Feel like Im back in the 80s with the way its setup and the type machines. Ashe, the trainer there was very informative in his workout class and knows how to keep the blood pumping. 👍

Definitely one of the best atmospheres for a gym I have ever seen. Everyone I have met has been polite. Tons of equipment. I go very early and at that time, there is no issue with getting the equipment you need. The price is also very reasonable. Definitely worth at least doing a drop in to see.

Great gym!This is not a health club or a social gathering. Go in, work out with free weight or equipment. They have plenty of classes and trainers. But still a no nonsense gym.

Conveniently have several locations. A lot of the equipment are dated and need repairs. Relatively inexpensive as far as gyms go though.

Ive been a member at the fitness world on Cashua Drive adjacent Foodlion for a few months now and dont get to go as often as I would like. This morning while escorting my fiancee (who is beginning a new healthy lifestyle) I was rudely confronted by a ”trainer” ( not an actual employee ) who demanded to see my gym card the moment we came through the door. My fiancee explained she had her card and we have a joint membership and she could look it up in the computer, but the ”trainer”was not an employee and she could not. Me and my fiancee quietly and peacefully did our work out and my fiance left our names with the ”trainer” so that she could forward it to an employee and they could clock the hours we were there for our work out. The gym manager I know only as Ms. D felt our behavior was so outrageous that she called my fiance and threatened to cancel our memberships. Im a quiet person and I do my best to avoid trouble. But it was embarrassing and hurtful to be singled out in such a rude way. I didnt see any other person who came in ( and there were quite a few ) get scrutinized and confronted. It was a real set back for me and my fiancee whose spirits I work hard to keep up in hope she sticks to her new healthy life style. Ive been a member at a lot of different gyms but Ive never been treated so rudely for doing absolutely nothing wrong in my life.

West Palmetto site is a bit neglected compared to the hartsville site. No water! Great gym nonetheless just bring your own h20!

Horrible costumer service racism and discrimination right off the start its so uncomfortable the old lady there isnt friendly at all she couldnt provide me information without insulting me with her comments
