This is a great place! Super clean and the owner is really nice. It’s the first time I have ever been to a laundromat where the owner actually showed up and maintained things! Highly recommended!

Cleanest laundry in 50 miles!

Stopped to do some curtain washing ..this laundromat is in a small shopping plaza in. Tierrasanta...it seems quite clean..but the only drawback ..is that they wash dogs and cats sleeping cushions..I really think that is a big turn off for human skin health...well I guess money outweights human safety...and No ..visible signs telling patrons..NO pet wear washing...

The NEW and IMPROVED Laundry mat is an incredible change. It is so clean and comfortable now. The machines are clean and new and they even have a bathroom which most laundry mats never have. I have a washer and dryer at my house but I had to do comforters and blankets and needed large capacity washers. I was so impressed with the new laundry mat that I may come back and do ALL my laundry at once and be done with it so I can GO TO THE BEACH !!!! The new owner Scott is very nice and helpful....

Close to home and easy to watch my 2 children when doing laundry. Owner Marc is personable and takes time to ask how everything is working for me. Very clean and well maintained - otherwise I wouldnt bring my 2 young kids.

Well, I gave this place a chance despite the poor reviews. Most of the reviews were old, but heres an up to date one.There is no AC. Even on a cool December day this place feels like a sauna. The machines are ancient, and a good majority of them say out of order. The ones that do work are finicky at best. It took me close to $4 to get one of the $2.50 top loaders to start. So I tried to find a number to ask for a refund and the number says it isnt for refunds, instead I need to fill out a request slip. I looked around the entire time my laundry was running and there are no forms or slips or even scrap paper around. Whatever, I dont need a refund and maybe that money will go towards making this place better.Now onto the facility itself. The flooring is cracked, or looks like it hasnt been cleaned well in over a year. The tables are destroyed and also filthy. There are stains and peeling wall paper on the walls. The ceiling has leaks, stains, and rust. There is no way Ill be folding my laundry on the counters.Now that my laundry is done Ill also add that the washers did not get my clothes fully clean. Two loads put in identical machines, on identical settings, started at the same time had a 15 minute gap in finishing time. The dryers scorched some items in one dryer, while the other dryer seemed to dry very slowly. Again, on identical settings. I will not be coming back here.

Nice, lots of choices.Barber, thai, sushi, pizza, bar, vons.Just pick a dryer that just has been used and see if its hot already.😁Biggest, better. Done in a flash!

Wow !!!! This is a grand opening with new washers and dryers, its so clean, it has been changed.Plenty of parking safe place many stores and restaurants in same shoping center.I recomend this laundry, come and try it you will be happy to be a customer.New owners are awesome nice people tina and scott, thanks for youre great job you have done to this laundry .God bless you !!!

Two of the machines stopped in midcycle.Owner refused to refund the second washer. Told my friend to shut his mouth in mid conversation. And pretended to call the police. Just a very unprofessional rude person. Even the other customers thought so an said there not coming back. Majority of washer an dryers dont work, this place is falling apart....

Old and dingy. The dryers are .25 cents for 5 minute dry. Kust convenient location

This place is an absolute dump. Its dirty, in disrepair, and needs to be completely refurbished. I wish the city would close it down!

Most expensive laundromat Ive ever used. 2.50 a load for the smallest washers. 4.75 for the big washer which was the same size as the medium washer. Dryers were .25 for 5 minutes of time.

What a dump. Disgusting filthy and half of the stuff does not work. The only thing they got going for then that there is no competition in town.

Really unkept and dirty. 2 of the dryers I tried didnt work and one kept my money. If I had time to find another place I would have never dried my clothes here! They need to close down!!!
