I absolutely love this place, they have done an amazing job with my nails every single time, they have great customer service and are accommodating as well even through all of this crazy Corona virus stuff. The last time I went my mom showed up from out of town a day early and also had my grandma with her, it was my best friends birthday so I had booked an appointment for my daughter my bestie and myself to get our nails done, then when I called that day to see if by some miracle they could fit 2 more in at the same time on a Friday night during covid where they were already limited..... They not only got us all in and did an amazing job, but they were kind about it. It was my 72 year old grandmothers first time ever getting her nails done. They made this so special and they are just so sweet and my nails always look amazing! This is for sure my new spot, I can always get in and leave happy, thank you ladies so much for always providing such an amazing experience. Cant wait to see you ladies again!

Ive NEVER had a pedicure where they paint your nails and then dunk back in the water to do all of the leg scrub, lotion massage, and even parafin wax. After over 90 minutes for the mid-level pedi with gel polish, I asked to leave without the parafin since I thought that would have felt very strange and mess up the already painted nails when peeling off the wax. It was still $58! Probably wont ever go back on visits to San Diego.

Loved their selection! Had every kind of art, hombre, cat eye, chrome, etc. that you could want. Lovely staff. Tran did an excellent job on my nails and was truly an expert. Thanks so much I will be back!!!

I went in one day while I was on vacation and Serena had really good customer service. She helped me immediately and shaped my nails perfectly. She was very patient with me when I was choosing a color. She helped me make my nails perfect for me. It was very clean in there. She did amazing on my design and I left a happy customer.

I’ve been in search for a new salon and nail tech and today I found it! Emily did an amazing job and was very time efficient and patient. Staff was beyond friendly, the environment was professional but yet playful at the same time! They even texted me personally after giving feedback!! Pricing was very fair for the service and overall experience. I can’t wait to come back here and get a pedicure with their all organic products🤍✨

Very clean facility unlike the other nail salons I’ve encountered nearby. Very friendly staff. I got the powder dip for the first time, I was happy to see they offered the service as I’ve never had it done and been suggested to do so. My manicurest been the owner or manager as she was answering the phones, but that is not a complaint at all! She was professional and did a wonderful job on my French tip powder dip and another staff member did a wonderful job with my pedicure as well(regular nail polish and pedi) . I will be back here for my next nail day for sure! Best in PB yet and I’ve lived here for seven years!

This place is honestly just the best. I had gotten a manicure in LA over thanksgiving and they butchered my nails, they were broken and swollen and so painful. Super disappointed by the service. We scheduled appointments online for Sunday, and after showing up, we called (no answer), and she ended up calling us back, saying that she called me shortly after I booked and stated that they were closed. (This is false). On the second attempt, we rescheduled for Tuesday, and after waiting for 30 minutes for two pedicures and one mani, she said it would be an additional 30 minutes. For future reference, if you’re behind, you need to inform your customers asap, so they’re given the option to reschedule.Moreover, you need to update the times on your website and prevent bookings on the day that you’re closed. Unfortunately, I had to write a less fortunate review, but it’s the principal. Service your clients and don’t inconvenience them twice! We will not be returning for services in the future!

Unfortunately not coming back because it’s the second time I come and still got a really bad quality pedicure. I asked for a light pink/french white tip and got an uneven pink, put in after the fact (not sure if she forgot) and some crooked lines. I spoke to her throughout and she was super nice (never got her name because I was anxious of being out in a salon again) customer service was overall very nice but the product I paid for wasn’t worth the price.

This was a great experience for me! I got exactly the manicure I wanted, it looks fantastic, and it felt very clean and safe. There is a plexiglass wall between you and the technician and everyone wore masks and was spaced out. My nails were done by Daisy and she was quick but detailed.

I decided to try Pacific Beach Nails& Spa based on reviews I had read. I was not disappointed! I walked in and was immediately seated for a pedicure. Their salon is spotless. The massage chairs are all newer and very comfortable. I especially liked the fact that they use the plastic liners in the tub. My pedicure was amazing! I would highly recommend this salon.

Made an appointment for 9:30 A.M called because they normally had the front door locked for covid. So I parked in the back parking-lot the back door was locked so I called asking what door to go in and by 9:33 they said I had to wait they already started someone before me. Never going back

I had read reviews that this place gives the best pedicures and I have not had a best pedicure in years although I’ve been getting pedicures for years. I also wanted to get a new set of acrylic nails and try the coffin shape and also with design for my upcoming vacation trip. Generally when I get a pedicure done they spend about 30 minutes but with these gals they spent a full hour and it was absolutely wonderful. This was by far the best pedicure I’ve ever had. They did an excellent job and really went out of their way to design my nails from the picture I showed them from the Internet. Thank you so much for making both me and my friend so very happy and welcome and going out of your way to do such a beautiful job. I will recommend you to everyone. I wished I lived here so that I could make you my go to nail place.

I have found the perfect nail salon in all Pacific Beach & San Diego. They’re nail design work is amazing, fast & all the staff, including the owner, is very friendly. They always look for ways to accommodate you & make your visit as comfortable as possible, whether it’s offering you water, a very nice adult drink, if you come with a friend they make sure to sit you together! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at PB Nail & Spa. I came in with 3 others and they got us in very quickly. Not only this, but they really know what they are doing and will do a great job. I came in with a couple ingrown toenails, as I am prone to them, and they fixed them with no hesitation and did a great job with them. Will definitely be coming back, soon!
