The people in this store were phenomenal!!!! I have never seen such a friendly staff. From the first hello when I walked in the door, to the final handshake, they werent just courteous they were warm and knowledgeable. The whole process was quick, and efficient and extremely positive!!!!! Thank you Muskogee RNR YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!

They had us take off our tire but we did that in parking lot across from business. A young man drove in and offered his floor jack and helped husband. An angel who has started his own welding business. Then he heard the leak and marked tire. Take tire to be fixed and RNR did not charge. I say my unexpected stay here in Muskogee shows people are still good. Thanks a lot

Tommy Welch helped explain our balance, payments, and account to us and even set up a monthly alarm on my Google Calendar to remind me of my payment. He was so generous and had Great Customer Service. We had an amazing experience. We highly recommend them for your tires.

Apparently you get faster service if your friends work there. I was up there to get a flat repair, was told there will be a wait due to only ONE tire tech. Which I understand, that’s fine I can wait. Another customer comes in, to get a brand new set of tires. As soon as the tech finished his job that he was on when we got there, they brought in the car to get the new set. It should only takes 10 min to do a flat repair. It doesn’t take long. We waited an HOUR to find out we were gonna be skipped over. It shouldn’t be a “bigger sale” comes first. First come first serve. Even then, have better time management. The lady said she was gonna help the only tire tech there, she should’ve been in there helping in the first place. But no, shed rather be in there making a sale to her friends and skipping over other customers

I will never ever ever rent from RNR in Muskogee ever again. Our front right tire the stud on the spacer is so messed up and the back right tire has missing lugs and wasnt even tight just could take it off with just his hands. You can tell it has been on in awhile because there was rust and its marked with a orange marker or something and they kept trying to say it was us and we havent even taken the tires off since they put them on. & Then they did an alignment, balanced them and rotated them & they didnt even rotate them and after they did the alignment our truck yanks to the left now. When we called to tell them were bringing the tires back they had no care they knew they did it because theres no way anyone else could. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RNR IN MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA. (Ive been to the ones in Florida and theyre ten times better than the ones here) its not every rnr but this needs to be known if youre buying from them.

This company is amazing! I was having a horrific day, I had a flat tire on 40 west heading home to California. AAA came to Tow me but no tire stores were open, it was Friday night at 5pm and no one would help me except this one amazing Angel named Elaine. They were closing soon and She decided to wait for me and help me knowing that I was on the side of the road and not from this area. Long story shorter. I was treated like a king as she, Manny and Daniel worked together to get me back on the road! I got some awesome new tires and they even feed me as I hand not eaten anything! God is good and this company is one of a kind!

Very friendly staff quick service got me in got me out also let me be aware of extra things that needed to be looked at that nobody else had told me about this to me is really good customer service because that is going above and beyond what they had to. price wise same as cash is a little bit high but you are financing it so there have to take in consideration that and theres all kinds of extras that come along with it like one year roadside assistance mountain balance for the life of the tire and others all in all it was a very good experience and I feel a little bit better now driving on the road.

I have used this place of business on three different occasions and each time I received great customer service. They are personable and make you feel at home.

At first, I thought they was really nice people even they still have great deals with tires and rims but when our old vehicle broke down and has been taking back to where we got it from, they expected us to return them because it’s not their job to pick them up and if we don’t return them, we either going have to pay for them or they will sue us. The guy we talked to on the phone was being very stern with us about this situation even though it’s not our fault.

I was up there on Saturday and found a screw in my tire. The staff here were great! I would definitely recommend RNR to anyone with any problems. They offer great deals to everyone.

Never use them!!!!!!! They will say same as cash just to screw you over and steal your money, harass you, and lie to you. I paid my tires off in feb then in april they start saying i owe them and threatening to take my tires so i paid then they just saying i owed them so dont use them!!!! they are a joke and definitely dont care about single mothers like they said when they first opened

We bought a new set of tires yesterday and where taking a trip with our 4 children today. We got 20 minutes away and our tire almost fell off. Thankfully someone pulled over to help. The lug nuts we had were wrong for the wheels we had because we had new wheels. They didnt let us know they wouldnt work for the wheels and put everyone one of the lug nuts that didnt fit on the same tire; all the other wheels have the lug nuts that fit correctly. We called them twice and didnt get anything resolved. We were going on a 2.5 hour trip with our 4 children and were headed to get on the turnpike, if we were going 80 mph down the turnpike and our tire fell off then we definitely would have wrecked and could have been seriously injured or killed ourselves or someone else. RNR Tire did not care and informed us that nothing will be done.

They were great! Found some rims that actually fit my Frontier and went above and beyond with the whole process. The tire guys saved me money with my TPMS sensors and the sales associate did everything I could ask and more.

They are great if you need tires and cant afford a new set. The staff is friendly. They cannot get your payment date correct. They will blow up your phone if they even think your late. I havent paid late once but have been harassed with calls so much I wont do business here again.

Tried to order tires through them, they couldnt order them because are basically a Yokohama tire dealership (their words, not mine). I asked if I could just use them for the mount and install, and they said no they dont do that. Thats cool, I now know to stay away from them and tell everyone I know to stay away from them. Terrible business model and terrible for relationship building. Dont expect this chain to be around much longer.

I skated in on road’s covered in ice with bologna tires. I NEEDED new tires bad! They came into some trouble with some cross-threaded lug studs which almost caused me to have to skate home but the tech did everything he could and got it off and got my wheels and tires on. I dropped by because I had bent a rim on one of my vehicles and needed the tire mounted on the new rim I had purchased online. They were prompt, friendly, and efficient. The real kicker was that they mounted the tire for free! They only asked that in return when I decide to purchase a new set of tires that I check with them for processing and give them a fair chance at getting my business. I will definitely be going to see them when I need new ones.

I was a customer in the past and theyve always treated me well and been very helpful. So when I needed tires for my new car, I called and spoke with Ethan who not only helped me discover I had the wrong size tires on my car (bought it that way) but found a set in stock that were the correct size very quickly and a little while later, I had new tires and was on my way. Walked into RNR to get a set of tires before going on vacation. The paperwork process wasn’t too bad, long and lengthy. That’s expected. I believe our set of tires was $650 or so same day cash. My fiancé and I did $50-60+ payments EVERY week. So from May to now (November) $50 payments were made weekly. Went in to go get our tires rotated for the first time since May, and they questioned us, stating “Weren’t you in here last week?” “We could’ve sworn we did your tires last week.” I told the worker that it was the first time I’ve even stepped foot in the building since the tires were put on (I made over the phone payments) Still, questioned me stating I was in there last week, when I wasn’t. Today we give them a call to check out how much money we owed on the tires and they said if we didn’t pay our remaining balance of $150 today, we’d have to make over 50 payments to pay off the tires. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me. I don’t think I’ll stop back into RNR to get a new set of tires anytime In the future. Disappointed

Honest guys and very up front. They didnt have the tire we needed so they put on the spare and aired up the tires for us. Then they let us know where we could get one. They never tried to pressure us or anything. They knew we werent from around here. They could have done anything. Instead they were very helpful and sent us on our way. Good people if I lived here I would buy my tires here.

They are the best in service Ive ever dealt with in the tire business. The customer service is top notch . The entire sales staff is warm friendly and very easy to talk to. They understand things just gotta happen. And are easy to get what you want while staying within a your Budget. Prices are good to boot. The customer area is clean no dust and grime everywhere . The racecar seating was a cool touch. Television vending and complimentary coffee / bottled water. Go check them out for yourself youll be glad you did. Im sure glad I did.

Great service, fast, very helpful folks. I felt like they were there to help me buy the tires I needed, not to just sell me tires. The payment plans are also extremely helpful as it gives you the opportunity to pay them out over time and not have to drop a huge chunk of money all at once. I love this place. I needed tires really bad. I just by chance found RNR Tires online after googling cheap tires. I was in Muskogee for a Doctors appointment and had a problem with my tires. I only had limited funds to try to replace the bad one. Well they set me up with brand new set of 4 tires an easy payment plan and 20 bucks down. On top of that they were fast and friendly. Way to go guys...

They didnt have what I wanted. They did not offer to order it in or tell me when they would have it in. Didnt seem real interested in selling me any tires and wheels. I was excited about getting me some new tires and rims but that put a damper on things.
