Sent me an unsolicited text about an ETA for a tow I did not request. When I called them, they transferred me to three different people who would not tell me why they texted and wanted information about my car. One of those people put me on hold for twenty minutes for no obvious reason. Everybody rude. I will avoid this company forever in every way possible.

Terrible customer service. Towed my car, quoted me one price, charged me $120 MORE the next day and blamed it on the incompetent worker they recently hired. I had to change my plans for the day and waste time only to be overcharged. Super shady company.

This is illegal towing company, They trailercar deliberately and collude with the police. There will be retribution for the co.

Purchased road side battery service to get me out of a bind and they left the terminals loose also shifted my fuse box. Car wouldn’t start until I figured these careless errors out myself. Wouldn’t recommend.

This company deserves a NEGATIVE 5 stars. The woman on the phone is so rude and has a nasty attitude. She yelled at me and tried to rush me off the phone & When I asked to know who I was speaking with she responded with “NO YOU MAY NOT!” After all the drama on the phone with her, I was able to schedule an appointment for 1130am to get my car from the Chula Vista location. I show up and it looks like an abandoned business. The grass is overgrown on the door and side. There was trash strewn EVERYWHERE and it smelled like urine! The tow guy didn’t show up until 1245pm! So during the wait I called the office back about 6times wondering where they were & no one answered. I called the 7th time on a different phone number, AND SHE ANSWERED IMMEDIATELY. Something tells me she was screening my calls!! When we were let inside the facility I was absolutely DISGUSTED! The place reeked of mildew and/or mold. The carpet was SOAKING wet with rain water from a few nights before. THERE WAS OPEN ELECTRICAL WIRING! This place was a straight heath and safety hazard and there’s no way they should be legally conducting business at this establishment. I have since went to the main office and filed a formal complaint and they have yet to contact me! This towing company should be put out of business until they can get their employees and establishments up to par!!!

My car broke down 70 miles away from my home, I called my insurance company to get road side service. They sold me a new battery, towed my car to the mechanic. It turned out that is a wrong battery. I called yesterday to Expedite Towing to fix that, they said to call to battery company. They said I can return a battery. I fixed a car with different batteries, drove 70 miles to San Diego and battery company said that they can not refund me money, since towing charged me, I called towing, they said they cant refund me money, because they provided services. For towing paid insurance, why should I pay for wrong service that caused me wasted day with driving back and forth to San Diego? Worst customer service ever!But I will still fight with them.

This company towed my car from a public parking lot without the proper signage & caused severe damage in the process. Charged me $600 to get my car back. I am suing them. If they wrongfully towed your vehicle, do a search for suetowtrucks. The site has a free guide on the laws when it comes to legally towing a vehicle.

Excellent towing company!

I just bought a car and I was trying to get it out of the sellers house to my house so I can start working on the car. I call this towing company and they say they will have a driver right in an about An hour or hour and a half they also want my debit card info which I thought that was weird because you don’t pay someone before they do a job I did it anyways. 3 and half hours later after constantly calling them and bugging about getting driver out to the place he gets there and he gets the car on his trailer and expects me to pay right there and then. I tell him his people have my debit card why don’t you ask them to bill it or why can’t they bill it after the job is done and he says “no” and takes off with my car still on his trailer and says he’s “keeping it on his lot”.We chase after the guy and call his people to charge my card and finally he starts heading over to my place.1. They could’ve been more forth coming by telling me “hey sorry for the wait we will have a driver out there soon” or made up some BS instead of us bugging the for 3 hours about having a driver up there2. If you have someone’s debit card in your system and it’s obvious they are going through the job bill them afterwards doesn’t make sense to bill them before.3. The guy was super unprofessional and childish to top all of that off when he took off with the car the car moved closer to the driver side like he didn’t have it right enough and he was really trying to run with it.This Company also goes through El Cohan Towing so don’t trust them either.

Blocked off half the street and forced me to walk on the street next to speeding cars when I told him something he wanted to confront me like if he wanted to fight how unprofessional. I called their operator and she was defending the driver like if she was even there and theyre based in San Diego and Im calling from LA.

My father is in the hospital for 3 days due to a stroke and I live out of state. I explained to The women I spoke to named Rosa I was flying in from out of state and if there was something I could possibly show from the hospital that my dad was still there and I could pick up the car as soon as I land. She said bring a paper Authorized and $500. I explained to her if there was maybe a discount that can be applied since this was a emergency pick up by the ambulance. She said very rudely NO, this is not a emergency for us. If you want the car it’s $500. I said ma’am can I speak to a manager please. She said there’s no manager right now. Call later. Very rudely! She would cut me off during my sentence me trying to explain the situation. We are right on money. If they can please help us. She continued to say no. More worried about the $500. I do not recommend this company. They are very rude. Very selfish, and have no customer service. Rosa needs to be fired!! I give this place negative 0 stars!!

The driver that they sent out was very unprofessional and rude. He took forever to actually get to me. Once he got my car on his truck he insisted that I pay him right then and there but I payed prior. When I told him that said “no” and took off with my car on back of his truck still very very poor service.

They always follow the law. Nothing you can do about it. No matter if youre annoyed or upset or angry. Dont take it out on them its not their fault they dont tow cars just for fun.

Very rude. Did not pick up phone as I am was calling right in front of site. The tow driver shouted at me to stop calling. Later he walked me to my car, had me pull registration and insurance and then walk back around all the cars in the lot to the service desk. From there he rudely shut the window on me three times, each time opening the window to ask me questions, then immediately slamming the window on me. These guys are just there to collect money like parasites and not like human beings. I hope they go out of business.

I broke down 8am. I called expedite. Expedite said 15 minutes. They were there in 14. They took me to my house in Delmar. Excellent service, beautiful attitude by driver Leo. Definitely recommend everyone use Expidite.

My Porsche Cayman S started leaking engine coolant and I found myself stuck on El Cajon Blvd. in the middle of no where! Multiple tow truck agencies declined the request to help me out. This towing company accommodated my request for a flat bed truck, and was super easy to communicate with while they arrived.Once the driver Dave showed up, we had the car loaded up in less than 2 minutes! Extremely fast and friendly service, and definitely exceeded my expectations. A huge thanks to Dave and the team at Expedite!!

I was driving 805 S. before Genesee my car broke down I called expedite towing they were there within 15 minutes the driver Fernando was very friendly and we had a great conversation and the way to the mechanic very honest very professional great company I highly recommend it Fernando thank you again for helping to get me out of the freeway safe because I was in a very dangerous spot expedite thank you so much again.

I was passed on an undivided two-lane road next to a school and neighborhood by one of their drivers. I was going 4mph above the speed limit and he decided he needed to drive on the other side of the road to pass my family of 5. Tow trucks are heroes when you need them; this particular guy nearly caused an accident himself due to impatience. Get better drivers.

Never use this company!!! For the love of God!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!!!!!!!!They highly over charged me. Well over 300 for an 11 mile tow... they showed up a day early and fined me out of ignorance and the day of they showed up 3 hours late... use economy tow!!! Based in oceanside and they where supper nice and helped me out alot.

Having to get your car towed is never a pleasant experience. However, the excellent customer service and expediated help I received from them definitely made a non pleasant experience easier and dare I say pleasant. I would highly recommend this towing company to anyone in need of fairly priced, fast, and great towing service.

On the phone they said they could tow for $80, when the driver comes he said $95. So no deal I let him walk. Then I get a call back again from another expedite tow truck driver he cusses me out and hangs up the phone when I tell him I called another company. Why would anybody do business with them when there are decent tow companies in the area?

This company just stole my vehicle. I have made a police report. They picked up my truck, asked me for payment, made me write a letter stating it’s ok to charge me almost eight hundred dollars, send a picture of my ID and my credit card and then they refused to drop my truck off. A Russian guy and Freddy the technician laughed at me and kept my truck, police were dispatched to recover the vehicle and they took off in a hurry. I hope the police find these guys. Clearly they are criminals. Stay away from the company.

I used expedite towing when I blew my trans on my 2003 corvette (I8 & Mission center rd) I had my car lowered about 4 inches less than factory.. if you own a corvette you know how low they already are stock... I was a lil worried about the tow but Expedite did a great job getting it on the flatbed.... Very quick and professional!!I definitely recommend these guys!!Keep up the great work!!

I tried to make a phone call, but no one answered. I was traveling on 8W and took the 15N to get to the Friars exit. Mind you, I had no lane changes to make. Their driver nearly caused me to crash as he decided to switch lanes from BESIDE me and into my lane. How would I see his signal with his tail end by my front tire? I was in a sedan. I’m 8 months pregnant and in a sedan. If he can’t make that exit, go to the next one! Take aero back to your work. Don’t endanger the people around you.

Do yourself a favor and call a decent tow company instead of this one. I feel their rating here on google is spot on. Driver was argumentative and used improper and disrespectful language. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I dont know why people have bad looking to them but to me I wouldnt put 5 start I will actually 6 stars so far I like their service its really quick and professional Im guessing their drivers are impounded people so thats why they have bad surveys but to me they were really nice and helpfulAlso if you need help and you call all the companies that will give you at least 45 minutes to 2 hours ETA but with expedite theyll only give you 15 minutes or actually show up in 15 or maybe lessI recommend to use them if broke down on the freeway

Unprofessional, unethical company.They towed our vehicle, although permit was visibly displayed, then held vehicle hostage unless we paid full towing and storage fees stating someone could have broken into their private tow yard, past the barbed wire fences, to put the permit in. Theres a dozen cameras on the car since it came into the lot but of course the only person who can view them cant be reached on the weekend. This place deserves zero stars.

The lady on the phone very rude. She denied having my car in their possession multiple times then went ahead and told me to call the cops because she claimed that they didn’t tow my car. Cops confirmed that Expedite towing did indeed towed my car!! And yet the lady keeps denying it. Very unprofressional and liars!! Super bad customer service and stiil waiting for the manager to return my call.

I think we all go through a towing experience at one point with our car, especially in San Diego. Expedite Towing was professional and straight to the point in getting my car back to me. I hope to never have to pay $300 to get my car back ever again haha!

0 stars!!! Unfortunately, I could not post without selecting a star. Very unprofessional! Lady who answered the phone refused to give her name. I had to ask 3 times for her name. They lied and said they had our truck for 3 days (since Nov 5th) but it was picked up Tuesday (Nov 6th) night at 11:45. And how convenient that wait until 15 minutes before midnight and charge a fee for an entire day. Then you tell us its going to be $335 and actually charge $390 when it was picked up. Then the lady hung up on me and when I called back she would not answer.

This place was very unprofessional, they made me wait over an hour for my car the lady as the receptionist made my app for 9 and I waited till 10:15 very unprofessional place never want to come here again

They don’t even deserve one star. They team up with another company that goes around looking for cars to tow. They towed my car illegally and were complete jerks on the phone. The man I talked to on the phone told me three different names. They are super shady and couldn’t provide me with any of their company information or business license number. This company should not be allowed to be functioning.

One of their drivers in truck #2 was driving extremely unsafe. Easily going 85+ in and out of traffic with no emergency lights flashing. When he got stuck in traffic I passed him and took have picture of his truck. He then sped up to flip me off and then cut me off before taking off again at an unsafe pace. AAA affiliated businesses should not act like this. Safety should come first. Expedite towing should be ashamed of them selves for hiring an employee like this. If I could give a 0 I would...

The staff was horrible!!!! First they take my friends car from her home in the middle of the night, with her kids car seats and all. Then they make it impossible for her to rescue her car, the lady at the window was giving she and I such disgusting attitude. Not only was she rude but she slammed the Window in my friends face about a good 6 times. When asked to speak to a manager she yelled and told us he wouldnt be back till Monday and so we asked to speak to someone else that wouldnt be insulting, finally she put us on the phone with the manager David, when we asked David for his last name he refused to give it out. Im sitting outside still after a few hours and they are still refusing to get the paper work started. My friend had to contact the police. Its a mess. This place is horrible and good luck to anyone else that may have to go through this process. Best of luck.

Towed my own car from my apartment complex even though I have the right to park in my own parking spot!!!

On my short narrow one way street with 4 blind curves by the beach with lots of pedestrian and tourist traffic an Expedite Towing truck came SPEEDING down, almost hitting the car being towed by the Expedite truck that was already there. Evidently the speeding truck driver was pissed off ( or on something!), reversed his huge tow truck AND SPED UP THE WRONG WAY AROUND 4 BLIND CURVES ALMOST HITTING A CAR COMING DOWN!!!! I was screaming at him, No, no no, one way! He paid NO attention. Ive lived on the street 30 yrs. see all sorts cars go mistakenly up the wrong way, NEVER deliberately in reverse barreling up!! Im reporting them to AAA (who uses them) and the company themselves and posting it on Next Door -- he literally could have killed people!!! Unbelievable.

Unsafe. I was driving home and two white Expedite tow trucks nearly ran me off the road. When I tried to go around they sped up and were going 80+ mph for miles all while towing a car. I could not comfortably recommend this company after seeing how unsafe they tow vehicles.

I am a first time apartment owner and I just moved into my apartment last night, very late last night around 12:00 am. My roommate was holding my parking permit until my move in date( of last night) when I went out today to put my parking sticker on my car my vehicle was gone. When I called in this evening I got ahold of a customer service representative named John. To say the very least John was extremely rude and was yelling at me over the phone for not having my parking sticker on my car, for accidentally mixing up the numbers on my license plate, and kept yelling at me telling me that I needed to pay the fee and keep calling the number he gave me that didnt lead to anywhere. John was rude and yelling at me and continuously interrupting me and patronizing me for not having my sticker on my car when I just moved in! John also wouldnt tell me where my car was or how I could get it back. I wanted to express my extreme discontent with John and the way he talked to me and treated me.

Horrible experience. I was told to pick up my car after 10 Pm that night, so I waited for 2 hours to finally pick it up (because they’re open 24 hours) and they charged me a $92 after-hours fee- even though he told me to pick it up that night. I couldn’t reason with him. $372 later, I got my car. Total extortionists.

Expedite towing have extent dispatchers all over the 4 locations, also when they receive a call they go vary fast to help the caller no matter what.in addition they are very nice people and if you see any bad reviews about this company its because most of the people who get towed by us or by any other company they get mad because there is fee charge that they dont want to pay. They came to my apartment complex, pushed my car out of my parking space and tried to tow my car. My neighbor ran to me to tell me what they witnessed and the guy tried to ask for proof that it wad my parking spot. Ive lived in doriana apartments for 3 years with the same car that has a sticker on it saying doriana apartments. Lying, cheating, non honest people. Afterwards the guy drove out of my apartment complex, I immediately called to complain to dispatch, I spoke with Giovanni and Im awaiting a phone call from the manager. If I have to go down there and pick out that driver, I will. If I have to make this go on the news, I will. Ill keep you posted if the outcome.

This place is criminal. Their office woman is rude, unprofessional and not forthcoming with information. I called 9 separate times to verify information because she wouldnt give me any details, only confirm once I called and asked. She gave me the wrong tow yard ( I didnt know there was 2 until I got there to pick up my car) and got to the second yard after 5 so they charged me extra even though she gave me the wrong info. She verified my car was at mission gorge when it wasnt. And then she lied and said she gave me all the information. Disgusting human being with a seriously messed up moral compass I would take your business elsewhere and I feel sorry if you get towed by these criminals!!! They need to hire new office staff!

They trashed the car. And the lady *ROSA* on the phone was rude, refused to take down my information for managment. And just hung up on me. They ripped through the car throwing stuff around with zero reapect and stole items . they should be shut down. Awful just awful.

Probably the most I’m professional place. I got my car towed for me being careless and then I got to pick it up at 3444 Main Street the building looked ran down and the inside looked as if it was ransacked on the inside with only one desk and a Printer in the whole store.

This driver came to my apartment complex and towed my car in error im a resident there

My brakes had been making minor noise but I was trying to make it to the weekend before I went to mechanic. Before the weekend came I had to pull over because the brakes really started making a loud noise. I didnt think it was a good idea to drive anymore so I called Expedite Towing. They said it was going to be about a 45 minute wait, what choice did I have, it was about 5pm (rush hour). I called the mechanic while I was waiting, the tow truck showed up early (only about a 20 minute wait). The tow guy was very friendly, showed up in a brand new flatbed and towed me to the repair shop. Good thing that I pulled over because I found out that one of my rear brake calipers had seized up and was dragging against the brake rotor. Expedite Towing really showed professionalism at every step of the way, thanks.

This company is your typical predetor type tow truck company. So nothing new there. Yet what do you think about when you see a tow truck taking up 2 spaces unnecessarily in an already busy parking lot? Hypocrisy. They have no ethical standards, bad business.

If you park in the wrong areas I understand you get towed so I honestly went there and knew I had made a mistake so I didn’t try to be mad 😡 or aggressive & they explained everything to me & assisted me throughly.

Stay away from these guys, they arent willing to work with you at all. They will though keep charging you $50 dollars a day, oh yeah, they go by calendar date not hour. If your car is picked up at 1030 P.M. and you pick it up the next morning, congratulation, another $50.
