Pepe is the best. Always takes care of me last minute and at a reasonable price. The first time i met him he gave me a price half of what i was going to pay.

They have always been honest and courteous. Highly recommend them for all your car or truck needs.

The most expensive place in the bay area. We had a car fixed two weeks ago, and the guy ended up fixing other things that I did not authorize. I could win and I ended up paying for everything. In other words, my car was kidnapped until I pay the tremendous amount that he charged. Pepes Auto Repair should not be open for business, they steal money thats what they do.

They stole parts of my car so that I went back and fix them, charging $1,200 each time. They “know” what they’re doing. And the guy is so rude! He yells at you for no reason! Cero customer service. I will give them CERO stars if I could.

Terrible place.

Worst nightmare ever. The guy gave us a $700 estimate and when the car was ready to pick it up, he charged more than $1,500. He was rude, screaming “pay it or I’ll keep the car”. Do not go this place, not even for an estimate, since they do whatever they want and you will end up paying whatever they say. I hope this feedback help others.

The worst experience we have had. A reprehensible workshop, the employee who attended us is very rude and they change the price the day they deliver the car. They are some liars liars !!!! What a shame way to work. They charged us triple when we picked up the car and we couldnt do anything.
