and run by a really cool couple. And theyll even watch your dog. Its so... Bernalized.
