These people can take your bad situation and easily make it ten times worse. The woman at the desk makes it clear from jump street that even if she knew how to help you, which she does not, she isnt going to. If you have to deal with this organization on any level, prepare yourself for a long and very unpleasant ride that you have no choice but to sponsor out of your own pocket.

Honestly, the people who work here were extremely helpful & accommodating. I have actually never been to a tow yard that actually did try to help me anyway they could to access my trunk. It sucks that my car was impounded but it wasnt their fault. They dont set the prices, they dont make the rules. It sucks i had to pay $48 to access my car after hours and not be able to get into the trunk. Battery was dead and no key. They did everything they could to help me try and get access. Unfortunately, it wasnt successful but it was no fault of their own. Thanks for being so helpful and going out of your way and taking the extra time with me. I really appreciate it.
