Fastest towing service I’ve ever received. The driver, Nick, called within minutes of putting in a request and said he would be there in less than 10 minutes. Within 8 minutes of ending the call, Nick was set up and ready to load the truck. You could tell he was confident in his abilities and he was professional the entire time. He documented the vehicles condition before loading and was eager to send confirmation of drop off at the repair shop. I would recommend this service and when you call request Nick.

Nick (driver was awesome confident, quick hook up and informative. As soon as he got the call he called me said 10-15 minutes. And he was actuallythere in 10-15 minutes unlike some other co.s that I will not mention that say 30 minutes and your still waiting 1 1/2 later. Dropped it right where I asked him to. Services was paid for by insurance so not sure about cost. But if your time is worth the money Im sure cost wont be a problem. Would call again.

Nick was awesome! He was knowledgeable and actually was able jump off the car and reset the auto theft system to get the car cranked. I still needed the car to be worked on and he was quick to get the car loaded and towed for me to the dealership! Great service and skills!

I set up a tow through road side assistance not only was the driver 45 minutes late which alone was frustrating. He arrived and took close to 30 minutes to get the vehicle in the bed while chatting on the phone. Once loaded he explained he knew exactly where he was going then continued to drive 5 miles in the opposite direction, finally arriving a half hour later to the car dealership where I missed the scheduled appointment and now my car will not be looked at till Monday.

Wonderful service great timing and fabulous experience definitely not something someone wants to have to do but definitely glad this company was around to take care of me. Driver was such a big help and definitely made the experience easier. Nick was my driver and did a phenomenal job!!

I would like to thank Nick from Coles towing I used his service about a month ago. And he was quick professional and courteous. Yesterday my truck got a flat tire and because I dont know how to repair flat tires I called to have my truck 🚒 towed to a tire repair shop I made the call to AAA around 5:45pm and I didnt get any service my vehicle was sitting at a marathon gas ⛽ station for hours... This morning I called AAA back again and I specifically requested to have Nick come back and tow my truck 🚒 he was Johnny on the spot AGAIN 🤣😅 on time earlier than I was told professional and quick... Car quit on way to dealership. AAA dispatched a tow truck from Cole’s. Nick arrived in about 45 minutes and was apologetic for my wait, but it was rush hour and I thought 45 minutes was reasonable. He gave me a ride to the dealership, and his professionalism and kindness helped the situation greatly. I recommend them highly.

Today I had the privilege of meeting tow driver Nick. What a professional, polite, and efficient young man! When he arrived at my home he had to maneuver removing my suv from my garage, getting it down a slight decline onto the street, hooking it to chains, then pulling it up onto his truck. I watched in awe as he did all this with no help and within what seemed like maybe 10 minutes. He towed my suv to Rivertown Ford, & by the time I arrived, he had already unloaded it.He represented Cole’s very well & I hope AAA dispatches this company the next time I need a tow.

I used this towing service through my AAA account. This was by far the best towing experience that I have ever received. I just knew that I would easily have to wait hours to get my tow; BUT NO!! I promise you from the moment I clicked submit til the moment the vehicle was on the flatbed heading to the transmission shop it was 50 minutes!! The gentleman who did the tow; I believe his name was Tate. Excellent job!! He had a partner with him but I didnt get the opportunity to speak with him. But I promise you these two gentleman have set the Standard for towing as far as I am concerned. I was worried that they would have problems getting the vehicle because it was in the backyard stuck; however between the two of them they worked that tow truck and wench back and forth until that vehicle came on out. I cannot tell everyone how appreciative I was of their service because this all took place on my lunch break and I did not have to take an extended lunch to see this completed. I am only sorry that I did not have any water, gatorade, or something cold to give them. Thank you, gentlemen for a great experience!! I only hope that the transmission shop can do a similar experiment. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier to deal with!!!

Came very fast, was very friendly. I had no idea what I was doing and the person was very patient and explained everything I needed to do. He was even kind enough to help me push my car into my drive way.

Coles Towing was dispatched to us by our roadside assistance but they never showed up. I made several calls and they never answered the phone. The initial call was made around 11:30 pm and they said it would be 90 minutes. We left the car on the side of the road because they still hadnt arrived by 2 am. Got a different company to tow us and when I explained what had happened, they asked was it Coles Towing? I gave it 1 star because 0 wasnt an option.

They were called at 6:35. Said they would be there in 30 to 45 minutes.Had not shown up at 8:35. I called back said they would be there in 30 minutes. I called back in 40 minutes. Dispatcher said she could not get in touch with him and that she called her boss and said that the driver would not pick up for him either. I waited on them at night for over 3 hours and 15 minutes. They never showed up, so I canceled their services. I would not and do not recognize them to anyone to use.

Having never had a vehicle towed before the driver was informative, answered my questions because I’m that person that asks too many and was all around WONDERFUL. The driver let my kids watch then allowed them to help him load my husbands truck onto the bed by letting them to pull the levers.Will keep them in mind for future references.

Nick Was Awesome And Fast .

My insurance company chose this place to tow my vehicle. The tow truck was supposed to be at my house at 3:30, I waited well over 2 hours for them to show up and when I finally decided to call them to check on the status of the tow. The receptionist answered very rudely and placed me on hold without saying anything. After being placed on hold for about 7 minutes, she let me know that the tow was cancelled. I immediately called my insurance company to inform them on what was going on and it turns out the lady was simply being both lazy and rude. The tow was never actually cancelled. This is very upsetting considering that they wasted over two hours of my time. I was supposed to have my car looked at immediately but due to their horrible service and horrible timing, my appointment has now been rescheduled. Thank you to the receptionist for having the absolute worst customer service and for being the laziest person in existence.
