It is Modern, refreshingly so, TV in front of patient chair & overhead! Staff at desk very nice & efficient. APPT time kept...no waiting. My hygienist was thorough & gentle. Xray machine modern. All staff in masks...special air quality, a machine, in patient cubicle. First time patient offer honoredMy first visit...I am returning.

I would 100% recommend at least giving this a place a chance, and I’m sure that if you do, you will not want to go anywhere else!! Incredible service here from a cheerful staff. In & out quick but never ever feeling rushed. Dr M is kind and patient and friendly. And, of course, skilled. I came over from an HMO plan and my teeth were not in great shape. He fixed up some cavities and has maintained preventative care since. No issues!

I dont know what I would do without modern dentistry. Weve been going there for years and the staff is always so friendly and communicative. In the last couple of years, we have had a few after hours dental emergencies and they were super responsive in helping those get resolved. I would recommend them to anybody.

This office is amazing! Wonderfully accommodating for disabled people. My wife has PTSD and is a Type 1 diabetic. They are super sweet and patient with her anxiety and talk with her about all the options and how each procedure will be. They also make sure their is space for me and her service dog to go back with her so she is comfortable. Seriously the best dentist office ever! We love seeing Dr. Hennasea is a delight, that now my wife feels comfortable going to the dentist. If you have anxiety this is the office you want to go to because they care about you and will take care of you ❤.

Dont understand why there is only 5 stars reviews. After they fixed my teeth, I need to fix my teeth. One tooth after filling became black around the filling in one week, another became very sensitive after filling... At least they do the good cleaning.

The best dentist office experience. Seriously! My teeth cleaning was super gentle and relaxing. Two words I’d never thought I’d use to describe a teeth cleaning. Usually the water pick always hurts my gums and sensitive teeth, but the dental assistant had a super steady hand and was able to remove the plaque without nipping my gums! The whole staff was very friendly, and Dr. Mojaver did a wonderful job explaining which areas I needed to focus on and what to do to better my dental hygiene. Have been a patient of Amir Mojaver for several years. Ive always had excellent professional, efficient and pain free care. Crowns are made on site with a minimum wait. The staff is outstanding as well. I would not go anywhere else.

Dr. Mojaver is great. Easy to talk to and gives feedback. The staff is great, but just be sure to mention no fluoride if its not covered under your plan - it ends up as a $50 charge.

I called Modern Dentistry on a Monday morning as a new patient, visiting from Arizona. They fit me in after lunch and by 4:00, I was finished with a root canal. The staff are friendly and so helpful. This was easily the BEST dental experience I have ever had. Dr. Hennesy (I hope I didnt butcher that spelling) was incredible! I had A LOT that needed to be done, one of which was a root canal. Im very high anxiety and struggle with dental appointments, and was comfortable the entire time. They were great about addressing all of my concerns and taking the appointments slow to ensure my comfort. My wife was a dental assistant in the past and saw the xrays of the root canal and said it was the best and cleanest work she has ever seen working in the dental field for 6 years. The whole office was warm and inviting, and the place was immaculately clean. I felt very safe despite having to go during COVID19. I also loved that my crown was made and fit during the appointment! A HUGE thank you to Dr Hennesy and the entire team for their work and kindness. We will. e absolutely returning to and reccomending your office!

Modern dentistry as the name says is very modern, uses advanced technology and equipment. Staff is very professional, friendly and understand the pain and stress a patient goes through during dental procedures. Though I never like going to dentist but I have to because of really bad tooth pain . I spent 4 hours searching online for a good dentist in Del Mar/Sorrento Valley area and finally decided to go to Modern Dentistry after reading so many good reviews about this place. In my first appointment I went through Dental exam, X-rays and regular cleaning. Everything was so perfect and it gave me lot of confidence to come back and get the root canal. Staff was so friendly and caring and they tried their best to make my experience less stressful and less painful. The best part was Dr.Amir. I can call him Mr.Perfectionist. He was very detailed and did not hurry into completing the procedure. With all the HI Tech machines he had, he was able to make the crown within 30 minutes after root canal and he even showed me how the crown is carved in the machine through transparent glass. the most amazing part was that I felt no difference after the crown was placed back. I can figure out the experience he have and how efficiently he uses it to design a perfect crown that was exactly the copy of my original tooth. Overall experience - Perfect ....Thanks a lot
