The employees are extremely friendly, patient and honest to their work as well as welcoming and kind. Their friendliness and amazing service makes you want to go again and again!

First off, I havent been to a salon for at least a year. However, know that Ive been to over 50 different salons across WA state and there isnt another one quite like this one. No, they dont have serving menus like some salons but if I wanted food Id go to a restaurant. The staff welcomed me and asked if I wanted something to drink which shows their friendly. The quality of the service was outgoing, top notch and absolutley pain free for me. The shape is perfect, colors came out exactly as the swatch portrayed and the staff was masterful in their usage of tools and application from the filing by hand to the dremel and painting. Heres my results done by Kevin, he did amazing work and Ill be coming back here for the rest of my upkeep. Strongly recommend trying them out. -Dolli

Was looking for someplace near my mom’s new house to get our feet done and chose this place based on the excellent ratings and they did not disappoint! The salon is very clean, the staff is incredibly warm and friendly, and the service was gentle, precise, and professional. My mom is really particular about who touches her feet and she loved them, too!! 10/10 would recommend to a friend and will return soon. :)

Hello all...My name is Lilly and I had the most amazing experience here I just had to share it!Finding a good nail tech is like looking for a needle in a haystack. This job requires a lot of patience and lots of practice. You can pay someone to do a job but getting them to care will always cost you extra...You simply cant make someone care they either do or dont and this man is an artist!Well... I was greeted as soon as I arrived everyone on staff was very nice but I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Kevin.Kevin is a perfectionist and has a gift for attention to detail he will not stop till theyre perfect God bless him and love him for it because I sure do and I would recommend him to absolutely everyone!And....The prices are very affordable the pedicure was amazing my eyebrows look great I literally tried everything because I was so happy and I am pleased to report everything went Great & I again highly recommend please help keep these guys in business 🙏 and tell them Lilly sent you 😜

Very nice shop with lots of color options. Almost TOO many - it can be overwhelming! They did a superb job. The shop was clean and airy, lacking that polish remover stench that many shops have. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning in the future!

This was my first time here and I will definitely be back! Very detailed oriented, and spent a lot of time for my fill. They have a decent selection of colors and are pretty reasonably priced. The workers seemed to actually be relaxed and having a slightly good time which is nice to see. Look forward to becoming a regular!

I felt the price of a premium pedicure was a bit High at $55 they charge the same price for that you get paint or not as a dude I dont really care about getting my toes painted

Kevin and Tien are amazing! They did a wonderful job on the manicures for my mother-in-law and myself. We never felt rushed and got to have a glass of wine while we had our nails attended to. I’ve been going to this nail salon for ten years (since I was 10) and every experience has been a good one. They are always super nice, caring, and accommodating and do really nice work, even on my dad’s feet. I don’t get my nails done very often but every time I do I don’t even consider going to another salon.

This is without question one of the best places to go to feel truly pampered AND leave with beautiful nails and lashes. The people who work here are artists and they really care about their patrons. I brought friends with me once for girl’s night and they loved the people and quality so much that they now consistently make the hour drive just to come here. I love Cottage Lake Nail!

I adore these ladies and gentlemen! My daughter and her friend had their nails done for the prom, they looked so gorgeous! I had a pedicure while I waited, so relaxing and now Im ready for sandals.Note of Integrity - I actually lost my wallet while I was there. Thought I had lost it at the grocery store and was pretty frantic. The nail salon tracked me down and returned my wallet. They had even called my bank, asking them to contact me. They make my heart happy! Although I had canceled my cards, they really saved me from going to the DMV and proving my identity! I cant say thank you enough :)

I have passed by this place for years, wondering what it was like and finally got the chance when a friend came to town. What an amazing experience! The place is clean, the people are friendly and the atmosphere was great. The place was full of regulars and when we talked to them about their services, they had nothing but great things to say! We had spa pedicures that were done professionally and they didnt rush, even though it was close to closing time. I cant wait to go back!

Ive gone to Cottage Lake nails for 6 years. They always do an incredible job.I saw Kevin got my shellac acrylic nails (full set 3 weeks ago and a fill today). He did an amazing job and shaped them to what I asked for.Lee did my pedicure (french) and they look nice and clean.

It was my first time going to this salon, I checked on google and since this location was close to my home I went there and they have a lot of positive reviews as well,The lady who did my nails she was really niceI did Shellac for $25Usually when I do shellac at other salons it would stay on my nails for up to 2-3 weeksBut this time at this new salonIt only stay on my nails for 3 DAYS!!!And I was really disappointed

I come from Canada every 6 weeks and only go here for my pedis,,, they are the best. Today I stepped it up and had the extra long leg massage and was not disappointed. Best pedis ever 😊

I stopped in to get an SNS removal and a basic manicure. I was happy with the SNS removal as it was gentle and faster than most removals I have had, however when it came time for my basic manicure I found myself done with the visit. There was no nail reshaping or filling. I tried explaining I wanted a basic manicure multiple times and had even pulled a yellow polish from the racks but there may have been a language barrier. After multiple attempts at explaining I wanted a basic manicure the woman still didnt understand what it was I was wanting and went through her check out script. The removal was only $5 but I did not appreciate that my change was handed back to me with a bunch of $1s expecting a tip with responses that did not make sense with the questions I was asking. The only explination I can give is that she thought I was asking for a basic sns manicure but like aforementioned I thought it was clear I wanted a basic manicrure from the yellow polish I had pulled infront of the manicureist.

Cottage lake hair and nail is the best. Their acrylic nails done by Koa are perfect. The nails aren’t too thick and the color options are AMAZING. I’d highly reccomend going. They also have crystals!
