What a waste of money i chose the best option! And it looks like my truck never got a wash, its easy to say its a scam

I paid for the ultimate wash package($17) for my 2017 Yukon. It washed the vehicle ok but the bugs on the grill and front bumper were not removed. Their vacums were ok. Overall it was a good wash but Ive done it better and cheaper at a regular car wash.

Had the VIP membership which is a joke. I went in to cancel my subscription which they didnt even bother asking why. When I question what process i could take for damage of my vehicle, Ivan coldly responded we arent responsible.If you want to remain a reputable business take some responsibility. My vehicle note is not cheap, then now having to correct the scratches of my hood will also cause a dent in my pocket.

Went the first time and vehicle was not washed properly and dryed. Some of the soft touch brush rollers were not working. The second time I visited I asked the attendant if the problem with the brushes had been fixed. I was assured they had been. Once in the wash I could see that the brushes were still not working. Very dissatisfied....

Ive been to other Dale Shines and they are much better, for some reason this one in Brownsville doesnt do a very good job.

They really need to work on fixing there equipment I have a brand new truck and have had 2 separate occasions where Ive had damage to it . They say leave me your number and Ill have the owner take care of it for you yet owner isnt no where to be found . This last time the gas door was ripped off by there malfunctioning equipment the acting manager was a kid who literally told me he doesnt know what to do cause owner is never here. Roy I believe is the current acting manager. Anyways I used to love this carwash but unfortunately accountability goes out the window with this guys. Fix your equipment for God sakes.

If your in a hurry this is the place. Great vacuums with two kinds of nozzles. They also have a mat cleaner.

Its not good when the car comes out dirtier than when they went in. I feel I paid to much to just look like that.

Unfortunately I have to give it a 1 star because you can’t give less machines in boca chica location never working properly went out with a bunch of soap on vehicle side rollers only one on right side works the rest are barley rotating and don’t touch vehicle just go to the Alton flore location don’t waist your time

My car looks shinnig like new. I love to give my car a bath in this place.

Wait in line with no cars for 10 minutes need to steep out the car and talk with the personal that couldn’t help at all after that I called manager and still wait for service at the end they upgrade my wash but still have to wait not profesional at all, blue wave have better customer service no question asked

First time I still had dirt on my truck after wash was done. I go frequently so it was a surprise.

They have really good prices and awesome memberships, a few months ago they had a special offer of one dollar for the whole month!! That was badass!

No stars because my truck came out dirty, the left side machines werent working and I had to clean the dirt myself

I paid $9 for a car wash and it the machine didnt work neither did the vacuum. I had to drive through the machine slowly just to get out. Never again.

Vehicle scratched, was offered free wash cards and employee even stated that many people wont accept the cards because why would you wash your car again in place where it gets scratched and declined the cards now i have to fix what the red brushes did they say they watch the cameras but how could watch small scratches occur within the camera its non sense. The way of thinking they have is not right i know i may not be the only one but if we all get the same wash we getting the same scratches, its like walking straight line into hole, one falls after the other like a domino effect. so my answer to you is stop scratching cars and saying you are going to fix it if you are not . 5 out 10 get a yes we will fix itthe other 5 get a no the machine didnt do it yet all 10 cars were washed at the same time, you have been tested and have been played in your own game and have been caught lying.

Best automatic car wash. Car comes out spotless each time and with the air dry and the drying agent SPOTLESS. tired blue wave once wanted to see what was all the hype on the huge lines all i can say is never will go back horrible car wash water marks everywhere is like my car was never washed. DALE SHINE for the win.

I take very good care of my car and the first time I took my car here it left 2 scratches on my passenger side and 2 on the driver side .. and now they are very noticeable since my car is black. Will definitely not be returning here

The machines Scratched up my new vehicle, i was advised that i would be receiving a call back but haven’t. Don’t Go there because the machines will scratch the vehicle santiago who was incharge at the moment said i would receive a call back and havent received any. 4 days almost. a cheap wash aint worth it now i have a 200 dollar scratches i have to remove of my suv.

I really like this place. The machines do a good job of washing your vehicle and they have a staff member with a brush and a bucket and scrubbs the front end and back end of vehicle before it goes 8nto the wash.

I would not recommend this car wash to anyone by the end of the month I will be canceling my membership and going back to the Blue Wave at least they are professional enough to know how to deal with payment on a membership this car wash dont. I purchased a membership last month and I automatically assumed that every month the payment for the membership will be automatically taken out. well did not happen that way showed up at the carwash this month and was told my membership ended the employee had told me I need it to do another membership because the old one was done.and that the monthly payment do not come out automatically from your card. so I paid again for another membership which they start you off at $20 and then every month after that is $53 while I havent even completed a whole month only 6 days after opening up another account with them I was charged a $53. And that was a very big inconvenience and that money was to be used towards another bill so when I had called to express my situation they only wanted to refund me the $20. And keep in mind now i never started a membership on the 15th so why would it be taken out on the 15th of the next month? So be careful in making memberships here you could be charged double in the month and they wont want to refund it to you. And its been three to four days since I had made this issue aware to management and still have not received any refund very big inconvenience. And very unprofessional.Day 5 still NO REFUNDS!! OR RESPONDDAY 6 STILL NO REFUNDS!!!&NO RESPOND

As an Uber/lyft driver, my car is my money maker and its important that I keep my car clean. This place offered a great price plan and super fast. The wash is better than the other local places and the staff is super helpful. Im always in and out in less than 10 mins. Thats considering the free vacuuming too!The only down side is the location. With all the construction going on Boca Chica, its a bit difficult to get to. But all in all, worth it.Thanks guys!

The attendant that was explaining the packages. Discounts, and so on was awesome, but the quality of the wash was poor. The one who dried my Santa Fe did not correctly dry my vehicle. My rims remained dirty as well as spots on windshield and spots on doors. For 10 blowers and $17. It wasnt worth my time and efforts!!! Oh my f$%#@ God Im drying my truck and there are tons of scratches all around the body....DONT RISK YOUR VEHICLE ITS A BIG INVESTMENT WE MADE TO PURCHASE. OUR VEHICLE FOR A DAM CAR WASH TO SCRATCH THE LIFE OF IT! Now i have to take my Santa Fe back to Tipton where I BOUGHT IT so they can repair these dam scratches!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
