Ruined one of my favorite trench coats. When I called back, the lady’s answer was we can try to clean again but we are not miracle workers or do magic. I never had a dry cleaner ruin an item let alone a coat. Go somewhere else.

Excellent service, fair prices. They were able to squeeze me in before a long weekend, finishing the laundry in under two hours. They also used an unscented detergent when I asked, which was appreciated. Great option for folks on longer trips who need some laundry done!

The good thing first: they cleaned my stuff within 7 hours. The bad thing and watch out: Petes cleaner seems to use detergent with a lot of bleach. Black stuff lookes grey(er) now. Additionally, some parts of the fabrics are frayed. Watch out: prices have been increased to 2 Dollar by pound at minimum 20 Dollar by order. I will not let them clean anything again.

Aussie tourists, gave them everthing at 5.30 pm monday evening... picked it all up tuesday midday. All there, all very clean.... pay by the pound!
