The facility is distrubingly underkept. The owner and workers are never around. Washers and dryers are too expensive not to work. There is no where to sanitize your hands please due better. We are still in the midst of a pandemic.

Everything is old, most machines are broken, the dryers are a rip off (25¢ for 4 min), and the bathroom has been locked since COVID began.

This place is really nasty dirty! I can’t believe the health department still allows this business to operate without anyone cleaning the place! If I were you, better go somewhere else... VERY DIRTY!

Great place with a few big industrial washers so you can do large loads of laundry and not take hours to do it

Closest coin laundry to our hotel. Given it’s location in a decent shopping center, this place is well below average and the owners have done a poor job of keeping this place clean and properly maintained. It’s a shame because there’s potential to make it much nicer. Sadly It’s as if the owners just don’t care. Place really needs a good cleaning, and fresh paint. Existing benches really suck. Too wide of a gap between slats (missing?) so it’s like sitting on an uncomfortable toilet seat. Inadequate seating areas. Only has seating for 4-5 people. REALLY? ! Would not hurt if attendant actually spent their time cleaning, wiping things down and keeping this place maintained.

No complaints here. Washing machines range from $1.50-$6.00 depending on how much laundry you need to do. $.25 buys you time on the dryers. There is a change machine and an area to buy detergent in the back, along with a bathroom and a small sink. There is one extra large washer and dryer. All the machines are clean and there are clean tables to fold your laundry as well as some benches while you wait. The benches could be more comfortable but hey you are at a laundromat so just chill out.

First time here! Never coming back had a little accident with my detergent and the lady here was all yelling at me I told her it was a accident then 10 min later she comes back and keeps telling me about it and I told her I know that I didn’t mean to do it and she’s all mad so this place is a dump anyways I just came here to wash my very big comforter and I will be taking my money somewhere else!!!!!!

Although I do not go to laundromats on a regular basis I have been to many of them in my lifetime. This one was one of the worst Ive ever been to. Perhaps I picked a bad day, being a holiday weekend and all but it was not only very crowded it was filthy. The machines are old and about 15% had out of order signs on them. The small sink they have in the back area had black slime all around the faucet area. There were no paper towels, the trash was full and over-flowing. No woman I know would ever use a bathroom like that. They did have a change machine that worked well, I was grateful for that. The old washing machines they have state they take 17 quarters but the one I used took 19 because the mechanism inside was not counting the money accurately and there is no way to try and get back the quarters you already put in. As far as the dryers for 5 minutes it is one quarter. My load took 45 minutes to dry and was still a bit damp when I left. As I left I did notice in the front area they have 4 somewhat new washing machines....too bad they were all taken. Next time I will look elsewhere.

Now to be totally fair, I dont frequent Laundromats often. But out of the ones I have frequented, this one stands out as being one of the worst.- There are always washers that arent working. Sometimes it is only a few, sometimes it is quite a few.- The hot wash cycle doesnt get hot, at least in the top loaders. It might be different for some of the newer machines, but I dont really know.- The dryers never seem to dry very well. I am not sure how often they clean the lint screens- Some of the machines dont seem to clean very well. It could possibly be due to no hot water, but who knows.Aside from that, its a basic Laundromat; go in to wash your clothing. There is ample parking in the back, but the front part can get crowded due to the gym crowd at the 24 Hour Fitness.

Thank goodness for the laundry! Here visiting and after a week some laundry needs doing. Clean, everything works. In a strip center with a wide variety of shops and services.

Washers are overpriced compared to other laundromats. Dryers are in need of an upgrade; the large dryer is 75 cents for 5 minutes, and it took my money and didnt even turn on. The smaller dryers are 4 minutes for 25 cents (other laundromats usually give 7 minutes for the same price), and these dryers do not get very hot, so plan on spending twice the money to dry your clothes.

1. The store is open 365 days. It is open on Sundays and all holidays. They have nice folding tables and quiet.2. Their driers are not expensive at all. You visit other stores and see how you pay. At this store you can add 1 quarter for ea 5 min. Remember their driers are hotter than other stores or your home machines. At a certain coin laundry stores you put 1 dollar 50 cents and the machines starts working. What a difference!!!3. Fluff and fold service was available!!! Give your wife some rest. Those people were helpful and and kind. If you are looking for a coin laundry store around this area, you see this place first. Whether your machine at home is broke or you need to wash blankets or sleeping bags. They got high-tech machines. Good Luck!!!4. Dont forget clean your lint after each use for next peoples. Some people from Rancho Bernado or Escondido came and said, The store is friendly. Not like other stores.

This place is the worse. The first time i used a larger machine it didnt even wash my clothes. There was no water in the machine. I couldnt stop it due to it locking during wash cycles. Once again Im in here right now and its 4 machines with out of order signs, dryers and washers. The only positive is its super close to my home however I dont think theres any other coin ops within 10 miles. The dryers go in 5 minute increments. Smh we gots to do better yall

Yes indeed; Im one of those people. You know who Im talking about. The ones who regularly use a public coin-operated laundry mat facility. Call us indigent, call us un-cool, call us plebiean or what-have you. But to call us unclean? Now that is simply not true.We may not have six-figure salaries, spacious apartments with washers and dryers included, or the luxury of being able to toss on a pair of clothes straight out of our newly financed whirlpool dryers, but we, like you, are human beings and we enjoy clean linens, freshly laundered clothing, and bedsheets silky smooth and freshly softened with liberal applications of Downy. We wash our clothing, and we are legion.I think of myself as a coin-op laundry mat connoisseur. I have worked at several hotels and used coin-ops since college (a time so long ago I dare not say...). Ive come to appreciate the amenities that a good coin-op laundry can offer and disdain the unkempt, dirty-sinked bad apples of the bunch that so often fill in the empty spaces of Americas strip malls. With all that said- let me tell you about my local laundry facility.....Ive used this laundrymat in Rancho Penasquitos often, more out of convenience than preference. In appearance the place is abysmal, its walls resembe the milky orange look of a bleach stain on black fabric. The floor is unremarkable, excepting the occasional detergent powder pile. I prefer not to touch things here. In all the times Ive used this this place, Ive never once seen anyone working in any capacity, be it cleaning, monitoring, or maintaining the locations fleet of washer/dryers.The coin machine is finicky but given its age, I may remark to its credit that on only one occasion did it actually steal my bill. The detergent dispenser is another matter altogether. Built in a time when only women washed clothing, the dispenser clearly favors the smaller fingers of the fairer sex in order to reach purchased laundry cleaner. The ham-fisted and fat-fingered population of which I count myself, will find themselves at the mercy of this iron contraption. Unable to fit my digits through the dispensing slot, Ive had to request assistance from other launderors many times. Occasionally a dirty and misshapen clothes-hanger is left lying around (by management I assume...) for just such a dillemma. The machines themselves should be checked for excess sand, pens, coins, and other random particlars before use. They generally work. Although Ive never had occasion to use the sinks before, Ive noticed their condition uniform with the rest of the facility, a judgement that doesnt increase their standing. Expect to rinse them thoroughly before use.On the plus side this facility has plenty of parking, for although the front lot is generally crowded, the backside, if you know how to reach it, is always empty and is hugely convenient. Also, the people here are talkative and friendly, and there are several quick-eat restaurants and bars close by if youre looking to grab a meal while laundering. The price is right too, as $1.50 will get your load washed and you shouldnt need more than 75 cents on high heat to dry it.Overall: There are better, there are worse; this place will do.
