Darlene was incredibly helpful when my daughter was involved in a collision. I was at work in Oakland when the accident occurred in San Francisco. Our car had a damaged wheel and couldnt be driven. Knowing that it would take an hour to reach the scene, Darlene drove over to be with my daughter until I arrived. That took a lot of weight off my mind! Also, she was quick and very organized about providing information as to what to do next, what to expect, etc. She got right on it!
