Honesty and quality of work are hard to come by and as far as car maintenance and repair goes; I’ve only found that with Rick. I’ve had everything from transmission work to oil and brake changes. No complaints from my end.

If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, hard working, and reasonably priced auto repair shop, RPM is the place to go. But you should understand they are always extremely busy and it can take some time to get your vehicle serviced. Theyre busy because theyre good. Patience in exchange for good work is a sweet deal.

Quality, cost efficient, and timely-- rarely coexist, but they do here. I have finally found a repair shop that is honest. Rick and Phil tell me what the issues are, tell me what is critical and what can wait. they solved an issue that 3 other shops couldnt. Ill keep recommending and using RPM.

Rick does awesome work not only is he awesome hes one of the most honest mechanics in San Francisco. He keeps all the old oarts and then explains what the deal was when u come pick up your car or truck .

I called this place on Saturday afternoon to see if I could get my car in for a smog test. I brought it in around 1:00PM and was told it would take about 30 minutes. I left my car and came back an hour later but the test hadnt been preformed yet, Rick was busy doing other things. The service was meh but the price was good, $31.20 out the door.
