Tried to use this company when I got a flat tire. It took them forever just to get my basic information down and then they told me hey would be contacting a service provider for me right away and get back to me with updates. After over half an hour without hearing anything from them, I reached back out. They ghosted me, never even bothering to respond. Finally, after reaching out several times and getting absolutely no response, I called other providers and managed to find someone who would come out to help me and I told the Urgently people to cancel the service. Now, after having lost an hour of my time waiting on them to do nothing for me while I was stranded on the side of the road at 2am, I find out that they actually charged me $42.50 for the service of lying to me. Im now on the phone trying to reach them and have been on hold 13 minutes so far without ever speaking to a person.

Had Andre do a service call on our Mercedes. He was awesome, polite, informative and very knowledgeable.He represented your company extremely well, way better than expected.If there were stars, there wouldn’t be enough😀

Horrible!!! Requested service at 9:30 am. It is currently 1:30pm still no sight of a tow truck. Also currently on hold with urgent.ly for an hour and 10 minute on the phone. I am so glad my car is just in my driveway with a popped tire and not stranding somewhere 😣My insurance works with them so I have no choice.UPDATE: I hug up and called My insurance. They finally picked up... apparently urgent.my dispatched to air traffic control 🤦🏻‍♀️

Pathetic service! 4 hours wait for towing and did not show up. I am doubtful if they even have a tow truck or are they running a scam?

Company is not reputable, they dont take care of customers or the providers they use for insurance to do roadside work.

They dispatched a tow truck for my disabled vehicle which was impeding traffic pretty quick. Since my account is paid for by a 3rd party they were unable to find me over the phone but the online service request was fast and easy. I also contacted customer service for a tow receipt the following day and they emailed it while I was on the phone. Would be a 5 star but for those who use this service through a 3rd party and need to request service over the phone with a live person it may not be as easy.

It was Saturday before Memorial Day weekend. I needed a new alternator and a tow to the shop that was open until 3. I called at these guys at 9:30 a.m. They said it would be under an hour. At 2 p.m. they finally got my vehicle to the shop, too late to get the work done. Now I have to wait until Tuesday to get the car fixed. Ruined Memorial Day weekend. Never use these Bozos. They charge $129 up front, then hold you hostage after they fail miserably to find a tow company. Oh yea, these guys have no trucks, they are a middle men only, and call others for you. Much better to just call around yourself.

Absolute scam. Driver wasnt moving towards me or answering their phone, so I cancelled within the 15 minute window. I have texts as proof that I would be no be charged, but they charged me. Accounting refused to speak with me (despite their employees telling me to call and ask for them). I had to file a fraud charge against this company with the texts to ensure I would get my money back. Edit to add ther response is a lie. I completed a chargeback with my CC company and provided their texts saying I would not be charged as proof. That fixed the issue.

Took 3 hours had to pay $75 for a jump start. Was hoping I could get to work in a 2.5 hours after my battery died, instead they charged me and told me that the service was complete when it was not, had to send new drivers. Was late for work, which I’m not saying is completely their fault. But to pay before 5 am and not get service til almost 8???? That’s ridiculous. Called customer service hoping they might help, didn’t even offer discount or refund despite eta of 5:40 am. Never go through service for anything!!!!

I would like to take the time to thank Dave Predmore for helping. He was very eager to listen and help with my concerns. Its was a pleasure to know that Urgently care about their customers.

It took them almost 3 hours to come tow my car. I will never use this service again!
