Here on vacation and needed my nails done. Just shellac. Great nail service. Not so good massage. My spouse wanted a chair massage thinking it was in a legit message chair. It wasnt, it was in a chair they were sitting it. And it was the worst massage that he had even gotten. I wasnt impressed with how much everything cost.** the second photo is my nails exactly 4 weeks later. Yes there is grow out, buy you wouldnt know unless you really looked. Also I have no lifting from the top of the nails like usual from shellac.

Here on vacation and decided to stop in to get some acrylics with nail art. The staff were welcoming and kind. Nhu did an amazing job on the design I wanted. I highly recommend coming if you’re in the area!

Its a good salon, the only thing I dont like is that they work so fast that they hurt my foot.

Mimi does the best nails work . She listened and made sure to be careful as my nails were weak. Ive been getting many compliments . Plus they havent lifted even with heavy manual labor n rough treatment. Blowing the theory that thin nails wont last .They will if Mimi does them . Im so sad I was only there for one night on business. Rare to find someone talented like her .

Even though Covid has made it hard for many salons, they made the best out of the situation and relocated to an outside area away from their shop. They were very friendly and my nails turned out amazing! This was my first time going to this salon, however I highly recommend it!

First time at this shop. I wanted acrylic nails. Not only was the acrylic sticky for some reason, but when i asked the person doing my nails what type of monomer they use, i didnt get a straight answer. Then the rest of the staff wouldnt leave me alone after asking a question about nails im paying for? Saying its “good not bad” “why would i use cheap stuff” but not saying its not mma until it was almost done. I have been getting my nails done and done my own for YEARS. Only mma monomer makes acrylic sticky like glue. With ema monomer its supposed to be flakey. Mma monomer is not fda approved and may ruin my nails. Super unprofessional, and i felt uncomfortable the whole time after asking a question. 👎👎 the acrylics were also so thick and not straight at the bottom. My pinky nail was so short compared to the length i asked for and the gems werent even put on at the right angle. There were spaces in between and when looked at straight the bigger one thats supposed to be in the middle is on the side . 10/10 do not recommend 👎

The person that did my nails was very slow & my nails were all shaped different I even have lumps in my nails that she took forever to do. This place is very nice and expensive but the work needs progress or lower ur prices.Nail tech name was Megan.

This is my go to nail salon. They are professional, and all perfectionists. The salon is spotless and they are taking all precautions due to covid. I recently moved out of downtown but will drive back to get my nails done because I have found no where else takes the care they do. My gel manicures also last double the amount of time then any other place I’ve tried. Would 100% recommend!

The third time I went here, they charged me for the mani/pedi before they were even done with the service. I don’t understand why because they clearly had no issues with my payment the other previous two times. Maybe it’s because they had their worst technicians working on me. They’re skills are mediocre at best, but at my last appointment, it was like I was their first customer ever. If you’re services are mediocre, you should treat your customers better, especially the ones who give you no hassles.

Set an appointment over the phone and when we went in for the appointment, they didn’t have us written down and accused us of not calling. We then called the number and the phone rang in their hand. They said we would have to wait now a substantial amount of time. Completely unprofessional.

The nail artists worked together to make us feel comfortable during our time in san diego (from Tucson, az). We received full set gel manicures and pedicures with gel. It was one of the gifts to my daughter on her birthday, a first timer for any type of nail services. We were pampered and our feet felt like we were walking on clouds after the massage. First pedi since Covid19. They took a lot of precautions, have a shield, consent forks, took temperature. No sharp instruments. Good overall experience.

I’ve been coming to bayside for about a year now! They do a great job and are very efficient, usually having one person do your pedicure while the other does the manicure. I am in and out of here in an hour with great service!

I recently had a full set manicure done and was not too happy. After waiting 35 minutes longer than my appointed time, I thought I would receive a top line mani. However, my mani was rushed over with little consideration to what I requested. Usually I get my cubicles clean and natural natural nails well prep before the acrylic but that was not the case here. I left a tip because the salon was very clean and the staff was extremely nice but I would not recommend anyone going to this shop when they are busy; not if you want a good mani done.

Beautiful place and great location but not only did the lady doing my nails cut 3 of my fingers with the file after I told her she was hurting me. After only 3 days of having my nail gel polish on they literally just popped off/ peeled off. GEL POLISH SHOULD NOT CHIP, PEAL OFF OR EVEN POP OFF AFTER ONLY HAVING THEM ON FOR 3 DAYS!

I never leave reviews so this is a first.I have been going to to Bayside Nail & Spa for over a year now. They opened around the same time I moved into my condo across the street.Bayside Nail & Spa is classy, elegant, and chic. All technicians are equally amazing. I have yet to have a bad experience. I splurge and go about every three weeks. I always get a luxury gel mani and gel pedi.As soon as I walk in they are friendly and accommodating. I recommend Bayside Nail & Spa to anyone looking for a new nail salon. I believe they also offer parking validation which is huge for downtown.

My first time at Bayside Nails and I am sold. The staff were so curteous, the space and equipment are all clean and well kept. Depending on what you get depends on how much you will spend, though a little higher than some places it is worth every penny. 2 hours a perfect manicure and pedicure and Ill be back. Jenny was amazing, she made sure I was completely happy with everything and didna phenomenal job.

There was was a lot of excellent parts to this salon, its a great location, very quick, beautiful inside and friendly staff when you come in, but I was really unhappy with the service I received, I got a full set of acrylics with gel, and recieved very inconsistent results, some of my nails are pointing at an almost 45 degree angle off of my finger, when I pointed this out to my nail tech she said it was okay shed just add more acrylic which just made them all thick but still angled upwards off of my finger. The shaping is different for every nail, some are tapered way to far in on one side and cant be fixed without fully removing the tip and starting over and my pinky nail is significantly longer than the pinky on the other side. The tools for the drill used on me were taken from a box clearly labeled that it was for soiled tools and all of the files used on me had been already used before being used on meOverall I wouldnt reccomend this place.
