Incredible customer service provided by the lady staff member Ol. It was my first time sending a document abroad and she was very patient with me as I was figuring out the entire thing. She even took the time to recommend envelopes to pay the best price. Highly recommend this location!

Great Service. I am a real estate mortgage broker and notary public in North Beach. I went in yesterday for a fast 40 copy need and we a certain document wouldnt print. Easily the slowest service ever. Only one person in front of me and I waited for 20 minutes just to be rung up for the package I was attempting to send. Come with ample time to spare.

My experience today was delightful. I showed up with an important document to print sign and return. This Tuesday midday visit to san francisco was one of the hottest I can remember.Well let me tell you the FedEx staff member working and training by herself was cool as a cucumber through impatient customers. When Julia n arrived he didnt skip a beat making sure a top tier customer experience was had by all.Will tell my friends to come here. Well done yall.

Man, fedex customer service has really gone down hill. Other locations in the area are acceptable, but this one had the rudest staff ever. Never going back

They open at 9 but cant process shipments until later in the day. They said you need to go to Market St or Pine to do shipping. Dont let the name of the business fool you.

Just a heads up today 2/11/17. We close at 2pm due to Chinese New years parade today. Express pick up at noon. Nearest store is at 726 market Street where my staff will be relocated after and ready to help. Have a great weekend.

This location refused to print my resume because it contained company logos that I previously worked for. This is ridiculous, they wouldn’t even allow me to buy paper and print it myself. Very bad experience with a managed who was half asleep and didn’t want to work.

Good service, but they are restrained by only one very very slow copy machine that just cannot handle 400+pg print jobs. They need a high speed copier.
