Great staff, courteous, efficient service, great selection of shipping and office supplies. They also have access to self printing and copying, but can handle large or small print jobs as needed. All good at this location. Also, entire staff finally(!!) got on board with wearing masks during C-19. (One employee /older gentleman refused and still resisting until Fed Ex apparently finally made it corporate policy. ) This is now a safe and secure place visit during c-19. Reduced services naturally during c-19, but quality and helpful attitude has not changed. This is a great resource for home office needs!

This FedEx is incredible may be due to the fact that theyre located in a prime real estate area downtown in the financial district. Theyre willing to offer to package anything you throw in front of them. When the website was down and I couldnt make a label, they had no problem making one for me. They always ask to take my package when I first walk in instead of drop it into the drop box. They are first-class Professional Service people. I go here all the time. Mainly due to work.

I worked with a representative named Harry at this location to ensure that my documents were ready for a quarterly meeting the next day - including excel sheets, powerpoints, PDFs, you name it, I was printing it. Harry and the rest of the FedEx staff here were SO helpful- even calling me to give me status updates throughout the evening. Absolutely wonderful experience!

Been here a good 5 or 6 times in the past year and always have had interactions with staff who were super helpful or understanding of my requests or questions. Had to drop a review today because the staff dealt with a difficult customer during the tail end of helping me, and the way they handled it was really pro.

I needed to print a resume PDF quickly for a job interview and was in/out in less than 5 minutes. Thanks!

Why does it take 5 minutes to print a order receipt? No idea. No Im sorry for the delay sir or Theres a computer malfunction. Nothing. Sometimes they hire these kids who dont know and just dont care about customers. Bad experience over something that should be simple.

The night shift literally glories and gloats in making you wait, dragging their feet, and being as unhelpful and unresponsive as possible. Truly an art form in their hands.

Cannot say enough about the graveyard shift crew at this location. They have saved my butt countless times. Shout out to Lester who makes great things happen.

Friendly and attentive staff, I asked like a million questions at the counter while trying to print my stuff from a file and the guy was nice throughout the whole time.

They are very helpful. I am not a computer person and they explained how it works🙏

In my experience with Fedex and a relationship of four years, this has been the first time they have disappointed me so much that I will not be using their service ever again. It was my fathers first birthday without me in India and I sent a gift for him from California, and because of a Fedex employees mistake, it could not be delivered to my father, I spent around $113 for it to be delivered safely, but because the employee under-valued it, it got stuck in Indias customs. And that was not even my mistake but I had to ruin the surprise for my father, had to tell him every detail about the gift, and now instead of enjoying his birthday he is fulfilling some stupid verifications and official forms for Fedex. Never using this ever again!

The drive said that he could not find the location for two of my packages. These packages were very important, for my company paid overnight delivery. I dont understand how the Fexex driver could not find the Fedex store in downtown san francisco.

24-hour service on some days is a godsend. A bit pricey but its great to be able to take care of business at any hour.

Go there if yog have plenty of time. Apparently phone calls are more important than folks waiting to just drop off a box.

Called up this location and spoke to Alex a rep at the store despite what a previous reviewer has said and they said they are still open 24 hours a day. It might have been a an exception if they was previously closed.

The people there are really helpful and nice!
