Never fun picking up your car from impound, but they made it as painless as possible.

Road one is a terrible business. Recently got my car out of impound and my suspension is broken. Car was fine before they got it. Employee wasnt helpful and tried to put the blame on me. Wouldnt offer to tow my car to my house. Avoid at all cost!

Very friendly and knowledge people. I was transferred to a lady that was willing to help and understood my predicament.

These guys are the worst in the business. They took a car that was paid off and made it impossible to get out so they could sell it at HUGE profits at their OWN AUCTION!!!

This place is such a RIP off! Called for a quote over the phone, they ended up charging me another hour at 160/hr! The whole trip only took 1 hr. Called at 805am they started their time at 800am. Never using this company ever again for business! I should have noticed with all the other bad reviews not to use them!

They said I need a moving permit and a report of deposit of fees from the DMV to get my car. I go to the DMV and they said they cant print out the report because I paid my regristration online a week earlier. Since its in the mail they cant print the form so they gave me a Registration Information Request and a Moving Permit. They wont accept it. So Im stuck.

You must realize that people are only doing there job, and that is almost natural for people to hate cause they some reason another slipped up and lost there vehicle. All that aside i want to thank SD. Police dept. God bless you for getting my trailer ba i to me. You guys still are the best force i know. Thank you. Lord knows im trying. And as for Road one i dont care what they say bout you. Your professionalism and helpfulness, are A+++++. Your facility is clean, you handle other peoples property very well, you guys managed to get my trailer made of glass on and off with out breaking anything, you locked and stored my trailer, there was no doubt in my mind that anything was taken. To SD Police and RoadOne I salute you. zThank you very much.

Wish i was there on other pretences, butthe customer service was exquisite, they were friendly and nice. They were helpful and i stood outside waiting for officer to show upa nf noticed how careful and professional they were in moving other peoples property. The drivers were a little shy, until they realize you are not there to crucify them for doimg there job. And the facilities were clean and organized. They have taken good care of my Tiny House which was cfcç confiscated by police and now being keep because they could not contact me for the number they had was one number off instead of 5147 the officer dialed 5747. The officder explained to me he couldnt reach me do to this error. I keep calling and there phones go to no one can help you now. So $660 dollars later i cant afford it so i will lose my house again to them i just pray that everything i lose to them is bemefiting someone in need. On a better note, im glad there investigation went well and they where able to prove my Tiny was not stolen.. Its a shame on how much work i put into it. Well hoping for a blessing and called another officer for help which i hate to bother them for iknow how busy it is, especially to have to worry about my house. If anyone has any ideas on how i can get my house back i would be blessed
